First hand experience is always the best way to see things for yourself. Although it may sound crazy, a negative review about Eclipse is what got my attention. The way in which the company responded to that negative review said a lot about their professionalism. This was after I had looked at a couple of other tint shops. So I decided to give Eclipse a call. After speaking with Rick for the first 2 minutes, I knew for certain that this is where I would be taking my vehicle to be tinted. Yesterday I took my car there and I'm pleased to say that this company most definitely can back their talk when it comes to customer satisfaction. The quality and professionalism that this company possesses is certainly one that would cause individuals like myself to recommend them to anyone seeking a tint shop. Rick, Sue, and the entire staff at Eclipse keep up the great work that you guys do. I know you can't please everyone but I am one who was definitely pleased.
