I have been buying from them for 20 years and every transaction is treated the same, with customer service being paramount. I think some truly big companies need to look at Jay and Vicki s model and learn what it means to put the customer first. FYI, the size of the order does not matter, every time I am treated like a VIP.

The body boarding community needs eBodyboarding more then they may know. Back in the 80 s when I first started riding in NY, finding anything decent was like a treasure hunt, went thru 2 sets of fins (blue and yellow) which both broke at the ankle and since we did not have internet, buying was difficult. If a surf shop had more then 7-10 body boards, it was our best bet. Once I drove 70 miles because I was told the surf shop catered to us and what did I find, about 3 fin choices and about 15 boards to choice from.

In the most trying times in my 60 plus years on this rock, we need to support eBodyboarding more then ever, Am@#$n will never give you the variety, quality or customer service Jay and Vicki do.
