Very welcoming (we had young kids and a service dog). We enjoyed every dish we ordered. The calamari, in particular, was excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent atmosphere, great service. Didn't eat there but the drinks were exceptional and I'll be back for dinner soon.

The bartender Hector was excellent. I asked the manager to plug in the battery for my motorized wheel chair. My friend Nd I had dinner and a couple of glasses of wine. The battery was not charged when we left. I am very very disappointed with the manager of this establishment. The battery is new, and after 2+ hours there should have been something. I am now in the lobby of an apartment building trying to charge my battery so I can go home. Over priced and bad management with helping ADA

Very nice restaurant first time was there with the family on Thanksgiving day and eat roasted turkey it was the best for $95 !!! It s a little over price food is great !!!!

A friend took me there and we just sat at the bar.
The food is pretty expensive, but really good! I won't eat there every day, but once a month or two it can be nice.
The atmosphere is great and the staff is nice.

Service sucked! We looked for a gluten free option near our event Saturday night. The gluten free pasta wasn t bad but it took FOREVER to get to each step of the way. To get a menu and then to get questions answered & to pick food etc Bigger problem is there were people - older fancier people that got better faster service. Ageism!

Amazing steak. Ordered takeout and the food could not be better. I had a medium rare 10oz Filet. It was cooked perfectly. The cheesecake was good. This place is worth every penny.

I haven't been to this restaurant in awhile but happened to be in the area so stopped in again --and I won't be returning. Although the staff were friendly enough and the hostess was vey accommodating since we didn't have a reservation, I find the food mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality (or lack of). Zero stars for the chef who I understand would not accommodate my request for capers on my beef carpaccio. Remember the old adage the customer is king? Chef I'm the one eating it and I should have it the way I love it. Instead they would only bring the capers on the side. They also did not say that the oil would be truffle oil which totally changed the flavor. Again, nice setting with some outdoor tables and nice staff but an obnoxious chef and Italian food that is easily surpassed in many places in Manhattan.

I love this restaurant the chef really puts a great meal together, highly recommended it.

Beautiful to sit outside in the spring and fall and watch people. Gluten-free pizza is delicious.

We had a great experience dining at this place. Chef Denis is amazing and we enjoyed his hospitality. He suggested a couple of dishes and all of them were exceptionally delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Thank You guys, keep it up!

Pre-cooked food and reheated pasta in this Italian restaurant! It is appalling for NYC food quality that such place exists. Nothing is prepared on the spot and their microwave food taste disgusting, on a high price.

Very expensive and odd portions, HOWEVER, nice atmosphere and excellent staff. My husband and I spent an hour and a half here eating and drinking and never felt rushed which I love about a restaurant

We were 6 people and as soon as we sat down we ordered a bottle of wine and appetizers and since we didn't order food quickly, they practically kicked us out of the restaurant. Very very disappointed. The server told us that we need to leave.

The food is not seasoned enough or appropriately for my taste, but the quality of ingredients is high and the freshness is readily apparent. I had carpaccio, crab salad, and pasta pesto, and they were all good, but not good enough to justify the premium prices. The service, on the other hand, is impeccable- attentive, polite, and conscientious without being overbearing. A wonderful experience.

Save your money, it is not worth spending here. Tried making reservations at 1:30 for about 7. Someone over the phone said they are not doing reservations to just walk in. Once our party of only three came we were greeted and told we needed to make a reservation they don t take walk ins. I tried to calmly explain to the gentleman that we attempted to do that but he seriously didn t want to hear it so he kept say that what I was told is impossible. As if I gained anything by lying. He then told me the wait would be about an hour. I told him I appreciate if he can fit us in and quicker since we tried making reservations. He seriously lost his lid and yelled at me. Telling me I was being loud and angry, he then turned around and walked away.

Worst experience ever for some really mediocre food.

Excellent deep dish pizza. Started with beer and some wings - they have a nice dry rub and a homemade sauce. Got the classic pizza and really enjoyed it. Was extremely full with leftovers to boot when we left. Service was busy but it was easy to flag anyone down if we needed anything. Our server was solid and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.

Properly decorated small place. Pretty buzzy uptown vibe. Italian cuisine of average quality, but a good solution in this area. Prices del.up. Correct service. (We were fortunate with a good table).

Great food nice location with outdoor dining. The wine list is very reasonable and the service was excellent. We started with the beet salad and the asparagus antipasti. Then a spaghetti special and a Pappardelle with mushrooms. All was great. Passed on desert because we were full. In the summer when the front is open it can be a little loud due to street traffic but still very nice.

I walked in thinking they had some connection with the one in London.

They have really good seafood and very sweet staff. Open 11-10pm for food.
Drinks until 11pm.

My love affair with pizza goes way back. Shakey's pizza was a staple of our family gatherings growing up in Angeles City (Philippines) and ever since then I've always been on a search for great pizza. I've also drifted between being a fan of Chicago style pizza vs New York style pizza. I'm back in my Chicago style pizza phase hence my review of Little Star. The pizza here is comparable to Zachary's. I also love the fact that I don't have to drive all the way to Berkeley for a good deep dish pizza.

A chic and sassy restaurant on Madison Avenue. Be sure to reserve a table for Sunday Brunch. A superb greet and meet up spot for the ladies who love to lunch after a full day of designer shopping on Madison Avenue. The bar has a wonderful selection of speciality cocktails and a superb wine list. I suggest a champagne cocktail and calamari for starters. I met my daughter and son in law for a pre Mother's Day dinner Friday night. The fusilli pesto dish was exquisite. The pasta carbonara was fabulous. The service and wait staff were extremely friendly. A class act. This is a must stop when visiting New York City

I went here with my meetup group, there was 6 of us. We didn't have a reservation because I thought we would just sit at the bar since we went early (5:30pm). The bar is so tiny and all seats were taken so we asked to sit at a table. We were told they needed the table in an hour. The drinks are strong and expensive and delicious. I got the Il Fresco martini and omg-fantastic! The decor is cool and the place is really nice, upbeat and cool. They ended up not needing the table after an hour so we stayed longer and got drunker. I would go back but would probably make a reservation.

Great meal. Our sommelier "surprised us" with a great wine that was very reasonably priced. I always appreciate it when I leave the choice in their hands and am pleasantly surprised with both taste and cost. Food and drinks were both exceptional. My only ding? There was a marshino cherry in my Manhatten, not a Luxardo cherry.

Caprese not so great. Stylish, intimate setting very nice for drinks at the bar. Friendly service with the feel of a local neighborhood bar.

Do not go here - it is a scam and they are rude. I was charged $137 for four drinks. The bartender decided to tip himself $60 without my knowledge. They would have gotten away with this if I did not check my credit card statement. I called the corporate office. They made it clear that they would refund the entire charge. I checked my statement the next week, they only refunded part of the tip. When I called them back, they claimed that they never said they would refund the full charge and hung up on me! Who treats customers like that? Also, this bartender still works there. It did not seem like they cared to do anything about this situation outside of refund part of the tip. I will never step foot in this restaurant again, and I recommend the same to my family, friends, and anyone else reading this review. Horrible experience and a waste of my time.

Chic restaurant in the center of Manatthan. Denis, Italian chef, brings our cuisine together with all its traditions across the Atlantic ocean. Delicious dishes prepared impeccably, including the presentations of the dishes. If you are in New York and want to get away from the usual Hamburgers, this is the right place. Rated 5 stars

Consistently Outstanding Food & Service in this Madison Avenue Staple. Enjoyed Sassaia Gavi with dinner.

Not a destination restaurant but a good place to go if you are attending an event in the area. The best thing on the menu is their selection of pastas which I believe they hand make.
