I went in to inquire about a new Nissan Titan. I was still in a lease but wanted to look at the Titan. I walked in AJ began to assist me but once he found out that I was looking for the future, we quickly pawned me off to a new sales guy. I drove the truck and came back and they asked if they could work up a deal to get me out of my lease early for which I agreed. They took my car back for an appraisal and I waited for the sales manager. They came up with a quote that I was not something I wanted to consider. I reviewed the quote she and the numbers didnt seem to make sense based on what they told me. Additionally they tried to pack the deal with a 1399.00 fee for window tint and an extended warranty which I told them I did not want, and they replied that this is on every vehicle and you had to take it which clearly is against the law. ***THEY SAY THIS 1399 fee is on every car and posted on their website but it is not.*** Nor did other area Nissan dealers charge this fee. It is a lie and a deceptive sales practice. I told them that I wanted to think about it and they continued to pressure me on what they could do to have me buy that day. I asked for my car keys about 5 times before they brought them to me and then they would not let me take the quote with me which indicated some type of deception. ***Holding someone's keys so that they cannot leave is not "Asking for the sale", it is a high pressure sales tactic.*** I went home and looked online and they were quoting me a price 6K higher than the online sales price. Ultimately I went to another dealer and bought the truck as those at East Charlotte were not transparent and were extremely pushy. I won't be bringing my car here due to the wishy washy nature of the service managers. It disappoints me because while everyone, techs included, were very friendly the way management treats their employees does not align with my values. Not to mention they let a talented shop foreman go without batting an eye makes me wonder if they actually still have any talent in the service department.

Ron Traver is my service advisor. He is honest trustworthy and has integrity and I know that he takes good care of my car. Never recommends anything that is unnecessary. He always let's me know what needs to be done and you can bet it's always done right the first tome. Will always bring my car here for service.

Horrible place to purchase car. I wrote a whole paragraph but it somehow got deleted. Long story short... they try to get over with all they can and being a woman they assumed I was dumb but caught them in their own game. Run as far as you can from this place or you'll regret it later.. What "lies" beneath is the name of their game...

Antonio was an awesome salesperson! He was very young yet very confident and knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I definitely recommend buying from him.
The downside of my visit that I was there all day with no food and was starving. I did not see a vending machine anywhere (I'm sure there was), but they did have a nice coffee/cappuccino machine.

My salesman and the sales manager both went on and beyond to meet my needs.They both explained things thoroughly about my car. My salesman offered me something to drink while I wait. Lead me to a room while I pray about my decision making of my car. He even went over how my sound system works, the navigator . I am so happy, I just love my new car. I went to the service department to make an appt because my 2017 Nissan Sentra turbo will not accelerate properly . The employee I talked to was rude and disrespectful, acting as if I didn't know anything bc I was a dumb female. He didn't even talk to me about the car as much as he was asking for my age to get a rental car if needed and are you sure you have your warranty . I didn't even want to go back in I was so humiliated ,so I sent my husband to take the car to the appt to talk to them about the car. He told them what the problem was. We have a warranty for the car and they charged us to "snap" something back in to place, yet the problem is still not resolved !!

Please read this review if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. I visited the dealership last Saturday to test drive a 2015 Nissan Murano. I proceeded to make negotiations with the salesman, and eventually general manager, over the next few days over the phone. We finally came to a verbal agreement of an out-the-door price of $27,300 on a car that was listed at $25,900. I confirmed with the general manager that this was the out the door price. Once I received this confirmation I left work early, went to the bank to get my certified check for down payment, and when I was only a few minutes from the dealership to sign the papers I received a call to notify me that the owner would not approve this deal and that I would have to pay an additional $700 if I wanted the car. I got to the dealership and asked to speak with the owner and was only told that he was 'too busy' and that at the new $28,000 figure they'd be losing $500 on the deal. Aside from the apparent issues in their math for a car with a sticker price of $25,900, I was incredibly frustrated by their unwillingness to follow through with the price we had agreed upon because "that amount was never entered into the computer". I'm not sure if they felt they could pull a 'bait and switch' on me because I'm a woman or if their ability to price cars is really that poorly done, but in either case, please beware of their short-comings in pricing and honesty when purchasing a vehicle at East Charlotte Nissan.

The car salesman I had the pleasure of working with was Norman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful! He made the experience of buying my first car so smooth and stress free! I was really nervous going in, but was immediately put at ease due to his friendly demeanor. He was willing to help with whatever I needed and answered a billion questions. It was a pleasure working with him!

Elite was another staff member I had the pleasure of working with. He explained all purchasing requirements and waurentees so throroughly. I must have asked him another billion questions but he was so patient and friendly.

I d highly recommend using this dealership. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or worried about my purchase!

Worst experience I've ever had or had someone go through. Not only did they completely screw up my paper work but they did my friends as well. I should have never told her to go there. They gave her a temporary plate and told her what to do. She went and paid everything she needed and six months later we are both getting lied to and yelled at over the phone by Mr. Bacon and the manager named Brandon who kept telling us the paper work went in well we called the DMV to get her plate and the paper work never went in. So it's 6 months later and she still doesn't have her plate and now we have to file a report with the police station. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I just gave my car back after the screw ups and took the penalty and could never be happier with my Toyota. Not to mention Mr. Bacon showed up to my house at 11 pm at night to make my roommate sign paper work. I don't know how that's legally allowed.

Our only issue was with Tyrone the finance guy. He was extremely pleasant during his sales pitch but his demeanor quickly changed once we declined the offer for additional coverage. My friend who accompanied me was intending to purchase an extended coverage from him but once his attitude drastically changed, he opted to take his business elsewhere.

Brandon Hunt provided excellent service, down to earth with a sense of humor. I initially came in to do a lease buyout, however he helped me to see the benefits of getting into a brand new car(financed) and for not much more than what I was currently paying. I couldn t resist the offer with all the options and warranty that was being provided. If you are seeking to purchase go see Brandon.

The best car buying experience that I had ever had was with East Charlotte Nissan. They're very friendly , knowledgeable and their prices are very much negotiable, they'll make you a deal. Their prices are the best in the 500 mile radius, at least. The whole crew will do anything possible to make it the best buying experience, they did for me. I flew in from out of town and they helped me with the ticket, picked me up at the airport and even had the dealership open real late just so I would be able to get my car, get the paperwork done and drive home in my new car. Everything went well and real fast because I did my homework. I would definitely recommend East Charlotte Nissan to anyone, and I do. And about my car, 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD, awesome, love it, nice-looking and practical, had it for over a year, no problems, I know it's a new car, but still, even some new cars have issues, I can give tons of examples. I see some negative comments and I understand that sometimes we get bad experience from people or places, no one is perfect or ideal, but that does not make that person or a place a bad one. All things considered. Overall, I had the most excellent buying experience with East Charlotte Nissan.

I had a horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. I would not even give them 1 star. I shopped around for a specific make and model and found a vehicle I was interested in at East Charlotte. The sales person and sales manager told me everything I wanted to hear. The salesman did go above and beyond my expectations to deliver me the vehicle.
My traumatizing experience began after I received the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to me by the salesman but he did not know what paperwork to give me so he did not leave me with any paperwork. This should have been a warning to me. It took them at least 8 months to get me the paper work. I did not even know what lender to send payments to and they would not tell me over the phone. As a result the car was repossessed due to non payment. I called weekly asking for my paper work. They couldn't figure that out. It took over 8 months for them to email me the info.
Prior to purchasing there were a couple mechanical issues that I asked them to look over. First a tune up to replace plugs and coils because the vehicle I purchased has a history of plugs seizing in the engine block. I was told this was done and it was not. Everything needed to be replaced immediately. The second thing I asked was to look over the air suspension. They said it was fine. The suspension failed the withing a few days of having it.
There's also a list of minor things that have happened. For example all the u joints had to be replace immediately, battery died after having less than 1 month, power window motors will need to be replaced,
I've spent over $4,000 on the vehicle and have not had it a year yet.
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!
THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.
THEY WILL SELL YOU JUNK. YOU WILL BE MORE HAPPY BUYING A VEHICLE FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
