For work reasons I moved to Guadalajara last year, the deal began with a representative of Remax to find a place to rent and for my bad luck I ended up making deals with these people. It took me a lot of work to meet all the requirements that they asked me, mainly the guarantee with property in the city, since I did not know anyone, finally a relative of my husband helped us, I understand that they have to watch over the interests of the owners, but the property was not worth as much and we agreed to the hurry of the move and because in exchange for three months rent deposit allowed us to have our pets. We rented a house well located in Av. Tepeyac y Patria, but it was very neglected, especially the plumbing, in addition to that they gave us dirty and full of extra-large cockroaches. Although we had communication with the owner of the property to notify him of the problems and the agreement was to pay the rent, in the end when we notified him that we would not renew the contract he went to check the condition of the house and we indicated that he had moisture problems for the saltpeter, so he gave instructions to the staff of the real estate to take over the repairs, because the lady went to live in the United States. A month after handing over the house to the representative of the real estate company, they left me with the surprise that they only returned the amount of 2 of the 3 months that we left as a deposit because the other month they decided to use it to pay for the repairs and cleaning of the home, I tried to communicate with the owner to indicate that the contract specified that this deposit would only be used to pay outstanding water and light bills, but did not deign to respond.

My advice is to avoid making deals with these people, because in addition to their treatment they are very rude and arrogant. And if out of necessity, just like me, they see themselves in the painful need to contract their services, review the clauses of their contract. I had to move from Gudadalajara when I handed over the property and I think they took advantage of that situation to take advantage of the money I left as a deposit, because they know that it would be more expensive for me to file a claim. That was my unpleasant experience, I hope it will be useful.

Apart from the comments of a friend of theirs, drainer of course, they do not know how to read a property, it is justified that the cyber cafe boy did not know how to help them with a property account, totally unpunctual, they charge expensive commissions, they do not give you an agency, just They advise you and practically the purchase or sale process is done alone. They make you go x down and x up taking out papers that turned out to be useless and thus, 3 months to make a sale with Infonavit, it really seems that they are engaged in another business and as a hobby they are salespeople: they know absolutely NOTHING about their work. Terrible service even if they want to see very strawberry it looks like a ranch real estate. In the United States, will they know how these people work?
