I had my Altima done a few weeks ago they do a great job. If your going to have your windows tinted I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and professional and take their time walking you through all the options.

Had an amazing experience with eclipse gave me the best possible quote around came picked up my car same day as I made my appointment had it done in a matter of a few hours and brought me my car back with a warranty could not be more thrilled with my service

Update 5/20/2020: took my fourth car for window tinting today. Can't be happier. I really would never consider taking my car elsewhere. Friendly staff and top notch work. They also have setup to comply with social distancing so I felt safe waiting for my car.

This is my 3 time using Eclipse, and I ll never get my windows tinted anywhere else! Not only do they do a fantastic job, but all the employees are so nice! I am bringing my other vehicle in next week to get done also. Their prices are more than fair. They quoted me 2 and a half hours, but the job was done in an hour and a half. I have only good things to say about Eclipse. If you re considering elsewhere, don t!

I went to Eclipse for a ceramic window tint all around the car. The staff was very informative and professional, recommended how dark of tint customers normally get and benefits of types of tint that helped me make a decision to fit my needs. What really sets Rick and his team apart at Eclipse is the level of customer service and the fact that it's a family owned business: I had a dashcam and dash phone mount that the team removed for me so that I could get my front windshield tinted fully, they took the time to remove it for me and even preserved the glue/suction so that I could reapply it, not only that, but I noticed a few scratches after the appt (that most likely were not the result of the window tint), but Rick took the time to express his concern and even had his team buff it out for me even though it was probably not his fault. When you have this level of customer service, you earn a customer for life. Would highly recommend if you want your car treated as if it were their own.

First, allow me too thank Rick and his team of hard dedicated and just overall friendly staff for the workmanship and respect they have shown myself and I m sure many others. I have had a many of cars windows tinted with staff I considered great. However, I am completely in awe over the way anything I asked and wondered/worried about was received with a smile and a direct answer. Never once was I misinformed about anything and also, every detail fully explained. Rick at one point even went out of his own way too help fix an issue with my wheels and then repeated the process over, which just shows he stands by his teams work. Had great service, staff was very friendly and helpful at answering my questions. Service did take a little longer than I expected, but it was manageable. Did notice that some spots under the tint didnt seem like they were cleaned very well, but nothing that will bother me. Would still recommend to anyone who's looking for tint work

I came in 4/12/16 to have my new Sonata tinted. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. My entire car was complete in an hour and forty five mins. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I am completely satisfied with the work performed. My car looks amazing! I would definitely return. The waiting room chairs were very comfortable and free wifi was a huge plus! Thanks Eclipse team! Got windows tinted here on my BMW, good quality film but definitely not a top notch job. Took it back in and they had to re-do my windshield strip but told me the rest was "within spec" .. Apparently "spec" includes bubbling and obvious differences between sides. Almost a year after it was done, edges are showing the "quality" of the job in some spots. For the premium price, I'll find somewhere else for my next car. Have enough experience to know better.

I was in October 13 2016 to get my first truck limo tint. Done at Eclipse it was horrible my roommate and me both ask to see the truck while it was being done they had said no so he had went around the back of the garage to look at my truck and they close the doors then we had ask a second time and rick p went crazy got into his face cust at him got into his face like nose to nose it took 3 people to get him off rick and said You can't go anywhere to watch your car get done i said that was wrong i said i have spent 4000 at the dealership and i can walk into where my truck was plus pep boys goodyear on reading road but rick had me scared to death and they wanted to charge me 170.00 for the job not being done this all happen because he didnt want me to see my truck i do not recommend going here

I had the front of my 2016 BMW 550i M Sport partially wrapped with Expel Paint Protection Film. A detail shop applied CQuartz Ceramic Coating to the paint of my vehicle, which I knew would make the application of the paint protection film more difficult for the installer. Aaron spent the entire day, from 10 to 7, working to ensure he did a perfect job on my car. His dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail was extremely impressive and is definitely an asset to the business. Rick quoted me a great price for the installation and was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He and his staff operate a successful business and it is reflected in their busy schedules. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have quality upgrades performed on their car, from basic window tinting to a custom installed anti-speed detection system.

I've had two cars tinted by Eclipse and was very satisfied. Since then, I have move to Virginia and bought another car that also needs tint. I'll be in town soon and I plan on returning for my third tint job by Eclipse. They do a phenomenal job and I have never had any complaints.

I had the windshield and front windows on my f150 tinted. They did a great job on my windshield. However, my front windows came out green. I was upset and talked with Sue who had more patience than maybe I deserved. She offered to have them redone. I researched the tint that they put on and found out that the particular film they put on is known to make windows on an F 150 green. I called the next day and asked if they could put on a different film. I confirmed when I dropped my truck off that they were going to put on a different film. I picked up my truck and they put the same film on and yes my windows are still green. I took it to a different shop and my windows came out normal and definitely not green. They definitely seem disorganized and rushed. Would not recommend

The boys at Eclipse just tinted my WRX yesterday. I'm very impressed with their operation, professionalism, clean and relaxing showroom, and the availability of the owner Rick for promptly addressing any questions or concerns that his customers may have. I paid a bit more to come to Eclipse but it was worth it. My tint is still drying out but I'm positive it will look fantastic. I had to do some very minor wiping of the door panels after the job was complete, but the car was otherwise in the same condition as it was when they started. I'd recommend anyone to go check out Eclipse, and not just for their tint services. They offer lots more.

Had their premium tint put on my G37S almost four years ago. As a testament to the quality, when I went to trade it in today it looks as good as the day it was put on. I since moved to South Carolina and Florida where it put up with some abuse in the sun and never showed any instances of fading. Even though I've moved I've given them as a reference for everyone I still know in the area. The employees are very friendly, the fitment is top notch and has beaten the quality of the other shops I had taken my cars to before.

I had two cars tinted here recently, and they did a great job. All of the staff was helpful, and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure if he was the owner or the GM, but he personally inspected both cars after they were done. These guys really care about the quality of the work, and thats why they have been around for so long.

We have had both side door windows and the upper windshield of our car tinted by this company and they are amazing. We had quick appointments, immediate service when we walked in the door, and good advice as to what we needed that coordinated with what we wanted. All the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.Finally the prices are so reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company for anything you want tinted personally or professionally. They also have speakers and from what I could see and install them. I can't imagine you could go wrong by taking your business there.

Went in today to get my 2017 Santa Fe tinted with an hour and a half window from getting tinted and having to be at work. The staff had my front two windows as well as my windshield tinted in 45 mins. I have a great experience every time I come here. I totally recommend Eclipse Window tinting. My car looks awesome! My only complaint is that one of the installers left my very light colored seats dirty. There was an obvious shoe print on the seat. Rick followed up with me and made everything right. I highly recommend Eclipse Window Tinting.

First hand experience is always the best way to see things for yourself. Although it may sound crazy, a negative review about Eclipse is what got my attention. The way in which the company responded to that negative review said a lot about their professionalism. This was after I had looked at a couple of other tint shops. So I decided to give Eclipse a call. After speaking with Rick for the first 2 minutes, I knew for certain that this is where I would be taking my vehicle to be tinted. Yesterday I took my car there and I'm pleased to say that this company most definitely can back their talk when it comes to customer satisfaction. The quality and professionalism that this company possesses is certainly one that would cause individuals like myself to recommend them to anyone seeking a tint shop. Rick, Sue, and the entire staff at Eclipse keep up the great work that you guys do. I know you can't please everyone but I am one who was definitely pleased.

Very professional and very knowledgeable group of people I could not ask for better service and explanations they explained every aspect of the window tint that I was buying even though it wasn't exactly what I had going in originally for what I had wanted to put on it they explained why it would not work why I would not be happy with it what I wanted was actually more expensive but they explain to me why I would not be pleased with the final product and how it would not match what I had on my vehicle again very professional excellent friendly staff I will recommend them to all my friends and I will use them again in the future with other vehicles I own thank you again for your service

Great place for car customization. Had my windows tinted on a new Cherokee. Great price, and service. Had me in and out in about an hour. The only place that I'd go to upgrade the whip!!

Took my sis here to get her car tinted coming back to get mine tinted nice prompt and neat work and they had coffee nice!!!!!

I took my daughter's car to them for an issue with a remote start. It was installed elsewhere over four years ago and has not worked for over three years. They ended up staying quite a while past their closing time to take care of an issue that had nothing to do with their shop. The whole crew were courteous and professional. They are an Authorized Dealer for Directed Electronics.
I had my car windows tinted there on 12/31/08 and they still look great.
I would not hesitate to refer their products or services.

A family owned Gem! I've been customizing my vehicles for 20 years now. I've used just about every shop in town over the years. Most of my customizations are sound, lighting, security, radar/laser and tint. I've had some bad work done early on to some very nice cars and it sucked. For the last 15 years, I had my go to shop until they installed some low quality parts that caused problems.

Fast Forward to 2018 and I needed an installed radar detector in my wife's week old Tesla. This carries a $4k price tag and requires wires run from the very front of the vehicle to the very rear through the hatch. Tesla's are unicorns in that not many of them have had this install done nationwide. I was extremely paranoid in that if the install was less than perfect, I would have to hear it from my wife (not cool). I interviewed Eclipse and one other large custom shop in Cincinnati. The other shop never returned multiple calls/emails so they were out. I wasn't sold on Eclipse until I physically went there and spoke to the staff. Everyone there is super professional and courteous. What sold me was the installer (Aaron) came out and spoke with me about the install. He was knowledgeable beyond belief and explained how he takes extra care to avoid many of the shortcuts that can lead to problems.

A few days later, we went to pick up the car and they took great care to do the job right. Rick the owner sat with me inside the car for about 20 minutes going over the system. Rick is very genuine and passionate about what he does. He has a long history in the vehicle sound and customization business. These shops seem to come and go over the years but Rick's longevity is justified by his level of service.

Finally after a few more days, we wanted the display unit moved from one side of the dash to the other. Eclipse handled this and made sure it was perfect for us. Thank you Rick, Aaron and staff. I found my go to shop now!
