We had no expectations at all for the hotel. But immediately upon arrival we were helped by a pretty kill girl who really came across as fake.
We arrived there too early but luckily we were able to leave our luggage there. And because we don't have a credit card, we had to pay right away. Which, however, is not a problem ... but it was strange that we had to pay a 50 deposit.
No further information was provided. Until we came back for the room key after 3:00 pm. It was only told that breakfast was served between 7-10. And when we asked if she could find a nice restaurant, we were only answered with the answer that we should go to that square. where there were only cafes.

the room itself was beautiful and wonderfully quiet ... it was very windy but even that we didn't notice. only the bed and the pillows were not too nice. We both have very bad neck and back problems. There was also a minibar that was completely empty and there were 0 facilities in the hotel.

we had a VIP upgrate but nothing was said about that. we didn't ask for it anymore either, because we really wanted to go home.

So first of all the positive:

So first of all the positive:
The location is great, the rooms are modern and beautifully designed, the ladies at the reception are super nice and in a good mood, the language barrier is not a problem unless you don't speak English . Mini bar was included and coffee was also free
On the negative:
For a 4 star hotel you really expect more than that! Regarding the price-performance ratio, I can only definitely say after my visit that it was too expensive. We had a double room for one night and paid a total of 170 including breakfast. Well, I'll be brief.
- Street too loud although the window was closed
- Items were out of date and used up.
- The DOOR had an open gap from below so you can really hear everything "I really mean everything" not recommended for couples who want to have fun .
- it was dusty
- the doors slam very loudly.
- It wasn't our thing to discuss the bed.
Breakfast was really bad, hardly any selection of sausage, almost only cheese nie never seen such a bad breakfast, that has to be changed seriously!
It was a shame it was our first wedding day I would have liked something different, honestly!

Excellent hotel right on The Hague Central. The staff were remarkably friendly and engaged. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was fine. Very good food for a nice price in the restaurant of the hotel. Perfect hotel for a weekend in The Hague, you are close to the Museum Quarter, a large park and the shopping streets. Thick recommendation!

Tip if you come by car: park your car for free at P + R Station Voorburg. After a 4-minute train ride you are at The Hague Central.
