PrimeCare Community Health Review

My Dr there is awesome! The office is the complete opposite. I've called a total of 6 times in a 12 hour time frame for the office to answer once. They didn't even end up helping me contact my dr about refilling my RESCUE inhaler. My pharmacy contacted the office three days ago and still no responds.

This office has done a 360 turn around amazing doctor's friendly and welcoming staff thank you primecare keep up the great work.

I was referred to dr acevedo by my other doc i thought i was going into a professional dr who i got was a 28yr old pre-med student i knew more about my condition then he did he told me i need to see a neurologist so he can find out what my condition was well on my next visit it was 3 months later i ended up having a severe heart attack and an implant put in my chest which was a defibrillator well i went turned in my prescriptions and the pharmacy called to tell me it was ready it was two day's early and he cancelled my prescriptions saying i violated the Dr's order i did not know getting my prescriptions a day or two early that was illegal i guess i was never told this and i never signed forms saying this. he is a cruel and ignorant man who couldn't be a doctor here.

It took a year to get a referral for my son and then the call center employees are rude it's ashame that they don't know what to do and some Dr are very good others not to good

Worst doctor office ever. Unprofessional they do not take care of patients. Instead of offering my family a safe place to find health care or support in dealing with our situation they were judgemental, rude, and close minded. They make u wait two hours in a 3x4 box to see someone that Google's what's wrong with u in front of your face. I went there for almost three years. Everytime something was awful I gave them the benefit of doubt. I have finally transferred my office. good riddance

I wasn't very pleasd. It's more like being run by high school students in a powerpery struck area. It takes so long and they seem to not know how to let the left hand know what the right hand is doing. Each of them had this annoying habit of repeating things over and over again. But most of all what really got me was when I was told by the Dr they did infact and will be watching my RX rewuests and pick ups at the pharmacies I go to.This was before I even had the chance to turn back in my Hippa pappers and the forms stating whom I'd allow them access to my personal information on me!!. Too intrusive like Big brother

They are terrible at returning calls. My husband's pharmacy has called regarding a prescription 2 days in a row and never got a reply.

The lady Dentist at this office was very classy and professional and everyone is very nice there..it's a really nice place to go.
