I tried for months with two traditional agents to sell my flat and barely had a viewing. Their business model seems to be to list as many properties as possible meaning they have no time to market anything properly, selling only the easiest ones. If the rest get a bite, then great. If they don't it costs them nothing to keep it on their books.

I was at a loss as I knew my flat was great for the right type of buyer. Matt agreed and assured me he could do better than other agents. He was absolutely right.

I went from 3 viewings over a combined period of about 7 months to Matt hosting an open day within a few days of us listing where we had over 10 viewings and a number of offers. It concluded in a smooth, amicable sale at a price I was very happy with.

The difference with Matt is he actually markets your property. It's not just about slapping it on Rightmove and Zoopla though that happens too, obviously. He spends time and an extraordinary amount of effort preparing the place to go on to the market. The photos, the video, the dressing of the flat were all spot on.

He handled the sales negotiations expertly but most importantly he listens to you at all stages, as the owner, and doesn't push you into doing things you don't think are wise. If you trust and respect his obvious expertise and advice, you cannot find a better partner to get your property sold in my experience.

If you have a place that other agents can't sell, I urge giving Matt a call. He is set up to give a level of service to his clients that traditional agents cannot match.

Once the price was agreed, Matt handled the sales process expertly to get us to exchange and completion in maximum comfort, over what was an extremely testing time (lockdown).

Matt even helped me with my purchase too. He had no need to but he is someone for whom treating his clients well seems an end in itself. He is not someone who drops you once his commission is paid and he is an absolute fountain of knowledge, experience and very good advice.

I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.
