The cars are nice. Would not buy from this dealership. The Internet advertised price is not accurate. I do expect some fees but these people tried to add 2500.00 to the price. I went next door to Independance Mazda and bought a car.

I am satisfied with hole deal,the dealership personnel were friendly,respectful,kind and knowledgeable and everything went smoothly I recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I have been taking my Nissan Sentras and Versa to East Charlotte NISSAN for more than ten years. The sales and service have always been outstanding. This week decided that I would just look in the showroom.
Cole Sandager helped me look at a 2015 Nissan. He was most accommodating and helpful about showing me different styles and colors and was very patient with my coming to a decision to buy my car. He also had to come to my house the next day to show me how to start it. This sounds silly but he saw me drive it off the lot so he needed to see abut it. I have had no trouble in three other startings. I am, once again, really pleased with Eastside Nissan and the helpful staff.

I had great experience working with Jason Meade. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me several options to get me a great vehicle same day.

My experience at East Charlotte Nissan was great. Anthony Martinez was a great salesman and greeted me with a big smile. He was extremely nice and patient, I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We loved our recent experience with East Charlotte Nissan! James made a point to make sure that we were comfortable and understood everything throughout the entire process. I had about a million and one questions for him, and he was more than happy to take the time to explain the answers to every single one, and then some. He also pulled some strings with Nissan for me and got me an AMAZING deal. Other staff that we encountered were friendly and made sure we were being taken care of. The available Quality rating selections do not appropriately depict the level of service that East Charlotte Nissan has imparted to me in the past several years. As stereotypical automobile dealerships normally use intimidation and time based sales tactics to coerce their consumers to make a purchasing decision, East Charlotte Nissan works to partner with their consumers and creates a consumer-centric atmosphere that welcomes and fosters a friendly and service oriented environment. From the sales floor to the express service department it is evident that all staff has one primary objective---the consumer. To say that the Quality of service provided by East Charlotte Nissan is Excellent would be offensive. The Quality of service provided by East Charlotte Nissan is Elite.

Absolutely one of the worst dealerships in the city of Charlotte. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They master in the deceptive art of "bate and switch". Once they get you into their dealership, with false promises and lies, they offer you other items, in hopes of your business. Once they have their hooks in you, they drag you through the dirt, with the most disrespect I've ever seen from any dealership in my life. At the end of my dealing with my last purchase, I asked about credits that were posted back to them, and "miscellaneous charges" that totaled the same amount, back to me. I was told, with a smile, "you signed the paperwork.". These folks need to be shut down!

If you re looking for the best, friendliest service here, look for Matt Long. He made the normally exhausting experience of buying a car much less so. 10/10 would recommend.

Luis was a great help to me and Raul Jardon. There wasn't a single moment where he could not help us. He was a Very kind guy, as well as very generous in offering us water and food. The whole dealership was a great help to us. If Luis had not helped us out today we probably would not have bought a car here today. I reccomend people to shop at this Dealership and to ask for Luis.

My 4th Nissan from East Charlotte!!!! Perry Flythe was my sales associate and was very professional and did a great job finding a fully loaded Rogue SL for me. Mike Simone was very easy to work with on the negotiations and would recommend going to East Charlotte if you're in the market for a new Nissan.

Brandon H. really helped me! I went for an oil change only to discover that my car had a hole in the gas tank! As upset as I was, Brandon saw me and gave me the confidence that things would work out. With no plans on purchasing a new car, within an hour I had a newer safer car with affordable payments! I m so appreciative for Brandon and all that he did on my behalf!!

They went above and beyond for me, I issue was that my headlight are a little too dim for me and they checked several other nissan for me to be replaced

Very satisfied with the service. I had some extensive repairs done and the sales person Ron honored the price he quoted me and also provided me with a rental car. The price was fair and competitive with another non dealer repair shop.

I took my car in because the electric seat switch was not working and the drivers side door handle broke, I spoke with Ron my Service Person and I said it is time to get several other things done, we talked about it ron gave me a good price and had about 8 things done. I was so surprise when I got the car back everything was complete but they also detailed the car man it really look good. So I can not wait for the New Z to come out and would definetly purchase from East Charlotte if the right car is there.

Norman and the other employees were fantastic! They helped set me up in a car that suited me and helped me arrange my payments in the way most beneficial to my credit. I can t thank them enough and will definitely recommend them!

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I have never in my life dealt with months and months of unprofessionalism on top of unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get a car here, or you will end up dealing with the consequences for months to come. Not to mention, several of the employees I dealt with (not all, some were pleasant) were just downright rude and disrespectful. It is apparent they don t care about the customer at all. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service at East Charlotte Nissan.

Great experience with my service. Cammie was most helpful in making sure I knew I had award points ( I always forget those) and ask if I had my coupon book.! Using those offered a substantial reduction in my bill!! When I decided to let them perform an additional service that I didn't want to wait for Cammie let me drive her car home. WOW, thanks for making a financial and personal experience so much better. Thanks Cammie!!!

Troy Moffatt was responsible for putting me in a brand new Rogue! It is my first SUV, and the buying process was swift. I plan to purchase another vehicle as well for my husband, as long as Troy is handling the sale.

I can't complain. I went in there to buy a Certified Pre-owned and I told my husband they will try to sell us a new car. I was right and we ended up leaving with a new car just because they made it more worth our while. The salesman seemed genuine. He wanted to make a sale but he wasn't pushy. He was very easy to talk to and overall we had a nice experience buying a car from them. I did not like the bait and switch of the zero % APR for 60 months but oh if you take advantage of that you lose the manufacturer cash discount so it adds up to be around the same in interest as the cash off bonus.

The over the phone experience trying to get an appointment set for my inspection was appalling. I expected much friendlier service than I received. I felt rushed as if they had something better to do. I called the store directly so who ever answers the phone should understand the reason why they are performing that duty(being paid). The in store experience was much better. They are always courteous and accommodating.

The worst Service/No Service of my life. Made an Service appointment drove 1hr out of my way just to find out they were closed. I receive no call or anything letting me know they were going to be closed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Matter of fact i will be sure to let everyone know to stay away.

The staff and leadership at East Charlotte Nissan are focused on customer service. I had a service issue and both Brady Bush (General Sales Manager), and Todd Smith (Service Manager) stepped up and worked with Nissan to get it resolved, and surely, it was resolved. Quite frankly, this is what makes a difference when you're dealing with any business, and in this case, they took the time and went the extra mile to get me serviced. We all have options when we shop for cars, and in my own personal experience, I have purchased two cars from this dealership in the past few years, and will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a new car or service.

This by far is the worst dealership. i wish i could take this one star down. Sales representatives are only focused on meeting daily goals and weekly quotas at least the one that sold me my car, his name was Mustafa. They tell you all these things to make everything sound good and make it seem like your getting a deal when your really not. for a first time car buyer this was the worst experience I`ve ever had. no one is really cares for the customers well being or what they have going on its all about money. Make sure you look over the papers and reread everything along with reiterating what the sales person told you before signing.

Warning - if you visit this dealership, even once, they will call you incessantly for years to come. One visit, one test drive, and 50 phone calls later I'd suggest a burner phone that you can get rid of if you have to go in this awful place.

Every time I bring my vehicle in for a oil change with my check engine light off when I get my vehicle back my check engine light is on, like your mechanic do something to made it come on for I have to spend more money or trade it in. It s a shame that you have to get over on people like that . I never ride around with the light on its always up to part , I thought I was doing the right thing by bring it back to the dealer but not again this happens to me two different times and not the same place, I guess this the world we live in everybody is out to get pay ,SAD you can be Trusted

Darrell Bacon is a good guy and easy to work with, I highly recommend working with him. He went above and beyond by staying 2 hours past close to complete the deal. We will definitely be back to work with him and the East Charlotte Nissan team.
