I had a great experience at East Charlotte Nissan. Tom Robinson was very personable. He was very attentive & empathetic regarding my constraints & frustrations in regards to needing to purchase a vehicle (too many previous car problems). He went above & beyond to make this process flow as smoothly as possible. To top off his great service, he even called me the next day to follow up.
