The service at Eastside Mitsubishi was absolutely appalling! Buying a car is meant to be an exciting and enjoyable experience, however unfortunately the sales staff and used car manager made the experience completely the opposite to anything enjoyable.
Alan Zaheri knew little to no knowledge about the car that I was buying and after asking five times for the date that the car was registered to with no response I decided to contact Eastside Mitsubishi directly in which I received the response of It will be stated on your contract . When I asked could you please check the contract that you have in front of you I received the response of You would have to check yourself. The contract itself had to be re written three times due to not stating the correct sale price even though I had already signed the legally binding contract. Alan along with his supervisor Brendan stated that the contact must be amended to state the correct sale price as the price was $990.00 under the original agreed amount. When I stated that I had already bought this to Alan s attention with no response and that due to signing the contact it was now legally binding, Alan did not respond to my statement whilst his supervisor just walked off. You can expect that after being amended three times the contact will still state the incorrect registration date.
Please don t even bother contacting the Manger Alex Meltser directly as he doesn t have the curtesy to return your emails or messages. On the other hand if you would like to be degraded and have your deposit receipt thrown at you across the table please feel free to request to speak to Marc their Finance Manager.
On the day of collection you can expect the exceptional service of having the car parked out ready for you in the service lane, the car will have half a tank of fuel even though your contact states full tank of fuel and you won t have a payment receipt provided to you on the day of collection, instead you will be required to demand this be emailed to you as it is the sales agents day off that you were dealing with. All in all if I could provide a zero star rating for Eastside Mitsubishi I would.

Our family received great services from the staff here in Eastside Mitsubishi since our first time visiting the showroom. We bought a new outlander and from the time of test-driving it, Mitchell has been very helpful throughout the time. Highly recommended!
We had a horrible experience here. They sent a letter asking us to bring our outlander for a free safety check. The car was in excellent condition before but during the check they made an error or may be intentionally removed a part and said it will cost $3000 to replace the part. But our mechanic fixed it for $280. Never take your car for their safety checks or services.
Looked at a used car, salesman agreed to a price after checking with the sales manager. Did test drive, went in to do the deal but then they renegged on the price. Shifty business.

Rude salesman... Avoid. Went in to see the new Mitsubishi eclipse I've read a lot on. Had one there. Asked to take for test drive and the rude salesman said that they can't cause it's not registered. Ok, so I asked why can't they put trade plates on...he said that they didn't want to...so I walked out and spent my 40k elsewhere.
I bought my Mitsubishi Mirage from here solely because I found the salesperson friendly, welcoming and patient. He spoke to us about cars without any jargon. The pricing is good.
Having said that, I am not impressed by my servicing experience there. I have been taking my car there for the last 4 years for capped price servicing. But, there is always something which wasn't there the year before. On average, I have spent $600 per servicing on brake pads, tyre alignment etc.
As a first time customer to Eastside Mitsubishi - I've found everyone there to be very profession and helpful with our Pajero Sport.

The service team was very cooperative when I wanted to change my work order from a major service to a minor service, midway through the job. Minus points though, for being kept on hold for over 20 minutes.
I went with my parents to pick up their new car and the service they received was top notch. Mitch the salesman was fantastic he knew his stuff, was thorough and patient. He took the time to ensure my Dad was going to driveaway feeling confident in how to use his new car. Their new Eclipse was state of the art, recommend it & choose Eastside.
In the 10 years since I have had my Challenger I have nearly always had regular services done by Eastside, except for one when in Cairns FNQ, always happy with quality of service applied to vehicle.

Worst customer service ever received in a automobile showroom.
Brought my car here to get my clutch replaced, car serviced, have my dash lights fixed (they were not turning on), boost gauge looked at as it was playing up and asked for a general check up as the cars engine was fairly noisy and i wasn't sure how much longer the brake pads were going to last.
The problems after getting it back:
1. Engine was still noisy - no one bothered to even look at it or mention why.
2. My dash lights were now lighting up.. but were on ALL THE TIME.
3. They decided the best way to fix my boost gauges (defi mind you) was to just remove them.. What??
4. No mention on how my brake pads were.
5. Clutch - Ok this was the big one that really pissed me off; when I received the car back from them I noticed it was leaking oil. They had the car for 3 weeks - they would of known it was leaking oil. I brought the car back and they admitted they snapped and broke something while putting the clutch in. The best part? They expected ME TO PAY THEM for them breaking something on my car - naturally I argued and managed to get it replaced for free, although I now had to bring the car back to them and wait ANOTHER 2 weeks to get fixed.
2 weeks later..
When i got the car back for the second time i noticed it was no longer boosting right and mentioned this when i was arguing about the thing they broke with the gear box. They told me to bring the car back to them again so i did.
After bringing the car back to them they told me they knew what the problem is and it would cost me $260 to fix. Which was strange because the car definitely didn't have this problem prior to me bringing it to them in the first place!
Another 2 weeks later..
After spending $260 and waiting 2 weeks I finally get the car back. Guess what.. STILL NOT FIXED. I called them up to tell them this and they wouldn't reimburse me on the $260 I spent that DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING.
Conclusion:
I will never be back and I truly hope this discourages anyone else taking their car there to get fixed or serviced. Absolute tards running the place and will try and cheat you out of every dollar you have. I ended up having to take my car to another mechanic who actually cared, listened and fixed the problem.
I bought a 2012 Suzuki (42,000km) from these guys at the end of last year. Within a fortnight it was towed back, and I've been having major issues with the engine ever since - the car blows HUGE plumes of white smoke. These guys have been stuffing me around the entire time, and haven't even figured out what the problem is. They refuse to give me a refund or reimburse costs associated with the hire car that I now need as it is going back for the FIFTH time in four months. Every time I go to the service centre (I'm a regular now!) there have been other frustrated customers waiting to speak to someone. Absolutely do NOT buy a car from here, and as for the service centre - take your car to a real mechanic.
Btw, Andrew (see 5 star review below) is an employee. I wouldn't be surprised if the other 5 star reviews are also fake.
Found the sales team to be very helpful and well informed. My new Triton had a lot of extra's included and when I went to pick it up, staff took me around to show me my inclusions were indeed there.
I would recommend Eastside Mitsubishi for for a no fuss and easy sale.

Waited 30 min to test a car. Then the sale person came along and started driving the car indicating it is a bit hard to get out and he would let us test drive once he think it is safe to do. And then when we were allowed to drive it was for 2 min as we were already back on whitehorse rd. Safe to say we didn't buy the car from this dealership and simply went elsewhere. Please treat people with respect. I came to buy a car but you just wasted my time.
Excellent customer service , after visiting various Mitsubishi dealerships I decided to give Eastside a try and the results were amazing.Not only did they give me a car to use while they repaired mine, I was given the option of returning it next day since I was too busy that evening. Andrew the bloke at the service department is a gem. And a free complimentary wash. Would definitely take my car back to mitsubishi nunawading.
This probably comes as a bit of an odd review. I looked at purchasing a car from Eastside Mitsubishi only to purchase a car from another Dealer. I went as far as to get a price point on a work car and had the pleasure of dealing with TJ in the New car showroom. Now whilst a deal was never struck at this particular dealer, I dealt with maybe half a dozen dealers from all over eastern suburbs. TJ was very good, he was extremely professional, polite and honest, one of the best I had encountered. He wasn't pushy, never felt uncomfortable during the process and knew his product. He was happy to give us all the time we needed and remained professional even when the sale had gone elsewhere. (Triton at the time didn't suit my needs as much as another car but was 2nd choice for my car hunt.)
I am happy with Mitsubishi Nunawading, they are very good and very friendly. I am happy what I purchased and also looking in coming years to upgrade with latest Mitsubishi 4x4 model.

Fantastic customer service, i brought a demo model 2019 triton from Grindon and he was a true gentlemen. He explained every aspect between the different models and how features worked to compliment each model. That made the decision of picking the right vechile for me and the right place to buy the a no brainer.

Tried to book in my 105,000 service and it was as hard as getting to the moon. The online chat system is hardly effective. Ended up taking my car to another service centre. They want your business but play hard to get.

I was denied to take test drive when I said I was looking for new car but on fleet program. The sales executive said, dont waste his time! Rude and unprofessional.
Went to look at a second hand car (few weeks back) and was in early stages but wanted to test drive the car to compare to others. Salesman picked up on it and would not even get the car out of the lot to test drive, left and went to more helpful dealers. They lost a sale based on their arrogance.

Had the timing belt & thermostat replaced at Eastside Mitsubishi. After a few days, the power steering belt got dislodged and the car had to be towed back. No compensation and no apology. The radiator overflow tube wasn t inserted into the overflow container causing the fluid to spill. The tube of the windscreen washer wasn t placed properly and was caught in the engine bay hence no water could come out when trying to operate and wash the windscreen.
Would not recommend this place to anyone

Wow what a horrible dealership. Never felt so unwelcomed in my life. We've done the research and just looking to make a purchase. But it felt like the sales person just couldn't be bothered with us. We ended up leaving and hearing to Mitsubishi at Knox.

The customer service and delivery service that Mitsubishi provides is appalling. I recently bought a car from this dealership. The sales consultant (TJ ) and sales manager (Gavin) only cares about reaching their sales targets. TJ was very unethical with his sales strategies, he downgraded and talked ill of other branches of Mitsubishi dealerships so he could get customers to purchase from Mitsubishi Nunawading.
In terms of the sales manager Gavin, if you had a "different acknowledgement" of when the car was to be delivered his attitude could become extremely rude and deplorable and possibly even yell at you.
He demand the car to be picked up during my own work hours so that they could have the money in before the end of the month to reach sales targets. When I told him that I was not available as a full time worker, he suggested that they then could drive the new vehicle to my workplace, so they could collect the remaining fee for the car. He even came up with a solution of paying the remaining fee over the phone or through bank transfer, when we haven't even had a chance to take a look at the vehicle that we're purchasing. As a customer purchasing a new vehicle we wanted to ensure the car was in perfect condition prior to paying the remaining fee thus we turned down their suggestions.
When we said no to the options that Gavin suggested this was exactly what he stated in the call "No, I said it was to go out before Thursday (the last day of the month). If I had known that it wasn't going to go out before the end of the month then I would have never made the deal in the first place".
Additionally, there was also a fault in the new vehicle that we purchased. When we purchased the car, the car should come free of fault and in a perfect condition. However, there was a fault with the car that would have possibly become life threatening overtime if we had not realised it.
Overall, I was very disappointed with TJ and Gavin and will not go to that dealership again. I hope this is helpful and no customer will receive the same customer service as I did. Definitely do not recommend.

Profoundly disappointing sales experience. Price was negotiated, Sibo Gao (sales person)asked me for a commitment - agreed upon subject to test drive. Originally was going to bring car to me, but manager said no, as everything was over the phone. OK. Agreed for me to visit yard on Saturday morning. Checked night before to confirm OK to view as discussed. Drove car, agreed I would buy it.
We went into the office and I was told the manager would not do the deal at the price discussed. Wasted my time, cost me the chance to buy another vehicle that I had looked at elsewhere because I was going to take my business closer to home and subsequently missed out on. Unprofessional and very short sighted as I am local and will tell my story to anyone who talks to me about this dealership. I am also in sales and would never stoop to these sorts of tactics. Neither the salesman, not the sales manager have an understanding of word of mouth. If I asked my sales people why a deal fell through and this was given as the reason, I would be furious.
Further to response from Owner. My immediate dealings were with one member of staff only. If you have a number of staff who differ, I would be interested to know who these mysterious people are are? I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews willy nilly. This really got my goat as I have 40 years experience in sales, and I have never experienced this sort of thing previously.
Recently I had trade in deal, very professional and helpful with my situation. Michael King, the sales rep is very polite in nature and thoroughly shared his advice and current market figures which made me to make my decision.
