The mechanic working on my car, truly went above and beyond to repair the issue. Worked late on difficult job, and on New Years Eve. Highly recommend Forth Auto Electrics, great prices and staff.

Car was in to get radiator fan repaired as car was overheating. This garage was recommended by my usual garage as it was an electrical issue. They had it for 5 days where they fitted new spark plugs and leads saying it was mis-firing. Received car back and it was chugging like an old tractor and engine warning lights on. I took it back to my usual garage where they found they had fractured a breather pipe and had fitted a spark plug incorrectly. (Unsure at present if original issue is repaired). The customer service in regards to communication with the customer is non existing and if I could give zero stars I would. Most definetly do not recommend them.

First time at garage today after all lights apart from headlights were out. Went to Halfords where they checked fuse, but said it was a big electrical problem not a fuse.. I work nightshift so wouldn t have been able to use car.. Garage was very busy but they said they had 15mins to have a look... Fuse changed..Very grateful Thankyou.

My car had ABS light on so I took it to Forth electric Dunfermline to fix it
They change front near side wheel hub assembly cost me 250 all together and after 4th day I was going on road and suddenly same
wheel s track rod arm came off as they did not tight the nut I'm lucky to survive as I was going slow if this happens on motorway it could be big accident asi went back to shop and their reply was they did not open that rod

Took my Fiat Punto here due to an electrical issue, service was great and reasonably priced too. Will definitely be bringing the car back of I have any other electrical issues

Helpful and prompt with specialist work at fairly short notice.

Have used several times over the years, customer service is lacking and they never get job done quickly.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but the service I received from this garage was terrible. Booked my truck in for a 4wd electrical fault and dashboard electrical fault, got told to bring it in on the Monday...a week went passed and I never heard anything...I called the following Monday and was told the technician that was working on the truck was on a break down and I'd get a call back(still waiting).
Called later on the end of that week and was told no one was available and I'd get a call back (still waiting).
So at the end of the 3rd week I went in and was told it had a couple of faults (yeh I know that's why its here)... still not been sorted....was told it would be done the following week....never happened...so at the end of the 5th week another phone call....the boys away on a break down(again) and he'd call me back in 15 minutes....4 hour's later i called again....truck still hadn't been looked at....had to end up going to pick it up after 5 weeks of them not bothering their backsides....5 weeks....and he said to me there would be no charge... for what???
I wouldn't go near this place again....shocking customer service...

Had issue with battery light on car. Suspected regulator on alternator, called forth electrics to see if they had any on stock, was told yeah, plenty, being the old one up and we will sort you out.
Next day I went up, withy the part numbers. Wasted 30mins of my time to be told, go speak to him, he deals with alternators, gave him my mobile number to call back in half hour. Still waiting......
Not interested unless your stupid and they can make money imo.
1st and last time I will use.

They did a great job sourcing and fitting a replacement alternator for my classic car. I am a very grateful lifetime customer of Bert and Craig.

I find this Electrical Garage truly exceptional.I have twice used them for electrical faults on my Peugeot 407 Diesel saloon 2005 model and their electrician Craig Ganley has sorted the matter promptly and courteously and at a more than reasonable price.Furthermore,he was sorting an issue which other Garages in the Dunfermline area could not cope with.I have very little knowledge of cars and so am very much dependent on the honesty of a Garage.That is why I have no hesitation in recommending them.

These guys are the real deal, courteous, quick, no problem to small. Would highly recommend this garage. A+++++

Months ago, David from here was supposed to be helping get my car open, didn t arrive at appointed time, didn t go out his way to come out any other time but on his way home, couldn t figure out the problem, left my car sitting on a brick! and has never come back, just ignored the whole problem because he doesn t have a clue, i would certainly NOT recommend this company, waste of time!

Took the wife s Kia here to get airbag light fixed. Craig diagnosed the issue quickly & smartly - tried his best to get second hand parts to keep the cost down and had the car working again quickly so it could pass its MOT. Really appreciate the work done & I ll be returning, hopefully not soon though!

Fitted a head unit, and they buried the USB cable and GPS antenna behind the unit at the back of the dash.
I would have been as well doing it myself as I had to fix it anyway.

I used them years ago to fit a diesel drip heating system for a campervan. 'we've fit a few of these, no problem' 10 working days later got it back. I had to reluctantly use them again after my speedo failed. Due to an impending MOT I had no choice. As a last resort if they couldn't source of the fault I told them to fit a speed convertor (kph to mph) . They went against my instruction and fitted the speed convertor without trying to source the fault. Now I'm stuck with a kph speedo. Never again

Terrible and disappointing service! Put my Volvo for changing indicator switch and mention about my dpf fault diagnosed with 3 other garages, showed them receipt from other places and asked if there is anything they can do apart telling me More
