I had to work with Gina at Eastern Marketing because of a range that I purchased that needed some repairs. Gina was so incredibly helpful, so detailed and thorough and so responsive. She organized a tech to come out asap and helped me beyond my expectations get the repair done in time for a future event.
I recently had to speak to her again for another issue and she scheduled me into the calendar asap and responded to my email so quickly. She is so helpful and kind and it has been great to work with her and Eastern Marketing.
Molly promptly responded to my email request for service in an expedited fashion, setting up convenient times for the serviceman to respond. Nelson was a very conscientious, diligent, and polite repairman. I would definitely recommend Eastern Marketing Corporation for any service work.

Beware of unnecessary charges!!
I was put in contact with Eastern Marketing because I needed service with my Aga Cooker. Upon requesting service I was informed that I would have to wait for 11 days, until the service manager could accompany the service technician because he was not familiar with the Aga Cooker. The issue with the cooker was there appeared to be a problem with the burner. I reported that the flame was too orange and was appeared to be burning wildly, as I could see the flames reflection bouncing off the kitchen floor, something that I had never seen before. I scheduled the appointment for the afternoon between 2pm and 5pm. At 9:30 am I received a phone call informing me that the service team was at my house, and wanted to know how soon I could be at the house. I informed them that someone would be home between 2pm and 5pm, as scheduled. I was not about to run out of work and race home for them, as I work 45 minutes away from the house. The caller said she would call the service guys back. I never heard anymore till a little after 2pm (the scheduled time), they called and said they were on their way to the house and would be there in 10 minutes. I had arranged for someone to be home to let them in, but I still wanted to speak in person to the service tech in person, so I left work and headed home. I was ten minutes from my house when they called me to tell me they had left and that I needed to order parts. He claimed I needed a thermocouple, a sight glass and a seal. So they were there less than 30 minutes, charged me $150 for the visit and never addressed the reason for the visit. I asked if they actually did a visual inspection of the burner assembly to verify that the burner was in operating condition so that they would be prepared when they returned. They did not.
Several days go by and I receive a call from the parts department, to go over the required parts and confirm that I wanted to order them. He told me that it was $300 for the parts, so I asked for a price breakdown. $175 for the thermocouple, $85 for the sight glass and $40 for the gasket. I thought the prices were outrageous and said I would look for parts elsewhere. I then called Aga/Marvel directly and ordered the parts for $82! Ordered them on a Thursday, got them on Monday.
I had little confidence that service tech (and his manager) knew what they were doing, so before I call the Eastern Marketing Service tech to install these items I decided to disassemble the burner unit myself to see what the condition of the unit was. I noticed that the pilot light, thermocouple and burner where covered in carbon, soot and a little rust on the burner. I used a soft brass wire brush to clean them, vacuumed and blew out the dust and reassembled the unit. The pilot light lit right away and the burner was burning clean as it was supposed to.
Had the service tech opened and inspected the unit, they would have been able to remedy the problem on the first visit. I did not need a new thermocouple, I will agree the sight glass and seal were cracked. In total I needed $30 in parts, not $300 and the unit could have been serviced in one visit. Instead they charged $150 for less than 30 minutes and incorrectly diagnosed the problem and had I not opened the unit myself they would have charged me an additional $300 in parts, plus $30 per 15 minutes and who knows how long they would have stayed to install a thermocouple . I contacted them, and was told by the customer service rep that they informed management about my concerns, but I have never heard from them.
Basically if the service guys had opened, removed and inspected the burner, correctly identified the issue, I would be OK with the service charge, but instead they tried to charge me needlessly. Who knows how many people allow Eastern Marketing into their home and take advantage of them.
The appointment process is painless, efficient, professional and thorough. The technician called in advance, arrived when he said he would, and stayed until the part was fixed. He was professional and friendly, and my vent hood is back in operation.

Customer Beware
awful customer service; takes 20 minutes to actually speak with someone; they sent an unauthorized repairmen and then insisted I pay them for service; took over 8 weeks to get the light bulb.

team was super fast contacting me and resolve it right away.
Serviceman Andrew was very well quipped with mask, gloves, shoes covers.
Over all they are very professional making products and after services.
Waste of time and money for service call. The website says their "goal is to resolve your issue on the first visit" and even though they had my model and serial number they did not have any parts with them. Basically came out to tell me it wasn't working and I pretty much knew that. They wanted to arrange a second service call and charge me again to install the parts they should have had with them.
Broken Bertazzoni refrigerator, Eastern says they don't have anyone available to look at it for 5 days; what that says to me is just that they are not making it their priority to get someone out urgently. I might as well just throw all the food out right now. Don't buy from them or any of their retailers, you won't get the support you need.

Our technician is John N. called before he came and showed up when he said. He is very courteous and did a great job fixing our Blomberg dishwasher. I highly recommend Eastern Marketing and Blomberg Appliances.

I am sincerely grateful for Eastern Marketing's responsiveness, expertise, and customer service. Our brand-new refrigerator had a malfunctioning icemaker, and as it was under warranty, I was directed to Eastern Marketing. I initially spoke with Russ, an expert from tech support, who provided an initial diagnosis--which later proved to be accurate--and emailed me instructions to in case I wanted to fix the unit myself. He then transferred me to Jessie, a customer support representative, who identified and put me in touch with a local appliance repair technician who could come the following day. The technician immediately and cheerfully diagnosed and addressed the problem. I've never had a smoother experience dealing with an appliance under warranty.
Repairman called first, showed up on time, repaired/replaced and was very cordial. Could not ask for anything more!

After previous non Eastern Marketing service the oven was fixed but the broiler would not stay lit. Mak from Eastern Marketing discovered that that the broiler had not been properly reassembled during the previous service. It took only a matter of minutes for Mak to fix the problem.
Your Tech, John Nguyen, arrived earlier than anticipated, and left a short while ago. Great service, thank you. The front left "power" burner now works like a charm, and he thoroughly cleaned the inside oven glass door. High praise from a clean freak like me.

We had a great experience with Eastern Marketing, fixing our Bertazonni cooktop. I have to honestly say I was a little nervous when I read the other reviews online...but I am so glad I used Eastern. First, there are not that many reviews, so that makes the few bad ones questionable (unfortunately people don't often take the time to write a good review), and I was impressed with the scheduling process. They were able to give me a close date even during a busy time of year (right before Thanksgiving). Matt the technician was early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck, so 30 minutes later, burner fixed! What a great experience. Don't hesitate to use this company...I am so glad I did. Now I have four fully functioning burners in time to cook my big Thanksgiving meal!
Dear friends at Eastern. I d like to make sure you know how pleased I am with your service this morning. The problem concerned a Blomberg refrigerator I purchased just less than a year ago, which was making a loud knocking noise as if someone trapped inside was trying to escape. Everything with Eastern s service was prompt, pleasant and highly competent. When I called two days ago, Gina listened to my description of the problem and we scheduled an appointment for today between 9 and 11. Matt, the technician who helped us, was exceptionally good!
1. He called in advance so we knew when he would arrive, allowing us to plan the morning.
2. From the description of the problem I gave Gina he suspected the ice-maker was at fault, and in anticipation brought a replacement part. He confirmed this diagnosis and quickly replaced it. Also, since we do not use the ice-maker he showed me how to disable it and the water dispenser.
3. He was extremely pleasant, polite, efficiant and knowledgeable, and answered a few other questions I had about the fridge.
Could not ask for more!
WOW! The most awesome customer service ever! We just purchased an XO wine cooler, beverage center and 42 inch exhaust fan for our new kitchen. We love them! They are really well built and for the price a great value! We had a small issue with lighting on one of the coolers. One phone call to Eastern, spoke to Russ Lerner and our problem was resolved. He offered to dispatch a technician instantly but instead talked me through an easy resolution. I wish all customer service centers could learn from Eastern. Thank you!!!
we were a little bummed that our brand new stove needed servicing but the serviceperson that came - Carlos - was excellent, and the problem turned out to be something that needed service but was very minor.
I want to say that Andrea Nathan my service coordinator was amazingly responsive and her follow up in getting my refrigerator issue was fantastic.
I have been trying since September (it s now December!) to get my Bloomberg range repaired when it was under 2 years old. The tech supposedly quit the day he was scheduled to come and now 4 months later they still haven t been able to schedule anyone to repair it. I was told that they had the part. Now they say they are waiting on another part. They have have lied about their techs, the parts and they have not contacted me at all. I have to call them and check on it every week and I m still oven-less. So they have not done anything to earn my trust.
Simply the Worst Company Ever. I would give zero stars if possible. I have been waiting for months to get my refrigerator repaired. Nobody cares and I hope you never need them to service your appliances under warranty. It's has been a nightmare.
This was my second technician for the same problem with my range hood. The first guy was friendly, but gave me a wrong diagnosis. Second guy took 20 minutes to fix the problem.

Eastern Marketing is extremely fortunate to have Nelson as a service technician. Today, July 13th, he did more than repair our Blomberg dishwasher. In our 54 years of marriage we have never experienced a more positive, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful representative of any company. That last quality is an exceptional asset, especially when it accentuates the certainty that the repair is the best possible, and the company is the one to call when there's a problem. Our problem was unique. A mouse had died in the door and I could not remove it. Nelson facilitated my access, enabled me to remove the remains and clean the dishwasher appropriately, and verified that the dishwasher operated properly. We are most grateful for his service.

I have been working with Eastern marketing and their service administrator Gina Ferrara for almost two years now. I never had a better experience calling someone with appliance repair requests, it is a pleasure to work with her. Gina is always very pleasant, helpful. professional someone who always try to handle my request as best she can, and you know she is there to make sure things gets done right and on time.. Eastern marketing appliance service tech Carlos Wang is the most experienced helpful tech I had a chance to work with.. He always get the jobs done,. I'm opening a 392 unit luxury rental building in Manhattan so I have to call Eastern marketing and Gina often for warranty work on our appliances and it is always a pleasure talking to her or email her. Totally incompetent, terrible service. These people tried *three times* to fix my brand new fridge, then scheduled a replacement, then *refused* to complete the replacement, then referred me to the manufacturer (who, incidentally, was totally terrible to deal with as well) who said they straight up didn't believe what Eastern Marketing's service techs told them.
Horrible experience.
EDIT: Below, the owner responded to say they were "surprised and disappointed." As it happens, the manufacturer started an email chain with myself and the owner of Eastern Marketing almost a week ago - so, I find it a *little* odd that they'd be surprised.
If they want to contact me, they know full well how to contact me. I'd be *more* than happy to have them make this right.

Our Blomberg refrigerator's ice maker mechanism failed and the freezer door jammed right after we discovered the failure. Although we did have to wait a few days, when the repairman, Nelson, arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly ! I also had to talk to the manager, Russ, regarding our warranty and his response was immediate and very customer friendly! I look forward to buying additional Blomberg products because of their superior customer service.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. It took an extremely long time and multiple visits to not only diagnose the problem but to then ultimately order new parts and reschedule to have the repair done.
The cost was excessive and unwarranted since this was a brand new unit and this was the second time in a year that the exact same problem occurred.
Service human was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Competent, solved quickly, and was very nice and personable! Perfect service call. Will definitely hire again.

There is no company more reliable and professional than Eastern Marketing. I recently had service on my Marvel ice maker and Lynx grill. In both cases, the repairman had the parts on his truck so there was no waiting for the repair to get done or any need for a return visit. I highly recommend Eastern Marketing for any and all appliances.

I m dealing with Eastern Marketing now for over 2 years And I have ONLY wonderful things to say about this company. Always responding to me very quickly even on an emergency cituation w my refrigerator! Like coming to my house after work , on the way home to help me close the freezer drawer after the ice maker fell out and got stuck. Honestly I never dealt with better service and better people .

Zero stars. I had to have them come out multiple times to fix the broken stove that is under their warranty. They make you wait an entire day for a service person. They also attempted to charge me $150 for the visit, even though the second trip was entirely their fault.
Recently, I called Eastern Marketing to arrange for service on my Blomberg Dryer that had stopped heating ( I bought it exactly 2 years ago - what a reliable product, right? I have since found out that the heating element burned out, and the part costs more than a new dryer. Buyer, beware!) I was immediately told that no one would even speak to me about setting up a service appointment until I had filled out a form (emailed to me) that required me to provide all my credit card information, so I could charged $150 upfront, before I was even given a service appointment. (This was not going to be a hold on my card until service was performed, this was going to be an actual charge, simply for making an appointment.) I was told "No form, no appointment - it's company policy." I finally asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was promptly put into someone's voicemail. I would never, ever, ever do business with this company again. They deserve to go bankrupt.
Eastern Marketing tech ( Carlos Wong ) assisted us on repairs of Blomberg fridge and it extended useful life of the appliance without high cost of replacing the appliance. Gina & Molly from CS were extremely responsive and flexible while setting up repairs. Thank you for your work and knowledge !

Eastern Marketing has been my go to for my Lynx grill repair for almost a decade. Recently I needed some service and contacted Molly for an appointment. We chose a date and before his arrival Nelson, the technician called and advised me of his arrival time. He was polite, efficient and meticulous in both the cleaning and the cleanup of his work. This is a quality company from start to finish, I highly recommend them.

Wow what service. I didn't know who to call or email when my new Bertazzoni refrigerator handle kept getting loose. I emailed customer service, within 24 hours had and appointment to check the appliance. Tech called before coming and was on time. Wow you should teach other companies how to do customer service right. Turns out the handles were on upside down. Thank you for the great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend the company. I have rearranged my schedule to suit this company's poor customer service and absolutely repugnant lack of communication skills for over a month now. This is the third time the company has screwed up while we are waiting to have our stove, oven and dishwasher repaired - all of which impact our quality of life. They were due here (on the third re-scheduled date because of all the company's internal issues) over three hours ago and no word on their expected arrival today. We have been dealing with Molly, who has been both under-communicative with us in scheduling issues and with updating us on last-minute cancellations, etc . I am surprised the company is still in business with their poor customer service level and, given the choice, would never book with them again.
Gina was VERY helpful in getting us sorted out after the dishwasher in our apartment we purchased wasn't working when we moved in. Of all the stresses that come with purchasing an apartment, this was one we didn't have to deal with. Thank you Gina!

She and Andrea have rectified the situation and I will have a working fridge on Friday. I want to thank them for taking the time to make it right. It is greatly appreciated.

I asked for my BBQ to be converted from one gas to another. I took them 2 weeks to come back with an appointment after they took my payment and summer is passing by.
The customer service was excellent. Gina Ferrara, in particular, went way out of her way to help me with service and parts for a wiring issue with my XO range hood. She was so great! Every company should have someone as lovely as Gina has been.

Great Service! My original oven gave me lots of trouble. Eastern Marketing was great and sent out a technician to repair. After several attempts at repair I spoke with Ester who was super helpful and had my oven replaced. Especially before Passover- this was a huge help! Gina in their office is also really efficient, polite and helpful.
Nelson the technician is pleasant to deal with. Although it is never a good feeling to have to have your appliances repaired, I have to say Eastern Marketing is the best service providers I have ever worked with. They are thorough, follow up promptly and display great sense of urgency and empathy towards these warranty and service issues. Blomberg certainly picked a great company to be their servicer and distributor!

Purchased an oven with them in May of 2018, the oven was listed at a great price and they even worked with me for shipping costs. That was a good experience in its own right. Back in November i noticed the oven was starting to have some issues, Clock was not keeping time and then it would not preheat nor turn off, I called and they took care of the whole process of getting a repair tech out and repairing the unit at no charge. If i need appliances i will be going back in the future.
