Not as promised, poor quality stitching, never recieved product, rush job. I had to go to another shop for a brand new product. Did not try to fix stitching and didnt even care about my concerns. It took 6 weeks to complete. He took his patches and kept my money. Will overcharge you in the beginning but tell you to give him a good review to get a discount. You never tried to make it right so stop telling lies. I know all of these 5 reviews are for your discount that asked you to do. Price was never an issue and I never tried to talk you into lower a price. I paid what you asked. The quality of work was very poor. You should admit, it was out of your league. Stop begging for 5 reviews after you quote prices.

Superior Customer Service! I called to get an estimate for five terry cloth headbands and Bryon patiently ran down all my options over the phone. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called to verify this place does embroidery due to contacting several wrong phone numbers on Google. The person I spoke with was beyond RUDE! I inquired about same day service as I only need initials on a Father s Day gift. I called at 5:15 the time the business has posted closing hours is 6:00. The male I spoke with very quickly reminded me in a rude manner of the time and repeated my question regarding same day service rather than answer my question with a yes or no!? I was actually planning to bring the item the following day which would have been Saturday. Needles to say.... DO NOT spend your money with this business as they are rude and obviously have NO respect for the customers they should be trying to serve. I am taking my money elsewhere and you should do the same...,
