Very disappointed. Ordered some steaks from the website they arrived in a cooler with dry ice but the steaks had thawed out. I called to make sure they were safe to eat but they had closed. Left a message asking them to contact me...never heard back from them. Decided to role the dice and cooked a rib eye last night hoping they hadn't spoiled in shipping. Well it hadn't spoiled but the steak was super dry. Like I said super disappointed, no customer service and a dry steak to boot
