Sad organization. Time is money, and the environment just has to put up with it. Unreasonable nuisance? Well, no. Don't meow, build nicely. The liveability of local residents is not particularly important, so this is a wonderful 1 * rating :)
Edit March 2021: infantile and uncivilized attitude of employees by deliberately showing nuisance behavior towards local residents. Unprofessional and disrespectful, just go for it bastards.

Our experience with Giesbers is very disappointing. Our house was completed a year and a half ago, but Giesbers leaves us literally and figuratively in the cold. After a year and a half we still have more than 10 major delivery defects open and our heating is still not working properly. It is of course possible that mistakes are made, but the way Giesbers handles them is slow, unfriendly and unprofessional. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at Giesbers.
