I placed an order and thought everything was on schedule, had a tracking number and everything from usps. I received a message on wed saying my order is on its way then Thursday I get a order returned and refunded email, I reached out to ebodyboarding to clarify and I was told my shipment was returned for an unknown reason. A little disappointing after reading all these good reviews and placing an order for a birthday gift just to have it returned before ever receiving. Hopefully down the road we can try to do business again.
*UPDATE* I was contacted the next day by Jay & Tommy I received an email with a sincere apology and if I was still interested they would re ship my order, there was an issue with the postal service and I can not blame ebodyboarding. The fact they reached out and apologized multiple times and tried to make things right is customer service at its finest. I love the ocean and with Covid around it s hard on everybody so I called and replaced my order. Thanks Jay, Tommy and Staff!
