Had issues with the Bosch battery of my e bike last week. I called up EcoMove and they were super helpful, offered to take the bike in overnight so that their Bosch specialist could take a look at it in the morning. Went in the next morning and thankfully it wasn t anything major, they were very friendly when I went back in and charged me nothing! Fingers crossed nothing actually goes wrong with my bike but if it does, I m taking it straight to EcoMove.

Bought a blue NIU MQI+ Sport E-Moped after searching all over the Internet for an electric replacement for my 50cc Piaggio 2 stroke motorbike. I wanted to go electric to reduce pollution. Been driving petrol mopeds for more than 20 years so this was a very different experience. Both Teddy and Harry at Eco-Move Bristol made the buying of this moped 100% easier. I visited the shop with hubbie and we arranged a test drive local to where I live. All emails were answered, all calls replied to. I was kept informed throughout my purchase and I'm now a happy electric moped user. It DOES take some getting used to NO noise while driving (!) Thank you Harry & Teddy for being so fab xx

If you're thinking of getting yourself an EV, then do not hesitate to check this place out. They have a great range of options, from electric scooters all the way up to pretty hefty mopeds that can travel up to 80 miles on one charge, and more than anything they're customer service is truly exemplary! :)

They gave me exactly the right advice to help me decide which model to go for, and when i had a very minor issue with the bike the week after i took it home, they sorted it for me immediately and for free!

The prices are also very good value i think, at least i was very happy with the price i got for the model i chose, and i felt looked after throughout the whole process. :)

Fantastic , friendly service. Purchased my electric Haibike from Ecomove. So lovely to buy from a shop with friendly, knowledgable but non-pushy staff.
