Overall definitely liked it. The food at the restaurant was outstanding! The service was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was also very very good. They said the hotel was modeled after Frank Lloyd Wright designs and it shows period in the rooms however the beds were very hard and my room and another family that we were with had ant problems. The convention center there is also really a great place to go. Wish I would have had an opportunity to golf!

Bad Service at front desk and restaurants.
Overpriced (poor quality) food.
Pool had a bunch of garbage floating in it.

Always get top notch service when I eat at prairie river. Salmon was delicious and variety of the menu was great. Only wish is they had nutritional information for their items. Would recommend.

Shocking at how this place is as a resort! Extra room charges. When asking for a blow dryer for the room because the one in the room doesn't work and it took over an hour and a half before we decided to just leave and have NO IDEA how long it took to get the blow dryer. The over-priced restaraunt(however it really was good and good quality), was expected, but it's pretty crazy of a place.

Overall a good stay. Did the couples retreat with my boyfriend. My only complaint would be that they ended our massage 10 minutes early (we started on time). We didn t notice until we went back to our lockers and saw the time was 10 till 6pm, where our massage was supposed to go till 6pm.
Another weird thing that happened was the following morning at 8am, an employee came and knocked on our door 3 times until we got out of bed to hand deliver our receipt. The receipt they could have slid under the door without disturbing us. I ve never had a hotel knock on the door at 8am to deliver the receipt.
It was $341 for the retreat. It included the 30 minute massage, breakfast, a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries (those were perfect), and a couple of drinks at the bar downstairs. I wish we realized they ended our massage early so we could have said something! It was a pricey package to lose out on the full 30 minute couples massage.

The service was wonderful, and our room was very clean and spacious. Our only concern was that a few things in the bathroom were broken. The shower handle wasn't attached, and intermittently fell on your foot, the soap tray had a metal bar broken off that would poke you if you leaned on it, and the bathroom sink barely drained. These are pretty minor maintenance issues though, so overall enjoyed the stay.

Rooms were comfortable. I was very uncomfortable with the covid protection. Guests were often wearing their masks around their necks and not enough staff to check rhem. The also had an outdoor concert with poor social distancing. They weren't appropriately staffed.

I never write a review "ever". I don't know anyone that works there. My husband and I booked two rooms one for us and one for my father-in-law who is 83 and not in good health. I called ahead of time and asked to have our rooms as close together as possible. They were extremely accommodating moving things around and making sure we were on the first floor right next to each other. They also accommodated us with a wheelchair and let us keep it in the room overnight. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. We had a late dinner in one of the restaurants and it was delicious and the service was the best. We then sat out by the fire pit and had an after dinner drink. It was so relaxing and beautiful. I cannot speak about the pool because we did not use it but everything else was really nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a place to unwind for our anniversary but also wanted a getaway. This place was amazing! Spacious rooms, great service from the front desk (Steve and Amelia might be her name) and fantastic buffet. Once it gets warmer, we will return.

The spa was amazing. The massage was amazing and so were the other services that I received that included a paraffin pedicure and a blueberry facial. The receptionist that helped me was very helpful and suggested many of the services I recieved. They also have nice rooms for showers, changing, lockers and the amazing tranquility room of peace. I enjoyed the experience.

Place was very clean and staff was excellent. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had away from my own kitchen. They handled our sizable corporate event very well. Service was great, food was a grade above most other places we've been. I dont generally submit reviews but felt that Eaglewood deserves it. We will definitely return!

I attended a social event here and overall had a good time. The venue was good but the drinks were a bit overpriced and the quality of the food was a bit lackluster considering what I had paid.

We enjoyed Easter brunch here and let me say they had everything covered. The selection of food at the brunch was impressive. We stayed as long as we could to try and eat a little bit of everything but there was so much that we were just too full. They had a fun Easter egg hunt planned for the kids and a set up for the kids to customize Easter eggs with markers and stickers. Every server was attentive and energetic, and we lucked out with an outside table. We have passed this place a hundred times and finally experienced how much thought they put into serving their clientele.

I would have given it more stars but it is not handicapped friendly. The younger staff was not willing to assist handicap guests. And when I say handicapped I don't mean wheelchair-bound. I mean just guess who have challenges walking. You have to pay extra for everything. The next time I'm in that vicinity I will be going to a hotel. The rooms were also very chilly. The entire place was drafty. And it was not that cold outside.

We went for a day trip at the spa and overnight at the hotel during early December. Overall it was a very specious and comfortable room with a tub style shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included in the shower (although the water pressure wasn't amazing). Our room was by the elevator but it wasn't noticably loud. The spa was very nice, and we got a room package that gave us $150 to use at the spa. We got a package that included a massage, facial, and pedicure, all of which were excellent - a bit expensive for what you get ultimately but exactly what we were looking for.

Great place to getaway for the weekend. Great environment and the staff is friendly. This resort is great for weddings, anniversaries Ann's birthday celebrations. Everything is nice and clean.

We booked an overnight romantic getaway 2 months in advance. The room we received was ground level-facing a parking lot. This is a resort with a golf course and some beautiful views. We expected a much nicer view for the $350 we paid for ONE night. Next issue is the lack of signage in the hotel. There is very little showing where things are. Once you walk around a bit it's easy to remember, but nobody tells you where the amenities are on check in. We assumed there would be a map in the room like most places, but couldn't find anything.

Our package included a 30 minute couples massage. My husband enjoyed his, I thought it was nothing special. The spa doesnt have a separate jacuzzi or pool, so it's not very relaxing when there's a kids movie playing in the pool and kids everywhere. Had we come with our kids I would've loved the pool area, but still haven't been to a spa that hasn't had a separate jacuzzi amenity for their guests. Pretty much all of the amenities are in a separate building, not fun to get to on a rainy day.

Lastly, if you go to their restaurant, there are separate menus if you eat on their patio. Nobody told us this. We chose the patio because of the pretty views and indoors was very loud. The menu we received had maybe 10 items. It started to rain as we ordered dessert so we moved inside. That's when we realized there were much nicer meal options if you chose to eat indoors. Also, they charge you an "outdoor fee" to eat outside with a limited sandwich style menu! That aside, the food we did have was good, at both restaurants.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The staff didnt go out of their way to inform us of choices and amenities we could benefit from during our stay. The staff were all pleasant, but that's it. We spent way to much money for what we received and will not return. It's been a long time since we had an evening child free, and feel we could've had a similar or nicer time at a Holiday Inn or similar.

Hotel rooms are excellent and all of the common areas are very well done both from an architecture standpoint and a decorating standpoint.

The only weakness is the golf course. Not sure if they bill it as an "executive" course, but it is very short and the pace of play on the weekends is very slow (our round took almost six hours, at least two of which were spent at tee boxes waiting for the grounds in front of us).

Great place to stay or have an event, but if you want to golf, go to one of the many better, comparably priced courses in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable! We had a snafu at check in, but they were able to remedy the situation. The hotel has obviously been updated recently. It was strange having to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. The rooms do not have fridges and microwaves. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and it was great having the restaurant and bar available in house, but it is also very close to other restaurants!

I came here for a hiring event and the resort is fairly nice. The recreational areas and meeting rooms were well kept and nice. The rooms left me wanting more (both in style and cleanliness).

NOT Pet friendly and not customer friendly. I had the worst customer service at the hotel from check-in to check-out. Firstly I checked in and wasn't informed of the total amount of the ho!d that was placed on my card, which included a $50.00 per day pet fee that I wasn't aware of plus an additional $50.00 per day in addition to the $19.00 per day resort fee. I found out there was a large hold on my account from my card company ,so I called the front desk to inquire about the charges and spoke with the front desk night auditor who failed to listen to my concerns regarding the poor service I received at check-in , and she talked over me from the beginning to the end of the call and was argumentative the entire time and never once apologized for the bad service I received at check-in. She pretty much let me know she and the hotel could care less about me and my pet . Asked what ammenites they have for pets and she said nothing ,we don't have anything for pets we just allow at the hotel. So I asked what the $50.00 pet day pet fee was for and she gave no explanation. It's basically a deterrent for pet owners not to bring pets to this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was here on business in 2016. This is my husband first time here and he really loves this place. We're thinking about throwing our 5th Anniversary and his birthday day party here. The people are so professional and courtesy here. I am not ready to leave
