Deplorable service from the moment I bought the car, all the way through to servicing.
Registration screw ups, resulting in parking fines that were in no way mine and registration lapsing due to their mistake.
General Manager was a condescending snake, who could not have cared any less.
Servicing never runs on time. Half the time you deal with jerks who look and speak to you like you're a halfwit.
Avoid at all costs, nothing but a nightmare from the first minute.

Welcoming staff providing details of service requirements and complete breakdown of costs when collecting my car. The attention to detail was impressive. The whole process ran smoothly, efficiently and was very reasonably priced for a major service.

We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander last week and Michael King in Sales and Mark and team in Finance made our experience a cool breeze and thoroughly explained the features of the car and loan. Well done boys.

Fantastic place, great customer service.

After much research on the internet, I knew which car model I wanted, and the colour so I went to the Werribee dealership which is only 10min drive away from where I live.Werribee dealership weren t able to offer me the colour car that I wanted, they tried to convince me of buying a car that I had no interest in. I decided to look elsewhere and thank goodness that I did. I phoned eastside Mitsubishi dealership and spoke to TJ, I told him what I wanted and he told me that they had the vehicle and the colour that I was after, the very next day I was at eastside dealership 1hr drive and Tj was there to show me the car. He was outstanding, no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys just great accommodating service. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle that I was interested in, for a price that I was happy to pay. No hassles just civil and relaxed negotiation. Tj went above and beyond he even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly. I m one happy customer thanks to TJ for the smooth transaction. Anyone who is looking to buy a new car or used car I would highly recommend Eastside Mitsubishi ( TJ in particular) it s worth the long drive.

I had my Pajero Sport serviced last week at Eastside Mitsubishi (30,000K)
Arrived in the morning to drop it off and apologised for the dirty condition of it as I had been clearing my Dads estate and always have the dogs in the back, so it was pretty filthy, well organised picked up the loaner car.

They called my in the arvo to inform me my car was ready.
Drove down to Eastside and was surprised they had cleaned it.
Very happy with everything, they fixed everything I had asked.
Highly recommend them.
Great job guys.

We had a very positive experience with the recent purchase of an ASX. Loving the car! Salesman TJ was very helpful without being pushy and and made the transaction very easy and hassle free. We had also been to other dealers with a less positive experience so thanks TJ for professional service.

Eastside Mitsubishi where they're on your side, only if they're going to make money from you. Don't bother going if you're not a retail customer, especially on a Saturday- no one is interested in helping you. We were told to our faces that we "have to understand I make money from retail customers, so I can't help you". All we wanted to know was the ball weight of a car. Disappointing and poor service. Go elsewhere.

A really tremendous salesperson (Rozlin) at Eastside had all details on the various models and options, made us feel very comfortable and not pressured and provided all the information about after-sales support. I highly recommend this dealership if aggressive sales tactics make you uncomfortable.

Mitch our salesperson was great, he looked after myself and wife really well, from the first moment we walked through the door until we left. He introduced us to the availability of stock and range of cars which we test drove. He seemed genuinely happy about his job, he didn't try to put a hard sell on us, but came across to us with enthusiasm and to top it all off he gave us a great deal on a new car. We are both very happy with the service he and the rest of the staff gave us. Cheers to all.

I enjoyed the experience of buying my new car due to the attention I received from everyone from sales TJ, finance, service, aftermarket lady and reception staff whenever our paths crossed. A special thank you to TJ who was rather patient with me at the start till I decided what I wanted, he obviously went out of his way to give me a good experience - which he most certainly did - without him making it look like an effort. Honest, Efficient and knowledgeable. The team kept me up to date and asked for permission before proceeding with any additional works. They did not recommend any unnecessary works. I've been taking my car there for over 9 years now without issue.

Became a customer 3 years ago after purchasing the Outlander and have serviced my car there ever since. Absolutely great service provided by patient (and God do you need patience when talking cars with me!) and (what seems to be experienced and knowledgeable) sales and service crew. Truly grateful and have recommended to others.

Never encountered customer service as disgusting as this. Sales person, was rude and intimidating, hinting us not to waste his time, because it's a Saturday ( perhaps half day operation) better off looking after ready-to-buy customers. Criticised current cars that we are driving. Never asked for customers names, insincere and despite, this outlet has been highly recommended. We have never been so intimidated to the point, we almost wanted to stand up and said, SORRY, WE DON'T WANT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME, HOPE YOU GET A SALES TODAY. We still asked for his name card just because it's Saturday and we don't want him to ruin the rest of the day.

Overley aggressive sale people who are happy to back out of a signed contract for a better deal. I thought this sort of behaviour was wiped out in the 1980s. My contract was signed, trying to change the terms verbally leads to confusion. Let s be clear, when my contact was signed on a Monday all the terms were agreed and the car should have been removed from sale, keeping it on the market was a breach of contract no matter what Yuri wants to say.

Did not like the pushiness to finalize a purchase at Eastside Mitsubishi. The salesman was knowledgeable about the car on offer, didn't have to sell because I knew I was going to purchase the car from the start. Trade in valuations here are abysmal and they really didn't offer too much of a chance to negotiate on this. Realising the next day was the last day of the month the finance bloke was way too keen to sign the papers (even pushing to meet me at my work to do so). I was unsure on whether I wanted to proceed because of this. All contract details were very blazay and not explained in detail. If you want to purchase from these people be very sure to read every and push them for the absolute best deal. Be very cautious and if you're not happy walk.

Absolutely disgusting remarks made by a staff member. Would have loved to purchase a vehicle however was told it cost them money for me to enquire. I had decided I was going to take the time and purchase the vehicle at listed price, until he turned nasty. Well done Eastside Mitsubishi!

What a delightful group of used car salesman, especially the valuer.
First there's the Asian guy who knows nothing about the car he'd like to sell me, nice enough person, just uninformed. Then there's the other salesman who buts in and thinks he knows everything about the car the Asian guy would like to sell me but in fact he really has no idea what he's talking about.
Then there's the valuer who appeared out of no where and who offers a ridiculous trade in figure with no interest in even looking at the trade in.
My trade in is no clapped old rust bucket either. It's a beautiful, babied, lovingly looked after car with very low mileage that looks and drives like day one but is just too small for me now.
He didn't even want to look at it.
He also tells me he could be selling THIS car here for several thousand bucks more, well readers, if he could he would but he can't so he won't.
He couldn't even be bothered to try to walk me into the office for some sweet talkin' bullshit. No, dear reader, there was no interest to even try and do a deal here. At least the Asian guy was willing to take me out for a test drive. I was already sold on the car, I wanted it, if the test drive had been good I was ready to buy it but the Asian guy had no say in it, Mr Charm , the Valuer, made it clear there was no possibility of negotiation, Mr. Charm closed the door and let me walk.
Honestly, the conversation was more or less friendly until he closed the door. Some years ago I had unpleasant experiences in the service department here with my Mitsy 380 and it appears that years later nothing's changed. In every sense this dealership is a huge waste of time.
If you're looking for a kind, friendly and professional sales team who'll go the extra mile to get you in the car you want, do yourself the biggest favor you'll ever do yourself and just drive past Eastside Mitsubishi.

Did an online enquiry as I am looking to purchase a car. Received a reply from a salesman called Malcolm. Didn't even have the decency to address me with a capital letter for my name.
With poor professionalism like that, why would I want to go into their dealership?

I am getting to the end of my tether. We bought a car and the car mats were not located in the car. Trying to get them to honor their responsibility and provide me with car mats has been an extremely difficult task. Lots of talk and not much action.
Futhermore, we were given a second set of keys that are not coded to my vehicle. I have three kids and getting out to have keys coded and working is not an easy feat. The car is wonderful but I regret purchasing from them.

I assume you have to be a regular client to get good service, or they extremely busy. I have tried now on at least 4 separate occasions to get a service booking (twice for recalls) and they give me dates that are way too far off. The last time (for a recall due to faulty passenger airbag) they said earliest was 6th December. Nearly 6 months away! I won't be trying again, let alone purchasing a vehicle.

From the time I walked into Eastside I was welcomed by Rozlen who was great my wife and I looked at the new eclipse cross Rozlin was extremely helpful and we ordered a car that day and took delivery on the 6th of Jan and are very happy with it. I had tried another couple of mitsubishi dealers near home and just had no idea.
I would highly recommend talking to Rozlin at eastside.

They told me that they could do me a deal on the price and then did not make any offers whatsoever.
Looking to purchase a vehicle from them and they do not bother to respond to emails or calls.

Extremely helpful sales assistance by Rozlin Motely which means that we purchased a car suitable to our requirements without feeling pressured in any way. Rozlin had a very good knowledge of the cars which resulted in a good match for us and we got clear answers to our questions. Buying a new car is a big decision and having helpful guidance is a real plus. We are happy with the purchase and the 10 year warranty gives real peace of mind. Also impressed with how organised everything was.

Last Saturday I bought a brand new ASX here, our salesperson Calvin was extremely helpful in explaining all the safety features and comparisons between the models and went above and beyond to make me feel confident with my purchase and completely sell me on the car. With a bit of negotiating he was even able to get me a great deal on my upgrade to leather seats.When I picked It up two days ago they had wrapped it up with a big ribbon on top and a lovely sign infront of it congratulating me on my new car. I found all the staff here to be extremely friendly and helpful so a big thank you to all of you for making my experience so special! I couldn t be more in love with my new car and would highly recommend this dealership.

I had every intention of getting the Mitsubishi ASX and test driving it & had Steve assist with his thoughts about it. Steve was not pushy like most sales people are and was very informative and helpful. The drive was good but it wasn't what i wanted and he recommended the Mitsubishi Outlander. Surely enough i had a test drive in that and boy it was a beauty. Powerful, smooth and looked stunning. Even though i did not purchase it today..when i have saved up a bit more i will be returning to see Steve again.

Wow what a worst dealership for taking care your car. We doing the service last month, they fitting the part incorrectly, coming back for few time. STILL NOT FIXED. Service manager keep advice they are correct. If you had an idea of part need to be fix up his attitude become extremely rude and deplorable and possibly even deal with you. They just advise come back doing the service next time, we will fix up for you. They try to asking your money as much as they can.
Going to another dealership for fixing problem, they are without any asking. Totally disappointed, cannot image I am driving the car with incorrect part fitting.
Do not risk your life in this dealership, going to others if you can.

They do a great job of washing your car after a full service. Don't buy the genuine towbar/underbody accessories (we bought a pajero sport and have done Fraser Island and a couple of mild 4x4 days); you can get much better aftermarket products for the same price. Genuine towbar bottoms out because it sits too low. Orig underbody is like a splash guard, for over $800 they'll fit a 1.5mm; aftermarket is a proper 3+mm for similar money. Good service department.

Had a really disappointing experience at the part department. I went in to pick up a set of car mats and was treated as if I didn t exist. The guy who served me was incredibly rude. He didn t say hi or bye. He grabbed the maps slammed them on the desk and then walked off. I was so shocked. I even asked whether that was it and I don t even know if he responded because by that point he had walked into another room. He didn t even look at me! Never again. I d rather drive further and go to any other Mitsubishi then be treated like I m non existent.

Need to get my car serviced, i rang them and their service department was busy so ileft a message with tge receptionist for them to call me back. Two weeks later i call back to find out whats happening. Once again they are to busy to take my call so i leave another message for them to call me back. A week has passed and still no return call. Obviously dont need my business so its time to go elsewhere for my car service .

2nd annual service and the job was completed successfully (as far as I know). Customer service attitude changed quickly when I didn't want to pay $140 extra for unneeded but 'recommended' extras.

Car came back without complimentary wash after turning down 'recommendations' also.

Will try a different dealership for next capped service. Not a great experience.

Great dealership and excellent service from day one. I had a very positive experience dealing with TJ and also Gavin, the GM. The whole team has been very helpful and proactive and ready to accomodate our needs. I'm very happy with my new ASX XLS (great value for money!) and I'm strongly recommending this dealership if you would like to buy a Mitsubishi.

Nothing was too much trouble and when the deal was completed they delivered the car to the ferry terminal.
