The Builder has constructed all the Amenities on SW Rly Buffer Zone in violation of the BDA Sanction Plan and amenities like Gym, swimming pool, party hall, STP, are under demolition order by BBMP. Case is pending in court vide KAT 828/2014. Construction is very poor and many owners are regretting very deeply.. Though the occupancy certificate was issued in year 2011 by BDA, he has not yet handedover the Deed of Declaration & Mother Deed to the Association (Almond Tree Owners Welfare Association, ATOWA)

Outstanding architecture,, man made lake ,wtc and Orion mall view is so cool.
