This company should be sanctioned and shut down; unfortunately, we can't do it without a class action lawsuit. Please, be part of this action. The customer service representative is horrible, and the company who claimed they provide financial security are not authorized to run credit on consumer without proper authority and also failed to put their name as the source of information. They said my number is blocked for suspicious activity and I asked for clarification and detail of such activity, and they failed to do so, by asserting that they do not have such information claiming Zelle is just an app using several criteria. Talking to so-called early warning uninformed representative with nasty customer service claimed the company doesn't have that information. This company is not authorized to run a credit report if you believe they have done that to you. Please, go forward with a lawsuit.

This is the worst company to work for! They have absolutely no support and set you up for failure! I worked for the Zelle part and yes they are horrible to consumers! Also their FCRA is such a joke! I have twins who social security numbers are off by one number and because of their stupidity one of my kids don't exist and the other has EVERYTHING on their report. Well one thing I learned working there is it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to get the credit reports right and because of this I can't wait to file a lawsuit against them for their SEVER SCREW UP!

These people are frauds. You have to send them your personal information in order to find out why you are black listed. First they make you give them your ssn and so forth only to tell you to mail in ID information, Uh no! I don't know who you are so why would I mail in a copy of my ID!!!! GTFOH. Rip off and I see a class action suite coming really soon in their future!

ZELL APP is great at managing e-transfers with multiple US-based bank accounts.

NO such thing as lost money. Efficient in directing "where" money goes to which account with immediate accessibility using 2 different email addresses and 2 active accounts.

Many US-banks don't really know how to handle Zelle e-transfers when it comes to multiple active accounts. Citibank had a vague understanding that PRIMARY Zelle account needs to be closed before Citibank Zelle works/activated. There was also a 14-day wait time before new Citibank accounts are able to accept e-transfers.

As for SECURITY, , isn't that your bank's responsibility? Isn't ZELL a simple transfer platform, or clearing house communicating between banks? It IS possible for transfer interception when security is breached.

I NEVER EVER had any problems with Zell. I ALSO don't bank with questionable money institutions, NOR wreckless with online accounts/usage.

Every time I called I was able to talk to a representative within a reasonable amount of time without much hassle. They were always nice, helpful and professional. They answered my questions and after verifying my identity (which took a few days but I appreciate this level of security) they promptly sent over my disclosure. I was able to identify the issue, correct it with the corresponding bank, now all is well. All in all, a smooth, reasonable process. Stop blaming these people for your bad spending habits.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for some time now. I lost my debit card and there was an unauthorized transaction so I called WF and they issued a credit which made me very happy then the following day I receive a call from (Early Warning Services) and they tell me that my Wells Fargo Account is being closed and gave me no specific reason. I think it's a terrible shame that Wells Fargo is trying to rebuild their reputation after defrauding their customers and the fact that their policy says that customers are not responsible for unauthorized transactions and to just close out someone's account for no legitimate reason says alot about who they really are underneath good going WF 1 step forward and 2 steps back!

Their services is terrible. 1. Operator who takes phone calls has such bad attitude, they don t want to help people at all. 2. It takes them forever to get things done. 3. Whatever you asked they say they can t control, it s not up to them.

I wish I could give these incompetent morons a lower rating. I never in my life.. thought anyone could be worse and slower to deal with than government agencies.. but OH MY GOD was I wrong... you can verify my identity over the phone but cannot tell me about my account without snail mailing a bunch of dumb documents that could be quickly sent via email???

I HATE THESE PEOPLE WITH SUCH A PASSION!

got scammed by Zelle and even though in their service agreement you can dispute it, the call center representatives at their call center in the Philippines give you the run around on purpose.

From the looks of it, there should be a class action lawsuit opened on this company.

Next call will be AZ state attorney general to file a complaint and suggest everyone else does the same.

Old outdated records are causing problems for many people trying to get accounts even after the 3 main bureaus are cleared up. Banks trying to automate and save time are costing themselves good potential customers. Good thing online banks are FDIC insured, fully featured, fee and minimal balance free, and don't hassle you when opening an account - good riddance local banks.

Creators of the zelle app and the biggest assistance of thieves in recent memory. if you are scammed they will not release the information of the scammer unless it is under Court subpoena and they are paid to do so. Banks helping criminals instead of their clients. If there was a zero star option I would give them zero stars..... Anybody giving this company anything more than one star is a shill for the company.

These people are horrible. They have spread my mothers name around because my 76 year old mother had one payment via bank issue with verizon wireless, now they have spread her name to other agencies so when she tries to set up online payment with that bank account, the company rejects it giving this name: Early Warning Services, LLC, as to the reason of their declining to accept payment. They're horrible. Nice way to treat an elderly woman who is on a very fixed income and not many means to pay her bills. Jerks.

Here is what happens when you deal with this company to try and restore or get a new account with a banking institution in your local area. They get paid from the banks to gather data about you financial misfortune where you owe the bank for past over drafts and ect. They cannot help you pay off your past debit, they can only send you information through their verification process and inform you what the bank sent to them about your account they once had. So all you have is information from Early Warning Services regrinding information you already knew about. In the end the only way you are going to get your issue resolved is with the banking institution itself or you are doomed for 5 years. They run a terrible service to help out the consumer.

Early Warning Services is another Equifax, but worse. They have zero quality checks on their data (which is really YOUR data) and make a profit off of this bad data. It's hopeless to get them to correct their own errors.

They are who's behind Zelle, the interbanking transfer system that holds your funds for 3+ days, pays no interest, then uses your complaints to the Federal government as retaliation on your credit rating.

We've moved much of our banking outside of the USA to stay away from these government approved kings of banking. You can also move your banking to credit unions to kill the"Too big to fail banks" and their hitmen like Early Warning Services.

A supervisor and an phone representative took alot time to help me figure out what was going on. My advice is talk it out with them, they are trying thier best for sure. At least these guys are who work for Early warning services LLC. Thank you guys for your time, 5 stars for your service. 3 stars to your company.

This company should be illegal in my book. They are destroying people's ability to open a checking account ever. I over drew an account 1 time in 25 years, lost my job, then was unable to pay them back for a month and a half. I paid my debt 6 months ago but all the banks in my area are using this company. Instead of coming off like a normal consumer report, they leave this information on there for banks to deny you. There are so many things you can't even handle without a checking account. This is disgusting to tell banks I'm high risk because I overdrew an account one time....and now they are afraid to let me open an account...and I paid my debt!!!!!

I can understand the use of Chex Systems because that system is designed to keep people who have bad debts to banks from opening another account somewhere else; However, this company (EARLY WARNING SERVICES) is all about reporting if you've ever had trouble with an account even if it's resolved. This seems illegal and I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit.

Steer clear of this company at any and all costs. There are so many more ethical, reputable companies offering same services. You will be sorry if you decide to do business with this company. They also own a company which is a payment service named Zelle. Zelle has to be the most untrusted, insecure payment service. DO NOT USE THIS PAYMENT SERVICE! Zelle is in place and setup to provide a freeway for hackers and people to commit fraud. Just read the reviews out there. I used them one time, and one time only and was ripped off. Then try to get Zelle support to help you or even respond. The dumbest thing you could do is use Zelle or any of Early Warning Services offerings. There are too many other honest, reputable, secure, ethical companies out there that offer the same service. I've had to cancel my debit cards, change my bank accounts. I have asked Zelle numerous times to delete my account and all my information from their records. They do not respond. And get this, the person who committed fraud against me is from Arizona. Guess where Early Warning Services is located. You got it, Arizona. That is just a bit too peculiar to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

These crooks can fraudulently transfer money out of your Wells Fargo checking account using their Zelle payment service even if you have never registered with Zelle - it has happened to us twice now! Company officers of Early Warning Services should be arrested and sent to prison for criminal fraud.

This company is terrible! I opened 2 accounts through Citibank and get a letter 4 days later with no information and saying they closed my account and I need to call them. I called early warning and they were rude, did not explain what was going on and claimed there was fraud and flag my account. Would not tell me anything else, and every time I called I would get conflicting information. Its almost a month and still no response and I still can not get any money out, nor receive answers from Citibank or early warning. They also ask for social security numbers before they even explain who they are or why they need all of your personal information

This company produced Zelle a money transfer app that the big banks wants us to use (Chase; Wells Fargo - you know the group that should be in jail for contributing to the last economic fiasco!) I am with a credit union that is not a partner. I receive money quarterly from a Chase customer and I have been trying to get this crappy app to work for 2 months!! Plus it wants permission to get to my photos?? why? and all my phone data!! Tech support is limited in their knowledge and can't seem to fix it and there is no higher supervisor to take the issue too...this is a horrible app!!! I wouldn't have given it any stars at all but this review won't post without at least one...ugh!!

They were mentioned in a bogus claim by Wells Fargo who closed my business checking account after levying fraudulent fees from my old merchant's account in an attempt to extort $131.45 from me and as retaliation for filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Giving them a low rating and blaming them for your banks woes (or even Zelle woes) is pointless, because your bank most likely owns, submits and attains data from Early Warning. What most people don't realize is Early Warning is just a Clearing house of ALL your personal transactions, that all the Banks share and fund. Think of it as EW is just the cloud for the banks, the clearing house of all your information. When you go to open an account they (whatever bank) queries Early Warning for your information and then it's up to the bank you're applying for to make a decision. If someone is having a bad day and there's any interesting info on you.. there's a chance you may not be worth the risk that day to that bank. Though Early Warning is a company on it's own right, it's owned and positioned by ALL the major banks. So all that to say obviously by the reviews Early Warning is playing one of it's main roles for the banks.. scapegoat. Don't blame them.. blame the bank that either submitted incorrect information, or declined you based on the information they attained.

Terrible that you can pay these debts off because of delays by the disability claims and be penalized for 7 years. Should be a law where if you pay the debts, they should legally have to remove them. Terrible customer service. Very terrible company to deal with.

Absolutely awful. I was called the number and was transferred to a machine repeating the same thing over and over again. Organizations like this keeps motivated to remain with the credit union I've set up with. After all, they don't need me anyway. Win win.
