Went in for my 34 week ultrasound and everyone there from the receptionists to the ultrasound tech to the doctor were great. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay 8 dollars to park for a hour and 45 mins.

Not sure what others might experience for 1 star review.
I give this place 5+ star, they tried their best to arrange my appointment within time frame.
The staff at the reception is informative and friendly. Big credit to Michell, a front desk supervisor was super detailed and nice. Everything went smoothly. Thank u all.
Highly recommend.

Have gone there twice for 2 pregnancies. Both extremely high risk. They've been courteous and helpful everytime. I went once a week for the duration of the pregnancy for both times. Sometimes twice a week. Took the time to explain everything going on and was always aware of the time. Great services as always

My first experience with this clinic was for my 12 week ultrasound and genetic testing. It was a little frustrating because the nurse who drew my blood didn t draw enough. Myriad, the company that processes the blood, contacted the clinic to tell them To call me but the clinic failed to tell me. It took me calling them wondering where my results were. I understand that these things can happen but I do feel that the nurse was a little clumsy. Fast forward to my 28th week of pregnancy when I was sadly diagnosed with gestational htn and my baby was showing some growth restriction. I returned to this clinic and needed multiple ultrasounds. I met with a lot of the doctors there and my piece of advice for new patients would be to try and find one provider to see every time. I was getting different pieces of advice at each visit and it became overwhelming. I decided to schedule my ultrasounds and request Dr. Gavrila each time. He was always so positive and kept me reassured that everything would be ok. And thankfully, it was. I m sure I ll have to be referred here again for my next pregnancy and I ll be requesting him each time. Dr. Case was also fantastic. The sonographers were also all nice and thorough.

Staff was nice overall, they did my 3D ultrasound and I was so dissapointed. Only had 1 pic and the baby was turn to the side, they didn t take time to try to find better angles. Parking is expensive! Beware if you are getting the genetic testing done here! My OB sent me here for my ultrasounds and they offer to do my baby genetic testing but they go through this nightmare company and it took 6 months to generate a bill and my insurance refused to pay for it because they ask the company to submit a pre authoriazation and supporting paperwork which they refused plus they always use an out of network lab, customer service for consyl is the worst they won t answer or respond to emails/calls. Now I m stuck having to pay this high bill just to know the sex of the baby.

I agree about the procedure code that someome mentioned. I had my ultrasound here and the bill was so expensive compare to other place I have been to! I had not gotten the bill from my insurance provider but the clinic already sent me a warning letter to make a payment within 2 weeks or it would be sent to collection agency plus there was an extra charge for late payment. On top of that, I had to call my insurance to check on the charges and there was a mistake. After a dispute, they managed to remove the extra charge but I think this place is over priced (unethical, dishonest or whatever you want to call it) and yes parking is very inconvenient especially when you are pregnant!!

This is the only place we ve encountered during COVID-19 that not only doesn t allow partners to be present for the ultrasounds, but also doesn t allow FaceTime or other communications with partners during the procedure. They are unique in this stance, and it forced my partner and me to go to a non-medical, third-party ultrasound company in order to see our baby and hear the heartbeat together for the first time. We understand the need for extra precautions but their stance on this is heartless, separates women and their partners for one of the most important moments of their lives, and ultimately increases risk of community spread of COVID due to the increased exposure that comes from seeking third-party services.

If there was any other option provided to us to use for ultrasounds, we would have gone there, instead.

Our 20 week ultrasound was the most exciting and bonding experience my husband and I have had with our baby and each other to this point in our pregnancy. Dr. Case is an incredible radiologist and person. We were so touched by his compassionate approach and so thankful to him for making our ultrasound such a special experience. The office staff were all very professional and friendly. I walked out thinking, "Man I want to work here!"

Worst experience ever. There is no respect for patient's time and sometimes the wait time is more than normal!!

Very nice and professional staff. Got checked in a timely manner and had fetal scans captured within the hour. Great care and explanation by the technician and radiologist. Highly recommended.

If you come here for an ultrasound try and see dr. Kevin. He is amazing.

Great office. Very clear about everything. Super sweet front office ladies, they were all warm and inviting. Had a great kids area to keep littles occupied. Ultra sound tech was wonderful. Explained all the pictures she was taking. Dr. Barry was kind and straightforward. Voiced any possible concerns with options proceeding forward. Worth the 1.5 hr drive to me! Only downside was parking, but I expected it since their office is in the city in a large office building. It was $8 in the parking garag so others are prepared.

Staff and Dr. were very nice though parking facility is not there - hospital should do something for parking. They should at least validate parking like other hospitals do or notify in advance that parking is chargeable .We paid $8 for 1 hour parking :-(

Worst lab ever saw, in other words they are fraud. I took my wife for genetic test after doctor recommendation, they done the ultrasound and blood test, after couple of days they said your baby is normal and he doesn't have any syndrome issue. It was a relief for me that time but after delivery the doctor checked the baby and confirmed that my baby is having a genetic defect (down syndrome). What kind of lab it is and how come they ensure me that my baby is normal, if they were unsure they could ask for the next level of test but beside that they told me that our baby is normal. Even we went to this lab for further round of test during 31st week even that time also they never confirmed. They ruined our life, all happiness has gone, we are crying each and every day while seeing the baby. US government should ban this lab.

I wouldn t recommend this clinic for gynecology ultrasound and thorough reviews at all! My OB referred me for detailed ultrasound due to polyhydromnios and they were not able to find out the reasons! and we have suffered so much later after delivery of my baby!! If you think you don t have any problems and have smooth pregnancy it up to you to go to them else not sure if they can find your underlying condition and you will get bad surprise later on..

We're on Regence HSA, I work at a tech company and can, luckily, afford it. But we have had some very high bills for services that were not fully explained. I can't recommend this facility for care that ends up adding stress with surprise $1500+ bills, making my pregnant wife do the busy work of getting answers from billing and insurance. Some of the charges included $600 for books and courses? One frustrating thing was a doctor coming straight into the conversation with "terminating the pregnancy." Pretty sure I could get that level of service for free at Planned Parenthood.

Got referral from my OBGYN doctor for ultrasound here and I always got positive experiences. Front desks are warming and welcome. Dr. Keven Case is amazing and has sweet heart ever. He always takes time with me and my baby to ensure that I am happy and he took lots of pictures and videos to make sure that my family especially my husband who cannot be in the room with me understand how baby grows and see all the pictures from head to toes, heartbeats, organ blood flow, etc. And now in my third trimester, I got Gestational diabetes. The nurse called me to see me right away and they have been so helpful and cared about me and baby. Positive experiences with doctors care during pregnancy are important and I am glad I am at the right place.

My wife's OBGYN referred her here for ultrasound, while we had no issues with staff / doctors / techs here they need to work on who they work with for billing. I'm trying to work with them to get itemized copies for FSA documentation , the website is junk mymedicalme.com we could never get in with our details , called them 2 weeks ago , they said they are sending it over mail. I called them again , it was a nightmare to just get to speak someone "expert" as they couldn't verify us with the phone number. And this is the phone number where we have gotten appointment reminders, bill due alerts etc. Final they were able to verify us when I read out entire list of dates of service. And after finally getting to someone they said its backlogged due to COVID and might take another 30days. I understand and appreciate everyone in the medical field who has worked for families like us even risking their own health. This wouldn't have been even an issue if they had a functioning website.

I have had many appointments here and every single one has been a positive experience. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and informative. I especially love Dr Darcy Berry. I typically hate going to any dr offices and am generally very skeptical about the quality of care I'm going to receive from the medical world, but I have just been so incredibly impressed with this place. Highly recommended!!

So I got a referral from my doctor s office for gestational diabetes. And this is my 2nd pregnancy with GD. I got the bill today for my first visit there. After my insurance paid over half of the bill my responsibilities was $661. How insane is this. Just to tell me about dietary meals. Ladies go somewhere else!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! The first time was not his bad but$661 is quite ridiculous!!!!!! I wish I could give them a 0 star.

Trying to call scheduler since last 30 minutes. I'm first in queue from last 20 minutes. How is this even possible?? Left them a message to reschedule my appointment due to snow, but still waiting to get a call back. Horrible.

Nurse swapped my 12 weeks genetic testing and TN testing blood samples in wrong boxes by mistake and called me sounded like no apology and required me to come in again rudely. I came in again , a different nurse draw my blood sample did not poke in my vein for the frist approach, it hurt and I ouches. Without apologizing he said to others loudly blaming me that because she moved in a rude way. It wasn t the same nurse but he kept saying to me, you know, it s not out fault, the carrier made it all wrong.I got concerned and called the next day concerning my blood information getting exposed if the carrier made a mistake and asked to track the packages, then was told it was actually not the carrier but the nurse swapped the samples. I expressed my concern on the back and forth inconsistency in information passed to me , then I was told the nurse making mistake part was only a guess..... It s not the end , the 2nd time after my blood was drawn I tried to log into the testing lab s website to view my result flowing instruction only to find out that my last name and first name was misplaced on the package (I sincerely hope not by the same nurse that swapped my blood sample first Time) I had to call the testing lab technician department to find it out. Overall it was a really really bad experience and because of it, I m switching to other places to do my labs and tests. Never want to go there again. Eastside s nurse manager called me one day after my 2nd blood draw apologized but follow up actions. One nurse (not the ones who draw my blood) gave me her direct line) in end steps.(thank god some one seemed to care). Extremely disappointed. Be careful if you go , might want to double check their nurse s admin work to get a smooth testing experience.

We are so lucky to have this amazing facility with its incredible staff. From the doctors, ultrasound techs, nurses, to the front desk everyone is so knowledgeable and so caring. I can't say enough wonderful things about the quality of care I received at Eastside MFM and would highly recommend anyone in the Seattle area go there for care.

Don't go there, very expensive for nothing and impossible to reach the billing department. Bad experience :(

Service is good, but if you want to avoid extra billing charges, ask for procedure code ahead of time and call your insurance to see how much $ if will cost you. They can bill 1 or 2 or 3 procedure codes for the same ultrasound! completely unnecessary, not consistent but up billing is there specialty, and it is frustrating to find it out after the fact. Your negotiating power is BEFORE your appointment.

Front desk supervisor forgot about me and didn't check me in so I waited for half an hour, until an ultrasound assistant noticed me.
I had an ultrasound screening followed by a doctor consultation. Ultrasound assistant left for couple of minutes and informed me that the doctor said "everything is ok" instead of a consultation.
The main surprise was 6 months later when I got a bill from collection agency. I didn't get any bills (or calls) from this clinic at all during those 6 months. I tried calling billing department but they were rude and not interested in fixing this situation. Now my credit history is affected.

Had my 20 week ultrasound appointment here with Dr. Barry and was super unhappy about the experience due to multiple delays and lack of consideration for patient's schedule. Appointment was at 7:45 am and I was told to arrive at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30am, got checked in at 7:45 am, and directed to room at 7:52 am. Sonologist arrived at 8:05am and completed the check up by 8:20am. Then, I was told the doctor will be arrive in 10 minutes to explain the results. Waited till 8:35 am, doctor did not show, nurse came in and said doctor was still in traffic and will be another 15 to 20 minutes late and that I can wait or have doctor call me. I opted for the call option because I had to go to work, and asked the doctor to call at 12:30pm. I spent my lunch hour waiting for the doctor to call, and got no ring. I specifically asked the front desk what number I should call if I don't get a call from the doctor, they said don't worry the doctor WILL call. What happens now? I call EMFM receptionist and their main line is not in service during lunch hour! For the amount of money I'm paying for this appointment, I expected much more professional service. Oh, and EMFM does not validate parking! I paid $8 for 70 mins of parking.

Great experience! Highly recommended this place for prenatal ultrasound services.

Great experience, my 3rd baby so I ve been here 5 times now and always on time and everyone is kind and I have no complaints!! All my ultrasounds have been great!

They don t validate parking here so every time you need to go to an appointment you either have to pay 9+ bucks or hoof it pregnant from down the street. Both of which are lousy options for pre-natal care.

Wouldn't recommend this place. If you have a problem, the front desk half listens and managememt doesn't return your call.

I was referred to by my OB, great first 3 visits, when it was the day to find out the gender of baby someone different that the usual person did my ultrasound.... she honestly ruined my reveal,... it was like she was being forced to be there, and it killed the whole mood.

Dr Wall made the most stressful pregnancy go so smoothly. After a stillborn baby, then finding out a blood condition was now thrown into the mix, this pregnancy had me and my husband stressed to the max. Going into there office once a week for check ups wasn t exciting to us but between the Lauren the ultrasound tech and Dr wall. They made the experience so friendly and warming. They definitely made me feel very calm and cared for. This doctor went above and beyond.
We now have a beautiful baby boy and I can t thank Dr Wall enough. I would highly recommend.

The worst experience ever, no respect for my time:
I had an appointment scheduled for Monday on my 36 week. I had my OBGYN appointment lined up on Wednesday after it to discuss the ultrasound.
Friday PM I get a call from EMFM saying that they dont have a provider available for my Monday morning appointment, can I please reschedule? Even though it wasn't convenient I did reschedule for latter in the day on Monday, having to do this without my husband as he could not change his schedule for it. I come to my appointment latter on Monday: there is no provider available and I am asked again to reschedule. What kind of person runs this business?

The front desk is very professional and helpful. The staff that assists with ultrasound and NST is awesome too. The facility is very clean and follows COVID-19 standards well. However, the reason I am giving them 3 stars is because of my poor experience with Dr. Roberta Deregt yesterday. I am 33 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes about 6 weeks back. I am diet controlled since then. I had growth ultrasound yesterday. My baby weighted 5.02 Oz and is in 51 percentile. All my sugar levels are under control except for fasting. I told Dr. Deregt that my fasting sugar is usually between 95-100. The doctor wants it under 90. Dr. Deregt suggested that I start taking insulin. I asked her if I really needed insulin since baby's growth looks normal. She responded back saying " babies could die because of high sugar". I could not believe my ears and hence I asked her to repeat. The lady repeated the same sentence !!! I found her comments VERY insensitive and rude. I understand what she said is a possibility but it is an extreme scenario and secondly, there is a way to share such comments with your pregnant patients. I do plan to start insulin from tonight. I kept thinking about her comments all day yesterday and I am still thinking. How insensitive and rude can one be !!! A few weeks back when I had ultrasound appointment with Dr. Deregt, she was wearing lots of bracelets/bangles in her hand. Most kinds of jewelry are germ traps and wearing it can increase chances of infections in the facility. I found it very unprofessional.

Pregnancy is stressful and the last thing you want to deal with is doctors like her. I have asked front desk to make sure I don't see her during any of my upcoming visits.
