Worst experience I've ever had or had someone go through. Not only did they completely screw up my paper work but they did my friends as well. I should have never told her to go there. They gave her a temporary plate and told her what to do. She went and paid everything she needed and six months later we are both getting lied to and yelled at over the phone by Mr. Bacon and the manager named Brandon who kept telling us the paper work went in well we called the DMV to get her plate and the paper work never went in. So it's 6 months later and she still doesn't have her plate and now we have to file a report with the police station. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I just gave my car back after the screw ups and took the penalty and could never be happier with my Toyota. Not to mention Mr. Bacon showed up to my house at 11 pm at night to make my roommate sign paper work. I don't know how that's legally allowed.
