Allen's IGA Review

More expensive than any of the other grocery stores...it does have superb meat.. that and the delis hot food always bring me in

Friendly, courteous service!! Avoid traffic and self-checkout at Wal-Mart!! Experienced meat and produce depts. Visit the deli for hot tasty lunch....best value in town!

I stopped in today to pick up a quick item. The store is very clean, and social distancing was practiced by employees and patrons.

I stopped in with a friend to pick up some plate lunches and some danishes to go over and have lunch with my Mom. We had friendly service and the food was delicious. Will be stopping again.

This is my preferred place to shop. This is a smaller store, but between the nice people who work there and how close it is to my home, it is where I go to the most. I also just prefer supporting local places over big supermarkets. The store is always clean, organized, and they have really fresh produce and meats and baked goods.

This is a great store to have downtown. The deli is fantastic! No, it might not be a superstore but it's got everything you need. The people who work here are very congenial and polite. You never have to go far to find someone if you need help.

Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls $3.69 at Allen's IGA, $1.98 at Save A Lot, $2.00 at Wal-Mart.

I thought for a can of coffee 30.5 oz being over 12 dollars, there had to be a mistake, I call and it is no mistake. Other stores $7.50...IGA almost double that.

They have cashers to help not a check out machine and the people matter not like Walmart or Kroger where you have to do everything check out yourself bag for yourself to make them more money

Again some prices are just to high and for the community of people that have a strick income some do not even receive food stamps so some people in this town go hungry at least one week each month and it's not only the IGA it's WALMART AND KROGER ALSO

The meat is the best in town. They have awesome sales.

Allen's IGA always have what I'm shopping for. When I can't find it any place else I can count on IGA to come through for me.

IGA is kind of overpriced. They don't have a very good produce section. They do have an OK deli section. While not all of their prices are fair they do have a somewhat good selection as they are the only grocery store near campus the other closest would be Kroger. The store could use a facelift but it was a Slones before that

This place is in a very convenient location, it saves time when you don't want to drive across town to Walmart or Kroger to just pick up something quick.

If you really don't want to go to Walmart but Save-A-Lot ain't got what you need IGA is perfect saves me from having to make that long trip to Walmart I hate having to go to Walmart with all six of my kids when I just need a few things and they're all super friendly at the IGA they got a little of everything

Great meat but the prices on other items are kind of steep when you can go about 2 miles down the road and get it for half the price.

Have good prices on meats I shop for certain items there every week.Employees are very nice.

First time there. One lady was not very nice. Didnt catch her name. Box blonde just above shoulder length kinda short an small. They have a lot of stuff I haven't seen around other places. For example they sold Capri sun drinks individually.
