Disappointed I have had my Pajero since new and just coming up 10 years so about time to update. Have had the car serviced with Eastside continuously over those years except a couple of services when travelling. I had a problem this morning and the car went into limp mode. Earliest date they can fit me in 3 weeks away. Really? That's what you get for being a loyal customer for 10 years? 3 weeks without a car? Not happening I'll go elsewhere to get fixed and to purchase the update. Not happy.

Pleased to post that the DP contacted me today and apologised with the offer of looking at my car ASAP. Nice to see that they take note of comments. I guess everyone has an off day.

Very disappointed in the second hand sales department the level of service was extremely pushy unprofessional confusing and rude. They certainly didnt want our business and as soon as i asked to see the registration information to confirm year of vehicle we where told they had sold the car 10 minutes prior. Would i recommend Eastside Mitsubishi NO i deffinately woud not!

We recently bought a car from them. I would like to say how amazing the team over there are. It was a hassle free to deal with them. We started dealing with a very customer oriented sale rep, TJ who is so convincing with a great sales skills who negotiated a very good deal for us. Then we were looked after by a very friendly staff, Amy who took care of our finance. She was very helpful and any questions put to her, she answered them very professionally. We were also pleasure to deal with Tiffany who was very helpful and is very product knowledgeable.

When it was time to pick up our new car, Mark looked after my in laws and was very helpful, friendly and above all very trustworthy.

I would also like to thank Gavin who has been very helpful in making the sales-purchase deal very easy. You guys, you have a very professional, customer-oriented and trustworthy team which everyone can trust you 110%.

In lights of your high quality customer service and customer Total Satisfaction, there is no doubts that I will highly recommend your business!

I am a very happy customer. I had a serious overheating engine issue in my Challenger. From my first phone call I was given one person to deal with (Jon). He was polite, punctual and did what he said he'd do. Throughout the process of investigation he updated me regularly. He also arranged a car for me while the job was getting done. Honestly, Jon's 'can do' approach took any stress I was feeling out of the picture. The team at Mitsubishi Eastside should be proud of the work they are doing. This is what customer service should always be. I'm pretty impressed. Well done guys.

We recently bought a new car through Eastside Mitsubishi and found their staff to be very helpful at every stage of the transaction. The salesman, TJ was excellent and Mark, the finance man, was helpful and made the whole procedure very easy. Each time we had reason to telephone the receptionist was efficient and knowledgeable and on visits, if we had to wait, the staff offered coffee and chatted until we could be attended to. The whole experience was great, customer service was faultless and we love the car!!

I bought a Pajero for a good price last year. When I picked up the car the salesman (Chris) tried to sell me an additional 5 year warranty for $1000. He showed me an attitude when I refused to accept it saying I should have made it clear in my reply to his email that morning (long story short!). I insisted I don't need it and then he was upset that he had to redo the paperwork. I signed the new paperwork but in that uncomfortable environment and with the excitement of buying a car, I failed to carefully check the new paperwork before signing (my bad!). After a few months, I got online access to my loan account and then I realised the overcharge. When I carefully checked the loan documents, I had signed the paperwork confirming the total amount so I couldn't do anything.

Please be careful with the salesmen here and check your documents carefully before signing.

Service staff members are always helpful, courteous and explain any issues with the vehicle. Car always ready on time and returned clean and ready to go. My cap price period is over now, but I will still have the vehicle serviced by Eastside.

I just had one of the best experiences I've ever had when it comes to buying a vehicle thanks to the service provided by Eastside Mitsubishi and by TJ Ranaweera in particular.

Being an extremely busy person I was looking for a second car for my family. I had a terrible experience with a Honda dealer who wasn't able to deliver what was promised. To be honest I wasn't considering getting into a Mitsubishi simply because (silly me) I thought it was "outside" of my budget.

For some reason I received an offer for a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer Sport who caught my attention and I decided to send an email. Within a couple of hours I received an email from TJ with all the car details. He even offered to show me the car later the same day; he took the car to my place and allowed me to do a test drive. I felt in love with that car immediately. Within a week the car was mine. Everything worked perfectly between the dealer and my Bank with an smooth and efficient exchange of information.

I didn't have to to go out of my way or organize "special" appointments everything was simply FLAWLESS. Definitely will recomend TJ and Eastside to all my friends and for sure in a couple of years will come back for an upgrade.

Thanks for the amazing service; something that is much needed in today's world of businesses.

Made multiple attempts to book in a recall service, but they don't even have the decency to return your call. Probably not interested unless they can get some money off you!

Update 01/05: Called up to speak to Andrew as suggested by owner's comments below. No answer, and was eventually transferred to Nicole (at reception?). Asked to speak to Andrew and was told, "I'll see if they're available". Put on hold, then transferred again to a number where no one picks up. I hung up after 5 mins, and I'm not wasting any more of my time on this mob.

Went back to Chadstone Mitsubishi, who took my call and booked me in straight away. Have to wait a few weeks but that's ok.

Busy or not, all the customer is asking for is a response. Ignoring the customer doesn't solve anything. Pity as I live just down the road from Eastside, but they have lost me as a customer.

I spoke and dealt with Yury. He was kind, helpful, patient and did everything in his power to make my experience a good one. I'm from regional Victoria and had the car trucked here, mainly due to covid and avoiding Melbourne. The car I purchased is in perfect order, matched the description with no funny business. Very happy, could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at Eastside Mitsubishi. I could not recommend highly enough the services of sales person Mitchell Burlew. Mitch made me feel very comfortable and spoke to me more like a friend than a customer.
He was very laid back, but polite and curtious at the same time. I felt no pressure what so ever to make a deal, but rather Mitch helped me explore all possible options with regards to purchasing a demo model or a brand new vehicle. In the end I chose a new vehicle and was also very happy with the trade in price I was given for my old car.

My (previous) car was old and not running well. Due to covid all dealerships were closed. I had time to do a heap of online homework and the ASX kept coming up on the top of my list. Once restrictions eased my first visit was to Mitsubishi. The staff at Eastside Mitsubishi (specifically Rozlin & Josh) were extremely helpful & professional and now I am driving a brand new car! Have no hesitation recommending the car and the staff.

Just bought my new outlander 2020 at a great price. The service was we received from John and Roz were incredible, at no time did I feel pushed into a sale or put under any sort of pressure to buy, which is common in a dealership. Upon collection of my car, I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car adorned with a ribbon and a certificate, which were nice touches. Roz very kindly went through all the features of the car with me on handover of the car, and let me know if I needed help at any time, I could just drive by. Really great service. No buyer's remorse at all. Thanks guys!

I'm a mid-fifties professional bloke in a suit who had a good experience buying a used car there last year. Recommended them to my mid-twenties daughter last month when she was looking for a 'new' used car. Not such a good experience for her.
Sales staff and management were considerate and polite only up until the contract was signed and the money transferred into the Eastside account. Things went pear shaped very quickly after that. In the end she exercised her statutory right to withdraw from the contract within three business days, a right that was found when exploring the consumer affairs website, not one explained by the sales staff or management at Eastside.
Four stars for service to professional blokes in suits.
No stars for service to young women.

I recently brought a used Outlander from Sibo. Sibo was so lovely to deal with from my first enquiry to drive away. He made the whole process so easy and was very responsive to all my calls and messages, answering every question I had.
I also accessed finance through the dealership with Colin, who again was so lovely to deal with. Colin made the process so simple and quick and he clearly knew his stuff.
I enjoyed my interactions with both staff members and love my new car. Very happy customer! Highly recommended.

Poor communication from service department, and slow service (apparently 3 hrs is ok for a first 1500km service check - when it was booked via the Internet as 'express'. If you want continued income from existing customers this needs to be improved!

Great experience. Was looking to trade my car and found a car they had that I wanted to swap over for. Sibo (Sales Agent) was ever so helpful and assisted in getting me all the info that was required to get the deal done. He even gave me a good offer for the trade over the phone and honoured it when I got there, No if's or buts or BS. Most of it was done over SMS too. He knew I had to drive 3hrs plus to get to him and he made sure the car was detailed, new tyres, service done and threw in 12 months roadside assistance as a bonus!!!! All I had to do was drive there, do the swap pay the difference and drive back home. Would definitely recommend doing business with them as they are good at it and not like the other 3 dealerships I spoke and all i got was. "Come here and we will talk"... Well done Eastside Mitsubishi you have won me as a future customer!

I purchased a new Mitsubishi triton in 2013, the salesman was fantastic, he was not pushy at all and made me feel at ease, all the features were explained to me in detail, and it was a great price, so I also purchased a bullbar, GPS, reversing camera, fog lights and a winch, I have travelled extensively throughout Qld, NSW and Vic with this triton and it has never given me one single problem, its a fantastic vehicle 10/10

Recently experienced fantastic service here when buying a second hand hybrid car. Staff were knowledgeable, responsive and no-nonsense. Was semi-expecting to be on the receiving end of heavy sales tactics but they never occurred - instead the team went out of their way to help us decide on the car (including driving it to our house for a 30 minute test drive, washing it before we picked it up and helping us to do the large amounts of paperwork required to trade in our old car). We ended up getting a great deal and the team offered to help with any questions / issues after our purchase. Will be recommending to friends and family!
