Ordered two metal made to measure frames, these exceeded my expectations! Great quality and value, also delivered within days.

Great service, frame was a perfect fit and looks beautiful, they responded to all my emails promptly and let me know that I had probably ordered the incorrect frame for my print and advised me the best one to order. Great professional service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises.

Having ordered a 60x90 frame I as worried when the whole parcel flexed when it was delivered in case something was broken inside

On the plus side the frames arrived on time and were the correct size.
On the minus side the frames (two of them) were of very low quality.
I would not use again.

Great Service in Tough Times

Frame ordered early June. Arrived, as promised, within timescale. Always great service. For those who feel that the service/contact/delivery is not as good as it should be, perhaps you need to realise there is something called COVID-19 flying around? Everything, yes everything, is taking longer than usual and eFrames website makes this clear.

Like a few other reviewers here I never do this but these are so over priced, poor quality and poorly made I just had to. As one other reviewer said - go to a local independent framer, you'll get a vastly better service and product.

Hopeless - have been waiting for weeks for two standard frames. Kept getting told they re out of stock/on the way and now apparently one of them is discontinued. Never thought ordering a basic picture frame online could be so difficult.

Long waiting for send my parcel (over 10 working days) and i was expecting better quality for that price.

After 12 days and several emails .... nothing !
No delivery no tracking no response !

I've used these guys to order custom sized picture frames from a few times now and their work is excellent. I even ordered a very odd dimension sized frame too such as 97 x 456mm and it arrived perfectly for the photo I had. Their frames are impressively handmade, I'll definitely be continuing to use them in future!

Fantastic service. Ordered a frame for a picture but forgot to ask for glass instead of polycarbonate - but they very quickly replaced this with glass at no extra cost....and at a suitable delivery date for me. Also very pleased with the quality of the natural oak frame.....at a really good price. Highly recommended....well done guys!

x2 custom frames, look lovely and helpful customer service

Fed up with freezing winters and roasting summers, we decided to replace our polycarbonate conservatory roof. Paul from Frame It gave us a really good quote which included planning regs so that we had nothing to do except pay up.
We had a short delay due to torrential rain but his crew turned up when they said they would and had the job finished in three days.
To say that we were delighted is an understatement. They were very professional and cleaned up each evening. The conservatory was also left weatherproof and secure. If I had one criticism, it was that they didn't pay for the numerous cups of tea and coffee that they consumed (only joking).
The conversion took place in 2016 and last winter was the first year that we have been able to use the conservatory as another room.
The house is much warmer and our energy bills down due to the quality of the materials used. We no longer have the noise of rain falling on the roof.
If anyone is thinking of replacing their conservatory roof, take a look at one of Frame It's previous jobs . We don't think you will find any better value for money.

Overpriced cheaply made frame. Expected more considering the price...

Do not bother. Very expensive for very cheap looking frames. The glass is plastic and they look very flimsy. They also do not screw the hooks in for you. I was careful but managed to break two of the frames whilst screwing the hooks in. They are so cheap this was inevitable. I complained and didn't even get a reply. Go to a small independent framer. You will get a bet product, better service and probably won't cost any more.

Ordered a large custom frame. Arrived broken. Took a over a week to get a reply to emails. Second one arrived, also mangled. I think its just down to the almost unbelievably low quality.

The frame was good quality and came with all the fixings. Kirsty from the customer service team was excellent when I had an issue with my order and was very understanding. I would use again.

I ordered a 50 by 70 cms frame on 10/07/2015 and it was delivered 4 days later. The large frame was extremely well packed and protected and arrived in perfect condition despite being containing a large sheet of glass. Well done Frame it!

I've had a terrible customer experience with this company and feel incredibly let down. I placed an initial order on 29th July in good time for a very important retirement gift. My item was delivered on 6th August and unfortunately was smashed. I understand that this can happen so contacted the company on 7th August to arrange a replacement. I spent all day trying to get through on the phone, sent in a message via their website and contacted via Twitter and Facebook. I heard nothing back which I've since been advised was a result of technical issues - fair enough but someone could have surely logged on to social media via their mobile phone etc. Anyway, finally got hold of the company on Monday and was very satisfied with the compromise that was offered - a replacement would go in to production with perspex for a safer and less risky delivery transit. I explained that this was an important retirement gift for Friday and would need delivery on Thursday. I was informed this was no problem but when I have just contacted the firm to confirm I would be receiving today I was told it was still in production and there was no way I would now receive it in time. Fair enough I can get a refund but I'm devastated that I now have no retirement gift after over two weeks and the company doesn't really seem bothered. I'm pretty devastated - this was supposed to be a treasured gift for a valued colleague. Definitely a company to avoid.
