We loved our recent experience with East Charlotte Nissan! James made a point to make sure that we were comfortable and understood everything throughout the entire process. I had about a million and one questions for him, and he was more than happy to take the time to explain the answers to every single one, and then some. He also pulled some strings with Nissan for me and got me an AMAZING deal. Other staff that we encountered were friendly and made sure we were being taken care of. Ive already started recommending them to our friends! Thanks James and the staff for all of your help, its been a pleasure!
