Bad reception from the rude hamza'tres receptionist, and does not respect customers, bad seed.

One thing I didn't like was how food tasted.

the truth by reading the reviews I thought I had made a big mistake booking this hotel because most were negative, personally I have found all these shortcomings, I can only say that I was fine I was 16 to 30 August 2019 in this hotel in particularly on the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff and the manager who was very polite throughout the breakfast it was not bad the pools were clean organized the big room even with a nice couch the bathroom just as also a nice terrace the truth I can not complaining to us is much worse than the other parts so trust one who has traveled half the world.

I cannot understand the positive ratings for this horror hotel ... I stayed there for several nights with 2 other people and it was excruciating. Stop buying positive reviews because it shames your already non-existent image even more.
If you want to know more, check out the negative comments on trip advisor, they are more realistic (I liked the one from Sakura Hiruma, which is very representative).
It is not surprising that it is always half empty given the filth and unsanitary conditions of the premises, the total lack of star services and the rude staff.
To be avoided at all costs to avoid nightmares!

I just spent 3 days in this hotel with my companion.Good to say it right now this hotel is not level.tout est approximate.l hotel is huge but empty and therefore not enough staff and skills to maintain .in the rooms the furniture and the decor is outdated but it is especially on the details that it does not go.prise fixed to the tear, the luminaires idem.les doors windows just close etc .... one feels that We try to give ourselves a luxury side but it does not work. The very nice staff is not the question but is not trained properly. The housewives who enter the room without knowing if you are inside. , the dubious cleanliness.in the neighborhood 2 abandoned hotels and a small dirty beach to wait for you ... rice of the chicken of the fish for the food and at the sight of the tablecloths one wonders with what hygiene it was prepared.bref, bad experience

Very good stay, very clean room, cleaning done every day with changed sheets, changed towels, disinfect toilet, lots of small welcome gifts (soap, champoing, shower gel) very varied and delicious buffet open at very long hours, staff very very welcoming in particular madam besma at the buffet, very clean hotel super pleasant background music, I really appreciated being able to change my currency at the reception very practical damage spa farm and souvenir shop not great, very appreciable to be able to go directly to the beach, very clean pool I recommend and in addition by expensive I really recommend we have an excellent stay, I will definitely come back, I really really recommend. That's at least what we had in the room, balcony, hallways ... The room had a foul odor, a mixture of urine, alcohol, cigarette smoke and over it was sprayed with the deodorant spray, impossible to breathe or sleep there. Cleanliness is non-existent! After a fight with the management that lasted all day to get another room (so 1 day lost ...), we were dislodged left side, which I will not go to say it's worth a 5 star ... but which is definitely better. This being so the staff is very friendly and tries somehow to do the best. As for the decoration, it feels like a movie from the 70's ... with the actors in bonus. In short, I do not recommend because you are not sure if you are in the good side of the hotel, but a total renovation would do him the greatest good, because it is very well located.

Huge hotel with only a few rooms occupied. Staff nice and helpful. Room service can also be delivered to your room at night. Is located directly on the sea, but the beach is not meant to stay.
