The over the phone experience trying to get an app...

The over the phone experience trying to get an appointment set for my inspection was appalling. I expected much friendlier service than I received. I felt rushed as if they had something better to do. I called the store directly so who ever answers the phone should understand the reason why they are performing that duty(being paid). The in store experience was much better. They are always courteous and accommodating.
