So far, everything went well. The Co. is so busy, they are out of most of the color choice. But I am glad they still had the right size for me. When I had questions, they are very fast to respond best that can be expected.

Loyal customer for these guys for many years. Customer service is un-rivaled. So rare these days. Picked up another new board couple days ago and Jay had a ton on insight and advice on what I should be riding based on my size and type of waves I usually ride.

I placed an order and thought everything was on schedule, had a tracking number and everything from usps. I received a message on wed saying my order is on its way then Thursday I get a order returned and refunded email, I reached out to ebodyboarding to clarify and I was told my shipment was returned for an unknown reason. A little disappointing after reading all these good reviews and placing an order for a birthday gift just to have it returned before ever receiving. Hopefully down the road we can try to do business again.
*UPDATE* I was contacted the next day by Jay & Tommy I received an email with a sincere apology and if I was still interested they would re ship my order, there was an issue with the postal service and I can not blame ebodyboarding. The fact they reached out and apologized multiple times and tried to make things right is customer service at its finest. I love the ocean and with Covid around it s hard on everybody so I called and replaced my order. Thanks Jay, Tommy and Staff!

My recent experience with eBodyboarding was amazing. Purchases were received quickly and in perfect shape despite the holiday craziness. One item, which was not available at eBodyboarding, was sent from another company. When the board arrived (late I might add) and was an incorrect size, all it took was a quick phone call to eBodyboarding to get the correct size board sent. We were under a time crunch as we had just a few days before leaving for a trip, but they made it happen for us. I very highly recommend eBodyboarding.

Difficult to find bodyboarding gear in the Panhandle of Florida. I remember when Jay and Viki were professional riders in the late 80's and 90's. I own SUP's, surfboards, and bodyboards. I always reach for my bodyboard on the bigger gnarly days!!

Ordered online and let me say I am very happy with what I got the owners personally emailed me I love that kinda of energy the stay connected to there customers I really appreciate there service with every thing and went out there way to give me a 5% discount so than I was able to buy fins from them as well. Customer service is outstanding!!! Bought a pair of Churchill's and I got a personalized e-mail from Jay Reale himself telling me I forgot swim tethers! You can e-mail the Reales yourself and ask any and all questions bodyboarding. Not only that, but they have so many videos on youtube and blogs to help you out! I really like the collaboration videos with bodyboarding holidays, it teaches you all of the basics. I ccant stress enough how good of a business this is.

I have been buying from them for 20 years and every transaction is treated the same, with customer service being paramount. I think some truly big companies need to look at Jay and Vicki s model and learn what it means to put the customer first. FYI, the size of the order does not matter, every time I am treated like a VIP.

The body boarding community needs eBodyboarding more then they may know. Back in the 80 s when I first started riding in NY, finding anything decent was like a treasure hunt, went thru 2 sets of fins (blue and yellow) which both broke at the ankle and since we did not have internet, buying was difficult. If a surf shop had more then 7-10 body boards, it was our best bet. Once I drove 70 miles because I was told the surf shop catered to us and what did I find, about 3 fin choices and about 15 boards to choice from.

In the most trying times in my 60 plus years on this rock, we need to support eBodyboarding more then ever, Am@#$n will never give you the variety, quality or customer service Jay and Vicki do.

The customer service is great! This shop happened to be the only shop I could find online that had the specific sized bodyboard I was looking for in stock. After placing the order, Jay followed up in an email saying I didn't get a leash with my board and included a link to the leashes. I was originally undecided about getting a leash and figured I could always get it later and install it myself (I found their YouTube channel and it looked simple enough), but I took a look anyway and saw that the leashes could be installed for free if purchased with a board, so I asked if I could still add a leash to my order and have it installed. They responded quickly and got things taken care of without any problems.

Two years ago I was going to Brazil and got a BB bag to take my boards. The bag came with a zipper problem, I contact them about the issue. They sent me a new bag without a questions, and the bag arrived in two days. They are best BB shop. Thank you guys for your customer service.
