As a property owner, I would never use this firm, based on experience of having to deal with them regarding tenants who are in the building where my property is.
We have had to endure these neighbours for quite some time, noise, mess, uncleanliness, not keeping the garden and vandalism. When I approached the landlord, they asked that I take pictures and send an email with the list of complaints. Wait a minute I thought to myself, they are asking me to do their job; they were unwilling to look into the complaint unless I took the pictures and sent them to them.
Ok so email written neighbours contacts given, photographic evidence attached. Did they call me back, email me advise what they were going to do? In a word no. I had to chase them they said they would have to forward email complaint onto the owner of the flat and see how he wanted to proceed. I have never heard the likes of it in my life, you are the agent taking your 10% for renting, and you are not acting. I would not let them look after my shoelace, never mind a property.
After calling yet again and a very nervous receptionist putting me on hold for too long a period, to come back on the call and lie for her masters saying they were all in a meeting. I advised the receptionist that it took too long to respond and that I knew they were lying.
We have not had this issue resolved, in any way shape or form, the grass/weeds in their garden are about as tall as I am and the weeds have flowered and the seeds blown into everyone else s garden. The owner could not care less as long as his money comes in. I thought I was doing him a favour by going through the property company to let him know what was going on in his property. Now I truly hope they trash the place.
To cap it off they flooded the downstairs neighbour, and the property management company accept no liability, they have not been to the property, yes, once again, I have had to take photos and send an email to them as my downstairs neighbour does not use email. I asked them to call her directly, a rather simple request, as this has nothing to do with me. And no in blatant breach of GDPR they email me back and expect me to pass on her private business to her. And surprise, surprise, they accept no liability and she has been told to get her landlord to fix it or claim from her insurance.
Easthaven Property Management, pffthaha you could not look after a Wendy house. Absolute joke.
