Absolute crooks my case started in 2019. They've known my settlement amount for over a year amd a half now. I call monthly And I'm considering turning them into the state bar. And taking legal action against them. My wife is severely ill. The chances are she'll die before they pay me

No return phone calls. I get the same excuse every time I call and now I get a letter basically telling me I need to settle or I'll get nothing for my recalled hip. After paying their fees plus all their "extra" fees I barely walk away with anything. I should really of done my research before hiring them.

I had ovarian cancer, but unfortunately, I did not die. I was told I did not meet the criteria, but was not told this until I confronted them about the status of my case. I do not feel this firm acted in my best interest and would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. If I could rate them a negative star, I would.
As a cancer survivor who used this product for over 35 years, my case should have gotten better representation.

Well i heard so much good about this law firm, but my experience is not so good..for every dime ive received ive had to beg bc my attorney decides to ignore, talk down, have a poor attitude towards me. I start of nice then it ends up him having an attitude talking down not even addressing then actually being rude to me to the point i get extremely upset a blow bc after i feel i hve to beg after mistakes from the beginning and ss payments late i actually end up begging for what is due to me. Its sad that he is such a person to talk to his clients this way..ive even paid for attorney advise bc i cant get an accurate honest answer from him and then it comes to hurt feelings on my part i mean is obvious im not a priorty thats why i asked just to be paid in lump sum promused and then told it was a lie...but he controls the strings....not fair and i would never give him a good review in fact he should be ashamed...supposely a Christian firm, for the people..im sorry in my case ive been told by his assistant she wished they pay me so they wouldnt have to put up with me. The thing is ive begged them to and when he sd yes then another lie. It may not be with every attorney but with my experience all i got was an apoloogy from another person not even from her and then talked down to but Christian im sorry no....not the way ive been talked to and treated its spiteful and uncalled for..

Ever since I asked them for help the lawyers for this company never called me. I dont even know who he was. When I looked at my final bill I didnt even get half of what I won. I was charged 50 percent. Which they didnt tell me until after i signed and towards the end. But that was my fault. After i received my money she said why are you calling me. We dont have your case no more. I didnt even get one thank you. Expect them to get your pain and suffering cause you ain't getting it

I was a BA employee. I am actually an inventor that is coming up with a robotic device to record all information during a medical appointment. Patients should not be lied to deceived experimented on. The robot would take digital photos of melanoma for example. The robot would be optional. There were robots dispensing medication in hospitals 10 years ago. More info. I wanted to help my clients more when I was at BA. The veterinarian market might be a good way to introduce this service. My product I was in the Who s Who of American Inventors in high school. The product was sold through major veterinarian distributors and the business sold to Kong Corporation that makes those sticks to pick up and toss slobbered tennis balls for dogs. I think my writing career in middle grade fiction nerd lit will have to take off first. I get mislabelled psychologically but I am just different and happen to be ambitious. The largest law firm inAlabama. They handle a variety of civul cases and some class action cases, as well. Very selective about the cases they accept, however.

I have been getting letters every three months on my class action lawsuit for the last 5 1/2 years against Johnson and Johnson. I just heard they have settled for 100 Million. I wish someone would get back to me to let me know what comes next. I would really appreciate it.

One of the most money pinching firms i Ever met . When you sign a contract with them Beware!!!!! They add to your expenses whendont expect it and in the fine print you will find that they are going to take way more than their 33% or what ever they quote you. I wouldnt use them again to even file a will. This company stinks to high heaven

My mother was a client for years since she was diagnosed with cancer and she passed away not too long ago, so I was trying to become a client on her behalf, but recently I received a notice that they were closing my case because I wasn t able to send them papers as fast as they wanted. I work full time and obviously had a lot going on with the death of my mother. I was told in the letter to go find another lawyer, but they have all of my moms info, and medical info so I am upset that I might have to start this process all over again.

I am not sure how to review them yet. I have had a claim filed with them for over 3 years and still have not heard anything about settlement or a court date. Nothing. I call them all the time and leave messages. Occasionally someone will call back and give me the same old "we haven't heard anything yet" spiel. I don't know if they aren't giving my case as much consideration because they aren't going to be millionaires afterwards or what, but I know I feel like they could care less. I need to have surgery, but can't because, even though insurance will pay for it, I don't have the money for the deductibles. I am stuck and they know it. There's nothing I can do. I hate to give them a 1 star, when this could be a legitimate amount of time to wait. Just rating based off my current opinion. If it changes, I'll do an updated rating.

In the beginning I was so impressed with them. It has been over 2 years since the law suit was settled and now and still waiting for my check. Before the settlement this firm was fast and courteous and returned phone calls promptly. the problem I have now is it has been over 2 years and has gone through the judge, cleared with no liens, and that was over 1.5 year ago. I am now waiting on this firm to send the check. Now when I call to inquire about this matter I am constantly transferred through out the office and no one returns calls anymore. What is now projected from this office is the attitude is rudeness and annoyed that I would call for this. I would not recommend this firm, and I'm feel sure after posting this that it will probably be another 2 years before I see my money.
