I wish I could give these incompetent morons a lower rating. I never in my life.. thought anyone could be worse and slower to deal with than government agencies.. but OH MY GOD was I wrong... you can verify my identity over the phone but cannot tell me about my account without snail mailing a bunch of dumb documents that could be quickly sent via email???
