Horrible! We stayed here because it was a resort so we figured there would be plenty of amenities. We were SO WRONG! The gym is only open from 8-12pm. No room service, no housekeeping! The spa is CLOSED until further notice. They don t offer ANY kind of snacks or drinks. I swear we were the only ones staying here. The parking lot had about 5 cars to include staff. There was a door that leads to the rooms that said locked between 11p-6a that was left open. Giving ANYONE access without a key. Ladies at the front desk are rude, I can t imagine why they are NOT busy!!!!!! Hotel looks deserted. We couldn t get a refund and had to stick it out. Everything on their website was a lie! We feel robbed for what we paid. They wanted to charge for a late check out, couldn t imagine why?!? There isn t a line of people checking in. 0 out of 5 stars. Our trip to Chicago was good other than our stay at this resort!!!!!!!

Not worth the price paid. The spa experience was not great. We recieved massages that really didn't help anything, and the facial was more of just a face mask with steam. It was very disappointing. We had to keep coming to the front desk because they forgot to give us vouchers for everything included in the package. The best part was the service at the bar downstairs, the bartender was fantastic!

My husband and I visited this place for our 3rd year Anniversary. Beautiful environment, love the trees and gulfing grounds surrounding the hotel...the rooms were not what I expected (a bit small) but they were spacious enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the nice cozy restaurant on the main level. We also enjoyed their other amenities: Spa, Gulfing, Bowling, Live Music. The people/staff were pretty friendly as well. We had an all around nice time...

Venue is nice visually but the rooms are very far away from the main lobby area and event areas. Wait staff was not very good for both wedding events we had there. They didn't heat up food properly and then proceeded to come to tables and clean things off before people were done eating.

I went here for an overnight business conference. Although my company paid for the room, it was still bad enough that I had to review. First, the place smells musty and has humidity in the entire place as if the AC is not top quality (especially in the rooms). Second, as much as we were spending on the food and stay, my food order was NEVER correct, most the waitstaff did not speak English as a first language so they could not understand me to correct the mistake. Also, the food preparation took forever. We had a much condensed menu to chose from (3 items) and even though they knew we were coming (only about 20 of us total), we waited 2 hours for the full meal! On a business trip, time is of the essence, so this was very annoying! The bowling alley was fun with friends but expensive too. My 1 drink (with less than an ounce of alcohol in it- I watched him pour it) was $8! I could have bought that whole bottle for $8! While the rooms were clean, the beds were very hard and the TV only had about 5 channels. 2 of them being ESPN and ESPN 2- not my cup of tea, ladies!

On the good side, the staff was always nice..even the ones who did not speak English and who clearly made me very frustrated kept their calm and remained pleasant. I'm glad I got to experience this place because I will not go there again unless someone else is paying for it!

I attended the Fish Fry last night. The food was delicious. The Service was Great. Our Server treated us with kindness and like family. But most of all what touched my heart is not only the price of the Fish Fry but the fact that you stand by the idea that no child in America will go hungry in your establishment as children 12 and under eat for free. I saw many a single parent with a smile on their face and their children too! God bless you all for giving children a quality home cooked meal!

I was here for a work meeting, and have been at multiple functions at this resort. Everything was great. We had an assortment of breakfast snack/foods, beverages all day, and staff would clear old cups/cans throughout the day. The only knock I had was their chili they served at lunch. They served a very very spicy chili, which I enjoyed, but many others were surprised by. Otherwise, Eaglewood has always been a great resort for our work functions.

Nice rooms and sevice. The hallways look a bit dated and the South Tower is a long walk from the main entrance and conference center. Stayed here 5 times now and will gladly come back in the future.

A very nice and quite Neighborhood and nice Hotel with many amenities, however, rooms needs maintenance, we stayed in two different days dates and in different rooms and both had significant problems, a renovation is urgent.

The main meeting space and the smaller conference rooms were very nice, but it seemed like the heating and air conditioning was on the fritz. The main issues involved the lunch. The cooks forgot to put out many of the descriptors for the dishes. These are important because they list which items are gluten free. The cook responsible for slicing the meats had the demeanor of being inconvenienced by us being there. The wait staff did not make it to everyone during the hour we were there to see if we wanted anything other than water. One of the ladies at my table ordered coffee and it arrived at room temperature. When she asked for it to be heated, it came out only barely warmer. I asked a different server if they had hot coffee. She said they have coffee. I asked her if it was hot, if it was fresh. She said that it was old coffee. I had to ask her to put on a fresh pot, which was made in a different part of the resort. (I could see the coffee station through the window of the service door, and that is not where she got the coffee from.)

First time staying here and it was great. Good staff, comfy bed, nice view. Wish the room had a mini fridge so I could keep my leftovers in the room. But over all a wonderful stay, I hope I get to come back soon.

The Resort is very nice. Love the live music on the outdoor patio. Our dinner was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, drinks were accurately priced. Great location for a wedding and weekend getaway.

Very nice resort. Service was great. Room was very nice and modern, although it didn't have a microwave. Hot tub needs better care. We had the 2 night bed and breakfast package. Credits in that package covered most meals. The food was very tasty. All and all it was a nice and relaxing getaway.

This course is beautiful and very well maintained. It s fairly challenging, especially some tough greens. Highly recommend playing a round here if you are looking for a nicer/more upscale course to play on.

Golfed on a Sunday morning. Course was packed. Tee times every 8 minutes did not help. Constant backups at every tee box, holes are so close together that there's a chance an errant shot will land on your tee box. Rangers were nowhere to be found to speed up pace of play, but had no problem carting guests around to take photos of the course. The course itself is in great shape though.

Over priced! No fridge or microwave in the room, it's an extra fee, no Continental breakfast, it's buffet and almost 20 dollars a person. And the lady making your omlett doesn't speak hardly any English.. I guess no more means one more scoop in Spanish. It does have 2 in house bars, but that's also insanely overpriced, one rum and coke will run you 14.75 for a double... Could be a very nice hotel if they would not try at every turn to break it off in your butt.
