Wow what service. I didn't know who to call or email when my new Bertazzoni refrigerator handle kept getting loose. I emailed customer service, within 24 hours had and appointment to check the appliance. Tech called before coming and was on time. Wow you should teach other companies how to do customer service right. Turns out the handles were on upside down. Thank you for the great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend the company. They know how to do customer service right, everyone's time is valuable.
