Absolutely one of the worst dealerships in the city of Charlotte. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They master in the deceptive art of "bate and switch". Once they get you into their dealership, with false promises and lies, they offer you other items, in hopes of your business. Once they have their hooks in you, they drag you through the dirt, with the most disrespect I've ever seen from any dealership in my life. At the end of my dealing with my last purchase, I asked about credits that were posted back to them, and "miscellaneous charges" that totaled the same amount, back to me. I was told, with a smile, "you signed the paperwork.". These folks need to be shut down!
