I see Austin Area Maternal Fetal Medicine once a week. I'm on my 7th or
8th week now of seeing them. Every visit the staff is courteous, professional, and happy to see me. Dr. Adusamalli is kind and has wonderful bedside manner. I've needed a lot of coordination of care between various doctors and the office has been quick to return my phone calls, send medical records, and ensure that I receive the very best care with my insurance. It has been a humbling experience despite the stress of our particular situation and I feel grateful to Austin Area Maternal Fetal Medicine for everything they have done for us. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs their care.

Facility was clean and very up to date. The staff was professional and caring. Dr. Adusumalli listened to my concerns and answered all questions honestly. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Service. Dr. Singh was so polite and courteous, he made me feel very comfortable during my visit for my ultrasound. Would highly recommend. Clean facilities and friendly staff as well.

My experience here was amazing, it was my first time and I didn t know where to park due to no parking spots luckily they had valley parking! front staff was amazing they made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I have only met Dr Adusumalli once since finding out I was pregnant with my 4th baby. He was very kind and informative. With having SVT and a previous VAD he assured me he was going to do some research to find out all the precautions to take. The wait was very short and seeing baby was a plus.

They make us wait long. They could be more effective and reduce the time we spend in waiting. Rest all good.

There are people in your life that make such an impact that you will never forget and that was my experience with Dr. Jasbir Singh. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is extremely caring, and sat with me while I cried and answered every question I had. He was real, honest, genuine, and warm. He is a doctor that truly cares and is not simply there to diagnose and write paperwork. While I had been to another specialist in the Austin area previously (different practice), I was referred to AMFM by my obgyn for my next appt. The care I received at Austin maternal fetal medicine was night and day difference from the previous practice. While I cannot speak for the quality of the other practitioners at AMFM, I can say that Dr. Singh was wonderful.

I was immediately impressed with how nice and helpful Jan was at the front desk. The nurse that took me back and our ultrasound tech Jessica were both equally as nice and comforting. Dr Adusumalli has a great relaxed demeanor and helped to clarify things that my regular obgyn hadn't.

Dr. Herrera and the staff are kind and patient allowing you the time to discuss options and understand the process. Very good experience so far.

I was referred to Dr. McDonnold because at my regular OB appt during the 12 week scan, they found my baby's heart was turned the wrong way aka dextrocardia. My OB quickly sent me here and I have been very pleased with the support I have received. They closely monitor me and Dr. McDonnold has very great knowledge. She is very sweet and has taken extra time to educate me and reassure me. You can definitely rest easy coming here, as you will be in great hands. I appreciate her very much and will always recommend her care. She is full of good and helpful info.

My technician was Britney. I was seen in Harker heights and it was such a great experience! Brittney made me feel comfortable and was super friendly. There was a long wait but it was worth it because the technicians take their time to capture everything they need as clearly as possible. I received a bunch of print outs and they were great. Highly recommend this company.

I was recommended to Dr. Adusumalli by my regular OBGYN for genetic counseling. After my referral was sent to them, the main office reached out to me to schedule an appointment that was most convenient for me. After going to my first appointment, I was very warmly greeted, given time to fill out my forms. The facility was clean and still well decorated. The technician was able to do the sonogram in the regular room I was placed in. The nurse I dealt with, was BEYOND warm, welcoming, easy to talk to and made sure we had clear communication about my medical history. When Dr. Adusumalli entered the room, he was very calm, polite, and came prepared to discuss my concerns. I ve never been listened to so well by a doctor. I was very impressed. I didn t feel rushed or like I needed to be brief. He was very helpful in answering my questions and made sure I didn t have any additional ones before walking away. They were very easy to deal with and honestly, I feel very satisfied with the service I received from him and his staff. I feel confident in him and his office to provide quality care.

It is not possible for me to rate higher than a 5 other wise I would. I read a prior review and think that anyone that rated this practice as a whole less than a 5 clearly didn't experience what I experience every visit. Dr. Destefano is the single person that I can say saved my child and me. She was always personal but always spoke to me truthfully. She told me what I didn't want to hear at times but honest care is critical. I had a very high risk pregnancy with my daughter who came early at 30 weeks and 2lbs 12 oz. My daughter is now a very healthy 2 year old and I am currently pregnant again. I trust the staff at North Austin MFM but put my own life and the life of my unborn child in their hands. It is necessary for me to see them often and I am happy to do so because being on top of our care is crucial. Your situation may not be the same every time but wouldn't you like for your doctors to know if anything changed? I again can not say enough about everyone in the practice and highly recommend them!

Not me, but my best friend. My best friend went in to get the gender. Told the Doctors AND the nurses to call ME with the gender results for her gender reveal. They called her today, told her the results and then flat out LIED about trying to get a hold of me yesterday and this morning. I recieved absolutely no phone calls from anyone yesterday or today. Heads up. If you're planning a gender reveal, DON'T go here. They won't call the person you designate, and your friend will be out a couple hundred.

This office is amazing! Dr. Herrera is no exception. Having a high-risk pregnancy is stressful and frustrating and she always takes the time to make sure that I am okay. I tell everyone that I wish she could take over my care because she makes me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Mollie McDonnold is great! She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She even paid me a visit when I had an early delivery.

The lady at the check-in desk is SO nice! The ladies at the check-out desk and appointment line not so much.

Office is clean, spacious and they even have a mini coffee & tea bar in the lobby. Each exam room is equip with all the latest medical devices and a medical team that handled them with ease.

Very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Haeri had a great bedside manner, explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend!

I've had a great experience here. I came into their care at 22 weeks with twins after my husband got out of the Army. I hadn't seen a doctor in over a month, and had 3 bleeds that lead me to the ER that no one could figure out. Dr. A figured it out my first visit, and my other doctors agreed. If it hadn't had been for his expertise my baby could have bled out and died. He continued to monitor me very closely, and my condition has improved. Not only has he provided excellent care, my stupid insurance dropped a day before my scheduled visit. His staff was very accommodating and called to see how they could help me figure out a plan for insurance to ensure I could continue care - I really felt very cared about. Everyone has been really nice at all of my visits, even offering my cranky 1 year old snacks when he fusses. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I could not have asked for a better doctor!! Sina Haeri was very honest to the point and hands on. When we almost had to deliver our twins at 30 weeks he prepped us for the best and worst instances. He also was very informative of what our twins would go through in the NICU and what to expect. It helped us get through the process when we did deliver at 34 weeks. I can say if it were not for him we would have been a wreck. The medical staff was very professional and nice. The facility was clean and they were on top of their medical records! when I would go to my regular OB/GYN my records were already transferred hours after my visit!

Dr. McDonald is a very friendly doctor. She knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable. She's also got great bedside manners; very friendly and compassionate. She makes you feel comfortable immediately. I saw Dr. McDonald for my 1st pregnancy and again with my current 2nd pregnancy. The staff and nurses are very nice and capable, too.

Everyone is so nice and takes their time to understand your problems with your health and take their time to explain whats going on and how you can improve it all nurses and doctors are all your side they make me feel comfortable.

I was referred to AMFM by my OB for our 20 week anatomy scan. The tech who did my sonogram was fantastic and very personable. It was found that I had fibroids (a couple of them very large) so I have continued to go in every 5 weeks. The second appointment the technician doing the sonogram was just as fantastic. Talked to me and explained what we were seeing on the screen. I saw Dr Horton that time (my OB recommended her specifically since they tend to practice medicine in a similar manner) and I m so glad. She not only answered all of my questions but answered questions I didn t even know I had! Not only that but she made me feel at ease. Pregnancy is a scary time without having any complications but I feel so much better after seeing Dr Horton. Not only that but I didn t feel she was rushed or inconvenienced to be there. She genuinely seemed to care and really be present during our appointment. Between my first and second appointment I had what was believed to be a degenerative cycle for my fibroids and was in a lot of pain. I called the office and reached a nurse immediately, no voicemail! She let me know she would talk to the Dr and call me back ASAP. I got that call less then an hour later with pain management instructions. Scheduling has also been a breeze and the receptionists always very nice. I highly recommend Dr Horton and this facility.

Wonderful office (Harker Heights location) in every way! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. This is the best medical office experience I've had. I highly recommend them.

From the start I found Dr Haeri (and Dr Horton) very caring but also straightforward and forthcoming with information. If you're not getting the information you need, you should be following up and asking questions.
When I had a sub-chorionic hematoma and was very worried, they managed to schedule me in any day I wanted, on the day to check it was all OK.
Getting a new technician is just bad luck, that only happened to me one time - and anything they miss should be caught by the Dr overseeing in any case. Every other time, they were great. Super competent.
I'm now high risk again due to a rare diagnosis of umbilical vein varix and am relieved that I'm being treated there.
I can highly recommend this practice, if not all Drs in it.

Dr. Horton has been a pleasure to work with! See is always very kind and takes time to answer any questions I might have. The wait has never been more than ten minutes. Would recommend to anyone!!

took 20-30 minutes for the doctor to come after the ultrasound is done just to talk for 2-3 minutes. what a waste of time. no to little parking would be available. i had to drive around 5 minutes for someone to vacate.

and they kept pestering me for review after.

I love Dr. Johnston. He is the perfect balance between knowledgable and compassionate. He always makes sure to take the time to get to know me as an individual not just as a baby incubator. All the staff are friendly, helpful and the office is beautiful and all the equipment is state of the art. I have loved being a patient of AMFM - North Austin!

Parking can be a bit confusing and there is very little parking for those not going to the OBGYN in same building. But luckily free valet is also provided and that was very helpful. Waiting area is decent size for distancing and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. Did have to wait about 20 min past appt but people were being called in quickly. Inside is quite large with lots of exam rooms. The room itself was clean and large and well lit. Didn t catch the two technicians that did my scan but both were lovely, super friendly, took their time and answered all questions. I felt the doctor was in a rush and just came in and didn t really give me any info about the scan, just said vaguely things looked good but not with much reassurance. Maybe Bc I have to go back anyway to complete the scan they ll give me more info then. Overall positive experience and with so many people that I saw there and waiting they are very popular.

A nice office with really friendly and caring staff. They even remember me by name which is pretty nice. Also, Dr.Herrera is very patient with all my questions and concerns, and I feel she goes that extra mile to reassure that everything will be fine. The sonographers are great and they take every extra effort to make me feel comfortable. Overall great experience.

If I could go with no stars that would be better. From the first visit being asked twice to terminate my baby, to moving out of state and can't even get ahold of someone to give me my records, when I was told to pick up copies at the front desk and they were closed when I go there, and now that I call them there isn't even a working number? Never should have gone there. Would have been better off with no prenatal care for the lack of information they gave me at every appointment.

I went to the Cedar Park location and everyone was extremely nice. Dr. Herrera was awesome as well as her RN! She answered all my questions and wasn t in a rush to get me out. I would highly recommend this office.

Quick to be seen. Staff was very communicative and nice. Sandra Herrera was the MD who partook in my sonogram and she told me everything she saw on the screen, which was extremely relaxing. Then a male doctor, I'm guessing a specialist, came in to let us know about our baby and how healthy she was. He was quite thorough and very sweet. We didn't see him for more than 5 minutes but he is a doctor I wish I could have as my OB because of how awesome he was. Love this place!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this office. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive. They had someone in and out explaining everything in detail. Also Dr Sandra Hererra is so friendly and informative.
A plus for me as well, is that they are child friendly and have things to entertain the kids. Love this office. Wish everyone was like them.

I go to the downtown location by St. David's Hospital to see Dr. Singh - he is awesome! Takes the time to listen to my concerns and talk at length about my pregnancy which is very comforting! Staff, nurses and sonogram techs have all been excellent too. Office is clean and pleasant - I feel lucky to have been referred here by my ob/gyn. Highly recommend.

This was at the Harker Heights location. All the staff was friendly. The wait was little to none. The sonographer was very nice and so was Dr McDonald. Quiet and clean waiting room. The appt was very informative and in-depth. Lots of pictures were taken of the baby. Even got one so I can see the dimensions of the baby in 3D!!

The staff here are very friendly and the office is nice. My experience here was surprisingly enjoyable, I highly recommend going here!

I LOVE this office, everyone from the staff to Dr Singh. She is an amazing doctor who truly cares about you as the patient and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. I have had a lot of issues with my past pregnancies and Dr Singh has helped ease my nerves and anxiety about this pregnancy and has gone above and beyond my expectations! I briefly used Dr. Johnston in my last pregnancy 8/2019 since it wasn t a high risk but he was A delight to work with. He was very straight to the point and informative.

This time around our baby is having many complications and we decided to use Dr, Johnston again. He has been an absolutely angel. He s helped us with so many resources from finding the best OB and hospital for us to delivery our baby to his staff helping us find the right support system. Id recommend Dr, Johnston to anyone. He s been very informative but yet sensitive to our situation and has supported any decisions we ve made.

Everyone at this place is so so sweet! I had my anatomy ultrasound done here, and the tech was incredibly nice, took her time, explained what we were looking at, and I was able to watch on a separate large screen the whole time They gave us really clear ultrasound pictures and Dr. Horton got back to us that same day with the results. Highly recommend going here if you have a choice!

I had very good experience with Dr Adusumalli. he was truly honest, professional, calm and knowledgable. answered all my questions and I never felt rushed and undecided leaving the office. whole team/staff were always welcoming and helpful.

Dr. Horton is awesome! She s very sweet & knowledgeable and puts you at ease right away. The ultrasound techs were also great at the South location. Nothing but good experiences here for this high risk pregnant mama!

I am currently under care at the Georgetown location. Everyone has been very accomodating to my specific needs and have given my baby and I excellent care. They are taking every precaution during this pandemic which helps me feel safe and protected. With a previous high-risk pregnancy, the doctor is monitoring me closely and addressing all my questions and concerns. We are very happy with this care facility!

I don't see why PPL giving this place such bad reviews.. I've never had a problem getting in touch with them by phone or getting an answer. or just bad service every one is so nice and helpful always in and out in a timely manner. I like them. =)

Let me just put it this way - I asked my Dr. to refer me ANYWHERE else for any future anatomy scans. I would never go back to this place. The woman who checked me in and the front was really sweet and kind. That was the end of any trace of a positive experience.

I have been seeing Dr. H for the last 6 months. He is amazing, funny, and very informative. The staff here has always been very kind and attentive. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to start my appointments.

I ve been with MFM for all of my pregnancies and they have been amazing! Sometimes there is a longer than average wait time at the appointment but with the women and babies they take care of and being high risk specialists it makes sense. They take the time to listen to your concerns and address things on the spot! I wouldn t have any other specialist follow me during my pregnancies because they have taken such great care of me and my babies!

Dr. Horton took my situation into her hands when my doctor that made me a referral to see her said he could not help me find a doctor willing to do a needed surgery. I am forever grateful to Dr. Horton and Kristy. Without them I would still be carrying my miscarried baby with higher risks of infections or worse. I highly highly recommend!

Drs. DeStefano, McDonnold, and Adusumalli are fantastic. These three helped me through four wonderful pregnancies. I always felt empowered as my children s mother to make sound decisions informed by evidence-based data presented to me by these doctors. The office atmosphere is warm and encouraging. The doctors are honest and straightforward, but not alarmist. My first pregnancies with this group were smooth. The last one became quite dramatic rapidly. Everyone knew exactly what to do, stayed calm, and kept my husband and me educated and informed the whole way through. Now my daughter and I are thriving. You cannot go wrong with these folks.

Everyone is warm and welcoming. Clean environment. Not a long wait at all. Everyone was very friendly including the receptionist, the nurse who took vitals, the tech Jessica and Dr. McDonald! Jessica the tech and Dr. McDonald were respectful in our wishes to keep gender an unknown and were quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process!! I have to say, for the short amount of time I spent with Dr McDonald, she was very friendly and made us feel completely comfortable! Would definitely recommend for routine ultrasound purposes!

Dr Horton is Extremely personable, caring, affectionate and intelligent physician who stays on top of everything. It's rare to find a physician so smart yet so humble. She is truly the best!!!

Doctor is not friendly and neither are his medical assistants.

There was a chart mix up with another patient and myself (wrong info and location)
Nobody explained the insurance coverage with their diabetes supply company and I had unexpected bills.

My first visit was amazing. Previous to this I was with a Dr. Who wouldn't answer my questions or talk to me about my own test results and that's was frustrating. After switching to Dr. Akande in SM and being referred to Dr. Horton I'm upset I didn't decide to switch sooner. The staff was professional helpful patient and understanding with me. They gave me a great sense of relaxation knowing people who actually cared what I had to say would be helping me manage my GD for the last 2 months of my pregnancy. I will def be referencing this office in the future if my family expands again

I came to the south location twice during my pregnancy for different reasons and both times I went I had a great experience. From check in to check out, everything was great. Dr. Haeri and all the staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone who may need them.

Came here for my second pregnancy to find out baby's gender. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Once in the ultrasound room, my baby was being stubborn and kept hiding behind my ribs. Yet, the technician spent extra time with me, and even got a second technician to help me change positions to get the rest of the measurements and find out it's a girl! I greatly appreciate them spending an hour and a half with me so that they could get every measurement and find out gender. They were also very patient and kind to my 3 year old who has special needs and kept having emotional breakdowns while waiting on results. Doctor Adusumalli was thorough, informative, patient, and reassured me about my concerns. Wonderful practice, everyone is very upbeat and friendly. It really helps to make a wonderful, and special experience, all the more so!

Avoid like the plague. If you're a first-time mom, they will take advantage of you by way of numerous unnecessary ultrasounds and scares, and then pillage your bank account.

I was so disappointed not being able to continue my prenatal care with Dr. Mollie McDonnald, as she was with child and needed to deliver around the time my husband and I started coming here. We were switched to the care of Dr. Jabir Singh, who used me as practice for nervous ultrasound technicians in training (and on the verge of tears), then - lacking completely in bedside manner - tried to convince my husband and I to continue coming back for more ultrasounds because he thought our baby's weight was being dangerously hindered by IUGR. This nonsensical prognosis affected our attempts to switch to a birthing center, and we were turned down by two local birthing centers merely for ASSOCIATING with NAMFM.

We managed to switch from Lonestar Circle of Care (who referred us to this hell hole in the first place) to Capital OB/GYN, who graciously accepted us at the last minute; they found by their own ultrasound that everything was FINE. Our baby girl was born on 02/09/2016 weighing 8lbs 7oz. So dangerously underweight, right? It's almost like ultrasounds aren't an exact science worth scaring your patients over!

If you want a pregnancy free of stress and condescending quacks, I beg you to go to Capital ObGyn - and do NOT let them schedule your ultrasounds here.

My first time going here was last week. The nurses and the staff were very friendly.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Herrera and her office. Her staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and through the check in process. The ultrasound technician was comforting throughout the scan. Dr. Herrera couldn t have a better bedside manner and was knowledgeable and sweet throughout the appointment. It s one of the few doctors offices I look forward to returning to!

I had the best experience at my appointment. The ultrasound tech was super sweet and talked me through everything she was doing. Dr. Herrera was really considerate of how I felt about things and was willing to help me beyond her duties. I can t wait to come back to see her in a couple of weeks!

Dr. Herrera is who I saw for my pregnancy and I felt in such good hands with her. Her knowledge base and ability to make you feel welcomed is unlike many other doctors. There are very few who will remember their patients - all doctors have a lot - but she always made us feel like welcome and open to any question. I also had great experiences with Brandi, one of the nurses, which made my experience at Austin MFM a very positive one! My last day there I made sure to thank them for my care and I plan on bringing in my son to meet the team that helped care for him.

I have been visiting the South Austin location for months now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both the staff and Dr Haeri. They're accommodating in every sense of the word and I feel lucky to have such a great, attentive doctor!

I waited in the in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes, had an incredibly long scan (I was considered a new patient and needed to have more thorough scans of my baby) and then was told that I wouldn t being seeing Dr. DeStefano due to illness. After all that, I was there a total of two hours. BUT, I have no problems at all with what happened. The staff are always so courteous and helpful. Dr. DeStefano is the definition of a gem . Truly one of a kind! She helped deliver my first child and she went above and beyond for me and my little family. No one enjoys being considered a high risk patient but there is no other practice or physician I d rather take care of me and my baby. We are so thankful for AMFM and Dr. DeStefano!!

During my pregnancy our little man had some challenges and Dr. Singh was so amazing! He was able to explain everything to me and was always very kind and understanding! He was able to walk our family through this journey without me being a nervous mom to be. His staff is so wonderful and so pleasant! I was in amazing hands with Dr. Singh and was so glad that he was who I was referred to! I never felt like just another patient I felt like Dr. Singh cared, understood and was able to be realistic, open, honest and comforting!

The technician was patient, thorough and kind. The only thing I wish could ve been more speedy was the callback from the doctor. Since Covid the doc doesn t come into the room after the appt, which is understandable but I was under the impression she d call within the hour and I didn t hear from her for 4/5hours. My anxiety levels grew out of control and I called to speak to the doctor. Luckily, all good info came back from the doc. I hope this doesn t happen all the time as I m sure I m not the only anxious mama to hear her anatomy scan results etc. Overall great service and great team.

I had a great experience here! They fit me in at this location even though I was supposed to go to Cedar Park (I accidentally drove to the wrong one!) they offered valet parking and water when I arrived. They were very detailed during the sonogram and made it an overall amazing experience.

Generally speaking a nice office with friendly, caring people working there. I'm giving it 3 stars for the almost total lack of follow up. We were given a mixed diagnosis with multiple possible outcomes and my wife and I are concerned and wanting to schedule an appt with the specialist(who we heard is booked well in advance) as soon as possible. So far we've called and left messages to no avail. We finally circumvented this office just to get something on the calendar but the specialist office still needs the referral from Dr. Singh. We were also informed by email that our appt would be 1hr but in fact was 3hrs. Of which we spent about 15min with the actual doctor. I'm not complaining about 3hrs when it comes to important matters such as this.. I am disappointed by them setting of the incorrect expectation of a 1hr appointment and overrunning it by 2hrs. It wrecked havock on the rest of our day.

This is now my third baby that I have received their medical care. I've seen both Dr. Singh and Dr Adusmali and I've been taken care of well by both. Very professional and nice from the moment you walk in. Use the Valet service unless you want to have a long walk!

I highly recommend Dr. Adusumalli and his staff at AMFM. They are very professional and provide excellent care for their patients.

Two hours. My Appointment took Hours. Not to mention they didnt even give me decent pictures from my ultrasound when the clearly had gotten really good pictures. I recommend to not go to them.

I really respect and trust the doctors at this practice. That being said the front desk and check out girls are really making the practice lower quality. They are negative and unhelpful. No one wants to go into an office where everyone working there seems miserable. I feel like a burden every time I do something as simple as schedule an appointment. Having a high risk pregnancy is scary and stressful enough. The last thing patients need is a rude encounter with front office. Put a smile on, be patient, be pleasant. I have 1 more appointment otherwise I would switch practices. Also the chairs are pretty uncomfortable and last week I saw the biggest roach in the bathroom. Like I said the doctors are amazing but the practice needs improvement.

I was seen by Dr. Adusumalli for my last pregnancy as well my current one for preeclampsia risk and gestational diabetes. Dr. Adusumalli is AMAZING and very knowledgeable, friendly, warm and professional.

The front desk at his office is very friendly as well as the nurses. Meghan has been absolutely amazing so far and I'm very thankful that this office is here (and right across from my OB) to help get me through this pregnancy safely.

Dr. Jasber Singh is amazing! He is so personable and warm and made me feel very at home. He made me feel like he had plenty of time to take care of my needs which is so refreshing. His ultrasound tech and office staff were also great! I wish I had a reason to come back again!

Amazing and courteous staff. Dr. Horton is great! I loved that she took initiative and planned on calling my Endocrinologist, which has been driving me crazy. They did not keep me waiting and gave me all the information I needed right off the bat. Compared to many medical facilities I have been to, so many if them, they are quick and very assuring.

Have a fever and cough? Just put on a mask and wait to be seen...according to the sign on your front window. Disturbing. If you were actually concerned you'd be screening people before they came in your front door, if you're a high risk facility like you say. Having sick people sit in the waiting room with other expectant mother's until you have them all come up to the front desk and touch everything is shockingly stupid. The cognitive dissonance required to create your policies is evidence of the poor level of care people can expect to receive here.

My OB sent me to the office in College Station for precautions, where I would have a video conference with the Dr after my Ultrasound for the results. Today was my second and last appointment with them. The lady that works the front greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door, very sweet and caring. I seen 2 different Ultrasound Techs who were both amazing and professional. I had a video conference with Dr. Johnston for my first appointment and he was wonderful, very friendly and polite. He made me feel relieved that my baby was fine, nothing to worry about. I seen Dr. McDonald today and she was just as caring and friendly too. Absolutely amazing office and experience. Thank you all so much for your kind, caring attitudes!

Went to the Harker Heights location. Great staff and nice monitor and room to see our baby!

This is my second visit, first visit my ultrasound tech didnt care how uncomfortable I was and gave me very little information. Today, I came in 10 minutes before my 10am appointment, it is now 1045 and I am still waiting. Plenty of ladies have come and gone since I have been waiting. I was scheduled for a 2 hour appointment! And starting an hour late is ridiculous.

Amazing staff, Dr. Herrera and her staff are taking good care of me. They will answer all the questions very patiently. The front desk staff are very friendly.

I have been enjoying my experience with Dr. McDonald. I was sent to MFM because of gestational diabetes and they were very knowledgeable and gave good understandable education on diet and what can happen with baby if not controlled. Every staff member I have come across has been very nice and personable. I will definitely recommend this office for high risk pregnancies.

Dr. Haeri is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable and to the point which my husband and I appreciate tremendously. He was always attentive, listened to our concerns, answered any questions we had and we made decisions together based on what would be in the best interest for our son and myself. I also really appreciate each and every Ultrasound tech for being so friendly, patient and even snapping a couple (extra) images of our little one as requested. I remember when Dr. Haeri told us I would have to administer Lovenox and I was terrified because I, myself, work in the medical field and care for patients who have to administer Lovenox and let me tell ya, it is not fun! But Dr. Haeri's nurse actually told me a couple tricks to make it more tolerable (the ice trick is a life saver, I barely felt a thing!) and I cannot thank her enough for that. My husband and I still have a couple more kiddos to go and he will absolutely be our Dr. for every single one! Thank you to the whole office for being so awesome!

Doctor Haeri was amazing. Very real and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of. He was very attentive to my needs with my high risk pregnancy and I hope I get to see him for my future babies. I can't thank him enough!

I have been coming to MFM since I was 10 weeks. I absolutely love Dr. DeStephano. She is patient, and always answers all my questions. Granted the appointments are long, but considering I am high-risk - that isn't anything to complain about. The overall experience was great. I will say though, when you get your referral from OB to come to MFM, call the office daily. There seems to be a gap in this process. It took a month to get my first appointment scheduled. I felt like it would have been quicker to walk over my OB medical records to them. They will not schedule you without this information.
