My sister-in-law bought the windows and doors from them, but she asked for maintenance on two windows that are broken. She didn't get an answer even though she tried to request maintenance. Hours on the phone to be picked up from one office to another. Lack of professionalism. You don't work that way. I strongly advise against buying from them.
