Had my 20 week ultrasound appointment here with Dr. Barry and was super unhappy about the experience due to multiple delays and lack of consideration for patient's schedule. Appointment was at 7:45 am and I was told to arrive at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30am, got checked in at 7:45 am, and directed to room at 7:52 am. Sonologist arrived at 8:05am and completed the check up by 8:20am. Then, I was told the doctor will be arrive in 10 minutes to explain the results. Waited till 8:35 am, doctor did not show, nurse came in and said doctor was still in traffic and will be another 15 to 20 minutes late and that I can wait or have doctor call me. I opted for the call option because I had to go to work, and asked the doctor to call at 12:30pm. I spent my lunch hour waiting for the doctor to call, and got no ring. I specifically asked the front desk what number I should call if I don't get a call from the doctor, they said don't worry the doctor WILL call. What happens now? I call EMFM receptionist and their main line is not in service during lunch hour! For the amount of money I'm paying for this appointment, I expected much more professional service. Oh, and EMFM does not validate parking! I paid $8 for 70 mins of parking.
