Selibated my girlfriend's birthday the food and service was outstanding. We will be returning soon.

Enjoyed traditional Thanksgiving Day lunch here yesterday. BF said it was the best turkey he's ever had. Cold water oysters were a refreshing start to the meal. Extensive wine and cocktail list. The food and the service were impeccable. Great for families, business dinner or romantic get together with your special someone.

Very good service, good food. Get the truffle mac n cheese.

Great Date night and business spot "nice music, wine, drinks, service, and of course food." Great food, service, wine and drinks selections. Fried Oysters are awesome! I really like the pork belly, and the spinach. Nice salad selection.

This place is great! We had amazing wait staff that treated us so well. I can't say I been to a restaurant where the wait staff treated us this great. We went in for our 10 year anniversary and made reservations a couple hours before. They still were able to provide flowers, a card, and rose petals. Dinner was amazing and they threw in some items on the house knowing it was our 10 year anniversary. They came to check on us frequently and started great conversation with us as well. I don't usually do reviews, but the service was amazing and wish we had a restaurant that is this attentive in our area.

I love the fact that they have live music. Probably one of the best features. The food is delicious, but it is what I consider pricey. (I don't have this type of money but it's not the establishments fault that I'm poor) I got to go for a coworker's birthday and they made it a wonderful experience. I felt under dressed if anything. Staff is super friendly (cute waiters too). I'd go again for a special occasion, or often if I won the lottery.

Going to need 3 more Stars on top of that! The best service I've ever had! & the food is spiritual!!!

Went to Austin to celebrate my bday and made reservations at this restaurant. First sight I love the ambience. My hubby and I enjoyed our meal. He had Steak (strip), I had the jumbo shrimp (they are gigantic). Had Creme Brulee`, it was the best. The GM came over and was extremely nice to us. Our waitress Brianna was very nice and friendly.

Delicious! Their codfish was as delicate as flounder.

I've had some of the best steaks and fish here, in an amazing atmosphere with amazing service. This prices can be amazing too, but it's worth it for a treat.

Still one of my favorite places to go in Austin. My wife and I always plan at least one dinner when we come to the city. The Kung Pow Calamari is amazing and the Bananas Foster is the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. It is unique and truly delicious. For the main course, I switch back and forth between the Halibut and the filet.

My boyfriend and I went last night to celebrate both of our birthdays. It was amazing. They really go the extra mile. If you are looking for a night to remember, this is the place.

One of the best places in town! Amazing place to visit if you're looking for a high-end restaurant. The food here is incredible! Had the swordfish steak and was sold! Would come back for that alone. Wonderful experience!

Celebrated a birthday with a bunch of friends last night. Our servers were incredible and the food was top-notch. I tried this "Bee-Keeper" cocktail with a cube of honeycomb in it - definitely ordering that again next time.

Went for our anniversary. We were treated like royalty. Luigi (our waiter) was awesome. Lobster, steak, potatoes au gratin, and asparagus were delicious. Manager checked up on us two times. Complimentary champagne, dessert, and appetizers. Thanks for making us feel special.

Fantastic Restaurant. We ordered a wide array of items on the menu, shared everything family style, and everything was excellent. Friendly wait staff. Top Notch!

We came to Eddie V's for New Year celebration. The food was wonderful, but the service wasn't that good. I wish our waiter was more professional and hospitable.

You know, there is service then theres smittys service. That was our waiter. Must ask for him. The food was outstanding and so was the atmosphere. My wife and i had a great time but call ahead or get online and make a reservation.

Eddie V's was a great establishment, very clean and inviting. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a reservation but they were able to still seat us. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and they surprised us with rose petals on the table and a personalized card.

The drink I had, the Red Dragon, was delish to me. It was super strong but not to where the alcohol was overwhelming. The flavor and seasoning on all of the food we ordered was on point. The lobster and shrimp were cooked well. The only two issues we had was that his steak, ordered medium, had quite a bit of well done areas as did mine but no as much as his. The bread that came to the table was very hard, wish they would have had softer bread or rolls.

Overall, we enjoyed every minute here and would come back again when visiting Austin.

This place has the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner. The food, the drinks, the service were just exceptional. Molly, our waitress, was very knowledgeable about the menu, she took the time to describe every plate and desert. I was very impressed with her service and knowledge. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Incredible! We started with happy hour. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly and the cocktails he concocted were just what the doctor ordered. For dinner, I had the king crab and lobster bisque. We started with the shellfish tower. Try the truffle Mac and cheese, it was the hit if the night! Be careful, this place is PRICEY. But for a one time treat, go big. We loved every minute. Highly recommended!

Great food. Recommend Sunday and Monday all day Happy Hour with a live band in the bar area. Not on HH, but the bisque is amazing. HH calamari, oysters, and tuna tartare are must haves.

Great service! Food came to table hot and fast. Steak cooked to perfection. A bit loud, but that means the guests are having a great time!

Very good food, perfect service and absolutely fair prices. However, you should definitely reserve in advance so that you can get a table.

My favorite spot for Seafood. Came here on a Friday I think. The bill was fair I would say. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I liked.

Met friends for dinner and have the best food, service and ambience for the entire trip to Austin.

Amazing place for a date night! By far the best steak I have ever put in my mouth!! You will not be disapointed!!

Figure out a reason to tell them it is a special occasion, skip the hope diamond, do NOT skip the banana s foster (even if you re on a diet). I got the scallops, side spinach, & hollandaise sauce from the asparagus with all of it. So Good!

Late dinner on a Friday night. The food was fantastic! Shared a salad and appetizer. They came split already. Entrees of King Crab and Blackened Red Fish were both perfectly prepared. Our waiter Jeff made great recommendations, provided excellent service and was quite funny. The whole staff seemed to enjoy what they do. Go there!

Come here for their all day Sunday Happy Hour! The food is tasty. They are very generous with the amount of crab in their crab cake as well as the amount of liquor in their cocktails. It all makes for a great time! And you must get the bananas foster cake for dessert. It's amazing.

Boy oh boy are the steaks most and tender. Melts like butter in your mouth. Waiters and waitresses can disappear on you at times you need them but the food is fantastic.

Service is amazing. We love sitting in the bar area and listening to the live jazz music. I love the jumbo scallops and steak tartare, however I really wish they would bring back the old way they did the steak tartare- it was "steak and lobster tartare"!! Really miss that.

Very good food, great staff. This place is so accommodating. Our official group of 9 increased to 14 by the time we got here. The hostess was gracious edit to set up tables which to seat us. All that with a smile.

Man this place is great my wife and eyes to come here all the time and we live downtown they ve got the best happy hour if you can get a table

Great old-school date place. If you're into the classic date night, steaks, seafood, salads, and wine, this is the place for you. It's also a good place to have a corporate event, like a fancy sales dinner to reward your sales folk for making their numbers.

Food and service excellent. Pricey but comfortable. Continental fusion menu. They have a good Happy Hour.

Never disappoints. Calamari is my favorite calamari around.
