Movers did not have identification and arrived late. Items were packed in boxes without shipping paper and hardware was not attached to furniture and lost. Frozen freezer items and liquids were packed in boxes. Open bottle of cough syrup was packed and spilled all over belongings. Furniture was damaged.
During storage our items were covered with dirt, dust and rodents infested our household goods!
Definitely not a positive moving experience with this company!
I waited to post my review in case eagle lines would try and make the situation right. First of all i went with them in large part because they come in to your home and give you an estimate based on what they see then guarantee a rate as long as there are not more items added. My case was pretty easy because everything was going. I got the quote which was a reasonable price but then when they came to move me they told me there was more than they thought and wanted to charge me up to 1k more (I ended up having to pay over $500 more or they would hold my stuff hostage). This seems preposterous because there was less as I had loaded up my car with a whole truckload of things I was driving myself.
This in itself was frustrating. But it took about a month to arrive and I had to chase them down for any information on the shipment.
They told me my items would be sectioned off in a truck so they wouldn't get mixed with anyone elses. When it arrived they opened the truck and everything was literally thrown in there. I'm talking, my things were packed in plastic bins and at a minimum they weren't even stacked just everything was in a huge pile.
So not surprisingly my things came in damaged which they took no accountability for as they hadn't packed it. I packed it but I certainly didn't expect it would be shipped like that. The guys unloading it complained multiple times about reassembling the furniture (which is part of their guarantee). They said they don't know how it goes together because they didn't take it apart that was "the other guys". I said well you are one company that I paid for one service and I expect you to complete the job. Then I was trying to take inventory as I need to sign a paper saying everything has been delivered but one of the guys (the other one was pretty nice just one guy was awful) he got visibly angry that I was trying to make sure all my things arrived before signing and after raising his voice at me to a point i felt uncomfortable and unsafe I just signed. Only to find out later i have several boxes missing of kitchen items and sporting equipment which the company also says they arent accountable for. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Eagle does not care about you or your things.
Eagle Van lines bent my bike in shipping and refused to claim responsibility. When I called the claims department the representative got defensive, told me my bike was likely a counterfeit and continuously cut me off whenever I tried to talk. I was told to file a claim with Trek because it would likely fall under the lifetime warranty covering frames. This company bent my bike and washed their hands of the issue. I ll never utilize their services again.
Building A is up a steep drive on the right. If you have a 53 ft trailer you're probably going to building B at 4091... Much easier anyways, but call to find out before you arrive.
Very nice people to make a delivery to. Even with having to switch buildings it still only took an hour to unload. I'd deliver here again.
Not too far off exit 4 on the east belt. GPS or Google maps directions will get your truck in there without any weight or bridge issues.
These guys were awesome. Anthony was able to accommodate me last minute to move a dining set and his team was very professional and courteous. Very fair pricing, as well. Thank you and will definitely call again!

Definitely one of the best moving experiences we ve had (and we ve had a lot lol) they showed up on time, a lot of effective communication and were fast and courteous. Our last movers broke and lost things, didn t wrap or cover furniture & refused to bring certain items up because they were too heavy these movers packed everything quickly and efficiently, then they next day loaded our whole 3 level home in less than 3hrs with such care covering everything and taking things apart properly and even brought our too heavy furniture down without even a scratch on the wall!
Tried calling to find out a price to ship some stuff overseas, someone answered the phone we asked if a specific person was in, he answered in a rude tone that the person no longer works there an hung up. Didn't even get a chance to ask our pricing question
Professional staff everything went well with my experience with this team.
The Waiting dead knew that we was coming in advance we even ask for a laborer and it took forever for them to get things started so we started loading late. The warehouse crew was very friendly are respectful thank you guys for giving us a hand.
They showed up on time did an amazing job and were really quick and carful with my belongings.Amazing job definitely would recomend them again
They showed up late and put down nothing to protect our hard wood floors. On the earlier end, when they packed us out, they broke apart a desk and put it's pieces in various boxes. They also just threw thing into boxes with no wrapping, and balled up an expensive carpet and threw it in the bottom of a box with two jars of ice melt. They were the worst company I've experienced in 20 moves.
Enrique and his team did an awesome job! We packed my 3 bedroom house and garage in boxes, and moved it into a storage unit. The house was completely full of stuff. We packed it all up in one day, moved it, and unloaded into the storage unit. Enrique and his crew were professional, courteous, on time, nothing broken / damaged, and the price was right. I will recommend to friends. Thanks!!!
Fast, professional and job well done! wrapped everything and within 3 hours it was unwrapped, bed assembled and in my new place! very pleased! the guys are honest and very hard workers..
