I have rearranged my schedule to suit this company...

I have rearranged my schedule to suit this company's poor customer service and absolutely repugnant lack of communication skills for over a month now. This is the third time the company has screwed up while we are waiting to have our stove, oven and dishwasher repaired - all of which impact our quality of life. They were due here (on the third re-scheduled date because of all the company's internal issues) over three hours ago and no word on their expected arrival today. We have been dealing with Molly, who has been both under-communicative with us in scheduling issues and with updating us on last-minute cancellations, etc . I am surprised the company is still in business with their poor customer service level and, given the choice, would never book with them again.
