Ok, I swapped the license plate on my vehicle and ended up getting a toll bill in the mail because I forgot to update it with Express Toll. I called and in about 2 minutes operator 99, can't recall his name, got it fixed and rolled into my account. Thanks for the great service!

This place is scamming people out of money. They sent me a bill for a toll from August 2019. It is now April 2019 and it is the first I am hearing about. Yet now they want to have extra fees. HORRIBLE!!!

I also paid a bill for a toll in Dallas. They took my money, then said I did not pay!

Account management is awful. Also, drawing 35.00 out my account whenever the fancy strikes is a bad policy. Let me pay monthly, or schedule the draw on my own schedule, at least. I will avoid this highway at all costs.

When you call in the people are rude. They know their road is better than the other CDOT attempts at good roadways, so I get the perception they don't care about customer service. Also, the bills are always lagging behind the actual balance, makes for an expensing nightmare. I would avoid if I could

Horrible website and experience. I simply wanted to pay my bill, but the website was so excruciatingly un-intuitive and uninformative that I was forced to give up. I used to be able to enter my license plate number and state and then pay, now it tries to force me to create an account, which I tried to do, but the website would not accept my information. It sucks.

To all the people complaining about getting a toll...

To all the people complaining about getting a toll bill in the mail, I have no sympathy for you. If you have common sense and even a lick of observational skills, it's nearly impossible to accidentally get on this toll road unless someone cuts you off on one of the on-ramps. Unlike the outdated and backwards practices of back east, the toll road is set up for all electronic tolling so that there isn't any slowing down or traffic jams around tollbooths. The road is well-maintained, free of debris, and can be driven at high speed which really cuts down on the annoyances of urban Denver traffic. I seriously can't believe that some of you people "didn't see" the posted <TOLL ROAD> signs on all on-ramps and at periodic intervals along the road. It is conspicuously labeled that you must pay a toll via license plate or ExpressToll account and even provides you with the website over and over again. It's impossible to miss. The reason you probably didn't receive a bill is because your address on your car registration is not the same address where you receive most of your mail and thus it either got returned to sender or misplaced by someone else. And consequently the first notice you'll receive is from the collections agency which can investigate what your current address really is and then send you a bill. The collections fee is so that they can afford to track you down and pay for the bill that you WILLINGLY incurred while driving on this clearly-marked toll road. Sure, it's one of the more expensive toll roads but the quality of the road and ease of use is unparalleled. Just use some common sense.

Not sure but it looks like if you are local you love it....if you are not local you hate it. I have to admit it confused the heck out of me. I knew I was on a toll road and expected to get a bill in the mail. I got a bill and paid it but can't recall who the biller was. I later got more bills from both GoPass and LicencePlateToll with very unreasonable late fees (GoPass has a $28 late fee on a $3.60 toll after 4 months). I didn't expect multiple billings from a short trip on this road. So most of the people who give this road 5 stars and think us out of towners are dumb probably would be just as confused if they weren't local and aware of all the quirks of this road. As of now I've refused to pay the remaining bills since by the time I figured out there are multiple tolls handled by different billers I had incurred what I perceive as unreasonable late fees.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!

I HAVEN'T BEEN TO COLORADO IN MORE THAN A YEAR AND NEVER WENT NEAR YOUR SCAMWAY.

FAKE NEWS IS A 100% MORE AUTHENTIC THAN YOUR "BILL".

TIME TO d e - d o p e DE-DUPE YOUR RECORDS!

Customer service is pretty awful here. The transponders are way over priced, the account minimums are absurd and the staff has little to no ability to be helpful or make adjustments as needed. Additionally, the taxpayers and the government prop them up and provide no alternatives. Just here to complain, but I'd be glad if the voters ever got the balls to end tolls once the roads were paid for, like it was promised.

every time I go south on I25 to 270 it tolls me, I'm not in the toll lane, I'm not in the CLOSED HOV lane, I'm in the lane for exit - EVERY TIME it tolls me. I know they're hurting for money, but this is stupid

All these positive reviews have got to be a joke and fake. Walk up to almost anyone and they will have a bad story about the toll road. Once the toll road was paid off it was going to be free. Nope they had to add more lanes when they were not needed just to increase the debt so people can start paying. On top of that the rates for the toll road are going up way fast then income. E470 is a joke and most of the letters you get in the mail are spam letters. I have pressed for so much information and nothing ever comes. I even sent the lawyer a letter stating I by law would like to see that the debt is owed and the proof of it. they seriously sent me 47 pages of just blank paper. I smell a class action coming soon. Its a monopoly as well. Every on on this side of town have only 470 otherwise we need to drive all the way to 225 ? Not fair at all.

Initially reviewed poorly because I was having an issue with them taking my money and continuing to send me "critical status" bills. This would frustrate anyone! However, after finally hearing back from them they helped me and took care of my concerns in a timely manner. Be wary with the company but customer service is helpful!

ZERO STARS when we moved here they sent bills to our old address for months and it was not forwarded so we had to pay over a hundred dollars for an 8$ bill, I called customer service and they just sounded irritated and did not help at all. TERRIBLE business practices DISHONEST company should get out of Colorado.

Every time I've ever called, the people are always SO nice and so professional! They resolve my problem/s easily and seem genuinely happy to be working there! This is one quasi-government agency that I actually DON'T MIND calling!

It s too expensive!! You have to pay $300.00 for a express toll pass!! So you get a discount for the toll!!!!! You still have to pay every time you use the toll!!!! They are overcharging people once you pay for a pass it should be good for a year!!! They know I25 traffic is absolutely horrible!!! Colorado toll is a rip-off!!!! Only the rich people can use this toll and afford it!!! Hopefully they will make changes!!! Colorado is for the rich people.

I could say how much it costs to use. Or how quick it is to get around the metropolitan area. But most of all it's nice to drive with very little traffic. And beautiful views. Thanks E-470

I hope everyone who gets a bill realizes they just match whatever letters and numbers they can and send out a bill to all matching vehicles. They matched a plate on a motorcycle and said it was mine, when I called they said, "Oh some of the digits are not visible, just disregard." I guess the figure whichever prick was out on that day or that time will pay it, but what happens to all those people who aren't paying attention? Thank god they didn't match the name up to my E470 account and automatically bill me!

As for the expense, don't complain, it costs them A LOT to automatically collect your money, send out bills, enforce payment and to manage all those people collecting money to pay their own salaries!

Had a new license plate... and a new windshield. Called the support center - who took GREAT care of me (paying my bill - adding my new license plates to the account)! Great experience - and no, they didn't pay me to write this review :).

Tried to make payment online and it said it wouldn't take it. Tried calling in and and human voice said system was down try tomorrow... Checked my credit card and the system had taken 3 payments.. $4.20 each .. a few days later they credited 1 payment back. . So they are up $4.20. I'm not going to waste time on the phone for $4.20.. I had other billing problems. I will be sure to stay off 470. Whatever time you save is wasted trying to pay your bill.

Picked up rental car at DEN and headed toward Colorado Springs. Followed signs and inadvertently ended up on toll road. Drove south for several miles before realizing that we were on toll road. No toll booths, no toll collectors. Later found out that rental car had sticker that was read by machines when we got on and off toll road as we tried to get over to I25 south. Two weeks after we turned car in got a toll charge on our credit card for $9.45. After call to rental car company we learned how this, what we think is a scam, works on tourists. You don't really save much time with this toll road compared to using I25 and I225. The road is nice but it should be paid for with gasoline taxes!! Set your GPS to avoid toll roads. We will be wiser on our next visit to Colorado.

When I called in, a rep confirmed with me they had accidentally sent the bill to the wrong address - but they were unable to remove a late fee that was caused by me never getting the bill. Had to pay a big late fee because of their mistake.

First representative that I spoke with refused to take off the $20 collection fee on my account. I have moved 3 times in the last year, and even though my mail was forwarded with the USPS, I never received a bill. I called back a second time and the representative thoroughly listened to my concern and heard my story. Once the fees were waived, I paid the balance immediately. I appreciate her customer service and professionalism. How can we pay the bill if we never receive one? I was told by the first guy that I had a mental note that I owed money. When you re working 70 hrs. a week, working two jobs, and traveling out of state for work, remembering an Express Toll bill is very low priority. Trust me.

After having express toll for years, my transponder didn't work in my window. I didn't know that it wasn't working, so I continued to drive the road. I just was told I owe $200 in fees because my account was "closed" in June. If the pandemic wasn't hard enough, E-470 is taking advantage of the hard situation that Colorado citizens are in. So disappointed.

Every time I leave the country for business travel...

Every time I leave the country for business travel and try to access my E-470 account to print to pdf my activity for my expense report, I'm not able to reach my account. Oddly, it's the only account I can't access while traveling abroad. No issues with my bank, United Airlines, Parking, stocks, 401K and any other account, only E-470 locks me down. Kind of annoying!

It sounds like everyone on this page just wants to...

It sounds like everyone on this page just wants to complain, so I wanted to share my POSITIVE experiences with the E-470 Public Highway Authority. First of all, even though all the previous toll operators were very friendly and pleasant, it is very nice being able to drive through the tolls and not have to stop anymore. Although I wouldn't use this road for my every day commute , this is a quick and easy route to take to travel from home to the airport or the southern suburbs, if needed.

Any issues that we have had in the past with mis-directed tolls were handled quickly and professionally, by extremely nice customer service reps.

Now... a note to the complainers:
1) Blame the congested highways on all the people who have moved to our beautiful state, not the highway authority. To build new roads and infrastructure costs money, but I'm sure you are the same people who would complain about their taxes being raised to do that, too.
2) New to Colorado and accidentally got on the toll road? Take some accountability for your mistake, and don't blame those who post several signs indicating that you are getting on a toll road.
3) Got billed in error? Rather than posting a negative review before you have even attempted to get the situation remedied just means that you like to complain for the sake of complaining.

THANK YOU for giving Colorado commuters an option for traveling across the city quickly and safely! Also, I commend you for attempting to reply to every review - your job is thankless, so again... THANK YOU!

The website is hilariously ineffective. You have to call a phone number to "set up security questions" in order to access your account. I don't think I've ever successfully logged in the thing. I let me kids see it to show them what it was like when the internet was like in the 90s, they look at me like I'm nuts.

This is going to sound weird...but Express Toll has the nicest, most efficient, and most helpful customer service people I've ever interacted with. I have one of the stickers, and whenever I've received a bill or collections notice, they answer quickly, understand my problem, are courteous, and immediately help me at a fraction of the original bill (like today, we received a collections notice for $27.75, which Express Toll turned into $0.95!) They are super pleasant too. Literally. Every. Time. I've had to call maybe 3-4 times in the last few years, and I just feel better about the world after I do. IDK if I'm calling the same company as the 1-star reviewers here, and maybe it's an anomaly that I keep getting the sweetest reps ever, but I'm actually a fan of these people.

The road is incredibly well-maintained and I have never encountered any traffic issues. It is pretty expensive, as far as toll roads go, but it's not like this is your only option to get to DIA or wherever. Most of the people rating this at one star are either 1) mad because it's a toll road or 2) mad because of how much it cost.

There are some, however, who may have been legitimately ripped off, so be wary of that I guess (I've never had an experience like that myself).

According to my monthly statements, my transponder...

According to my monthly statements, my transponder only works intermittently so I called for support. I was on hold for maybe 3 minutes before I got to talk to a real person. They were very polite and helpful and, after a few questions, they transferred me to someone who focuses on transponders. That person was also very kind and eager to help and said they were sending out some new adhesive so I can try a diagonal mount on the windshield instead of horizontal. About 15 minutes on the phone with real, friendly people. So, service is great.

Tolls are expensive but that's expected and there are other ways to get where we need to go so it's just a matter of what the faster travel time is worth to you. E-470 shaves 20-30 minutes off of our drive to/from the airport so it's worth it to us.

Sent me to collections for a bill that isn't even ...

Sent me to collections for a bill that isn't even due yet. This violates the FDCPA. NW Pkwy and E-470 have got to be two of the most blatantly corrupt monopolies I've ever personally dealt with and it makes me sad our state has partnered with these mobsters. It's to the point where I simply will not use either road even when traffic is bad, because a few dollars can quickly turn into a $45 bill, dings on your credit, lost time and money spent fighting them, etc etc. The math speaks for itself.

I live in Michigan, haven't been to Colorado in a good ten years and just got a bill for a toll with a transaction date of 11/27/16. At the time stamped on the transaction, I was in North Carolina and my car was sitting at home in the garage in Michigan. Hoping they can resolve this without any hassle.
UPDATE - I received a prompt reply from the highway authority; they apologized for the error and the erroneous transaction was deleted.

I always pay my bills on time. Always. Bills go on my keyboard at work and I pay them and mark them as paid before they get scanned. My wife and I moved away for a few months to be with family in New York. Apparently we had a $3.50 bill on her car that was mailed to our address while we moved. Her car was under her dad's name as primary as she bought it fresh out of college. Mail forwarding did not forward mail from her maiden name, so we never got it. Customer service said they go off of DMV records, and that's that. Unless we can prove that the DMV was wrong, which they're not, we're liable for late fees. That $3.50 ended up costing us around $200. SUCH A SCAM! If you do take the toll roads, make sure to create an account, otherwise they'll just keep charging late fees. We moved back and now live right at 470 and need to take it more often, that's the only reason I found out we had late fees was in trying to put her car on my account when we moved back. This was a few months ago and I'm still livid they are allowed to do that...

Based on the number of bad reviews for this toll service, I'm sad that I didn't see it sooner since I too was taken advantage of. They tried to put charges on my account after I had closed my account since I no longer had that car and moved out of state. I had to track down the person whom had possession of the car I had to have him pay his tolls so I would not be charged. It was $14 and this toll company refused to help or just write it off because it was their mistake. What a joke these people are. That's the government for you. Hire the biggest idiots who have to follow a prompt and can't think of outside the box to save their life. Good job!

A few weeks ago I was experiencing some pain in my hip. I went to the doctors office and after some examination the doctor told me my hip was hurting because I was sitting in an unnatural position and the femur was rubbing in the hip socket. After a little investigation I identified the culprit, my wallet. Evidently my wallet is so full of dollar bills that when I sit on it when it is in my back pocket it causes my hip to be askew and that is what has been causing the pain. Who knew that an excess of money in one's wallet would cause so many problems?

Thank God for express toll! After driving just a few miles on toll roads, my wallet is empty! What a great deal---no extra cash or pain! I even sold my empty wallet to for money to pay the tolls.

You may have the same "extra money" problem that I had one day, and you may have drivin on the toll road to get rid of that pesky cash and you're sitting there wondering "where is my bill? I drove up and down the toll road and no one is taking this annoying money!" Patience! Express toll has your back---most likely express toll has mailed your bill to an address that you lived at years ago. Even better, maybe they sent it to the wrong address completely and you will accrue fines and fees and never have those cash problems again--i was lucky and this is what happened to me!

Now i know express toll is amazing and they saved my hip, but i believe express toll can become even more perfecter with some small changes. First of all--whats up with the toll road notifcation signs? They are gargantuan and gaudy that NOONE can miss them for miles-cut back on all the signs, their extra big size, and the neon lights pointing out which roads are toll roads! We are from Colorado; Denver hasn't had construction in years so I'm pretty sure we all know where every toll road is----duh! Take down the signs or at least hid them better and increase the fares and fees.

No more cash problems; thanks express toll!! Super convenient!

Dirty dirty system...they purposely not send you the bill so they can charge you hundreds later... No accountability here, a shady east coast company from Chicago apparently manipulated the dirty Colorado politicians to build these toll roads. As citizens we pay plenty of taxes for the purpose of road building and other construction needs, instead a dirty, shady Chicago company bought the rights of these toll roads for 50 years to scam the innocent Coloradans. Same situation in Wash Park, bought the rights of these beautiful historical buildings and now building sky scrapers in a small neighborhood ( Ogden Street x Alameda )...again a shady Chicago company involved in this transaction. People should really open their eyes and really see who owns 90% of the wealth and power in this country then they will understand who is behind privatization of public roads.

Fix your website...it has been months, cannot believe this day and age that there is no sense of urgency to enable customers to conduct business with you. Currently it s completely useless. I sold and bought a new car and keep getting bills not under my account even know I called in and got the plate switched over to my account....but I cannot even check to see if it really got changed over because your website is broken!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was construction for west bound which is free i was forced onto the toll road. There was no signage indicating the closuer.

Its not easy to make a payment i was asked 4 times for my zip code IT TOOK TYPING 73 digits to make a $2.05 payment and 10 minites of my time.

For the record i generally refuse to work in parker because of the toll road. When i do work out there i charge my customers $100 just for the inconvenience of this unwanted barley used road. Way to go d bags.

I called to discuss my expresstoll account and learned there is an outstanding balance under my name from July 2010! What started as a .50 toll on NB I25 somewhere has now bloomed to $65.00! Not a lot of money however I haven't owned the vehicle since my ex and I divorced in 2007.
Despite having multiple bills and another account with Expresstoll, no one on their end noticed this nor mentioned it to me before. They asked if I have proof I wasn't a registered owner of the vehicle in question...from 2010?! I don't have communication with my ex. I Googled and found these problems with Expresstoll are numerous and in 2009-2010 when the automated system was implanted to improve billing issues! This was highlighted by an investigative report by a local news channel.
I asked customer service how I can remedy this and she stated she would knock down some of the fees but they can't take me off the debt until it's paid! I'm sending her copies of my divorce decree but from the lack of customer service demonstrated by the supervisor, Simone, I don't have a lot of faith.

this company needs to be brought up on criminal charges. I called this disgusting company to inquire about my toll expenses due to the close of 36. the young girl who answered the phone didn t even know the road was closed. I spoke with the manager a very disrespectful black guy. He kept telling me, and I quote: not everyone watches the news! that ain t our road. needless to say I will no longer be spending $200+ on their racketeering. and quite literal highway robbery.

They stopped sending electronic statements. My account shows my correct email address, but in the overview, it says they have a bad email on file. If they have electronic problems like that, can I depend on them to properly bill me?

The vast majority of people complaining on here do not understand how this process works. Setting up an account with them helps a lot in tracking your usage. As with anything document your usage. I get reminders in my email when I've exhausted my pre paid tolls which helps me avoid late costs. Just follow the program and you don't have an issue.

Drove this road in June 2014. Never once received a bill until over a year later which of course then had all sorts of "late fees" tacked on. I contacted them and they stated bills are mailed monthly. I find it hard to believe all of my other mail made it's way to my house, except mail from this company. How a private company can collect money for a public roadway is beyond my comprehension.

I am so grateful for this toll road. The traffic in Denver is always bumper to bumper, and I can just fly by it all on my way north. I am more than happy to pay the toll! Thank's to the city of Denver for providing this service!

I have never had a bad experience talking to the folks at ExpressToll. I have been explained how to use the lanes, the sticker, the switch, i honestly am bummed out to see so many bad reviews and hope all of the issues get resolved for those folks. :(

Total scam. I came home to a bill for $14 in one day. We were in denver area for a College visit and didn't even know there was a toll road. Apparently there are no toll booths and they just take pics of your license plate. Even though tolls in Illinois are crappy at least they let you know that you are on a toll road and how much. Plus, being out of state we are getting charged 20% more for each toll because we don't have a transponder. Such a bogus system at least the ipass system IL has can be used in several other states. I don't mind paying for tolls, but I don't like being blindsided. Had we known we would have gone a different route.

DO NOT USE THIS TOLL ROAD. I'm only giving it 1 st...

DO NOT USE THIS TOLL ROAD. I'm only giving it 1 star because you can't give it 0. This is the biggest scam I have ever known. I used their toll road twice July 2015. I called at the end of August 2015 and paid the toll. I also updated my address as I hadn't received a bill and knew that our car was registered at a different address. Flash forward to June 2016, when I get an email from a good Samaritan who notified me that she had been receiving bills from the toll road for a while and was trying to find me before they went to collections. (She said that she had called and they told her there was no way to locate me and it would just have to go to collections.) I called and they said that I hadn't paid the toll and the fees were now over $50. To make a long story short, when I called, they only informed me of 1/2 of what I owed. They then continued to send bills to my old address. I asked if they had updated my file, and she read me MY CURRENT ADDRESS. I then asked, "Why haven't you been sending me my bills!?" She apparently then updated it, because they are now claiming that I updated my address on that date in July 2016 and up until then didn't have it updated. They then gave me 1 day to pay the fees (never having claimed fault and putting me off with weird excuses that I don't think are true). You're probably only reading this if the same thing happened to you, but I can only hope that you will read this and learn from my mistake!

I have seen prices from 104th Ave and Tower Road u...

I have seen prices from 104th Ave and Tower Road unto E-470 heading south bound increased exorbitantly. The current price is now about $2.85! Most folks up north are being forced to use E-470 as a means of bypassing Tower Road's one-lane congestion.

Over the past few years, we have experienced a population growth in Reunion and increased, significant traffic flow east of Tower Road. There appears to be additional traffic poring unto 104th Ave and Tower Road east of highway 85, and with the new traffic light on Tower and 96th Ave. -- what used to be a 15 mins ride from my house to work, now takes a 1/2 hour.

I believe that E-470 should revisit their policy and reduce the charges at the toll station to $1.50 located from 104th Ave. and Tower Road. Since this is particularly a heavily populated suburb, and E-470 is one of two options to merge on I-70, the disservice I observe is increasing its prices when their is a considerable spike of commuter usage. I think more people would be willing to use each ways if E-470 is seriously about controlling its inflated prices.

Tower Road will begin its 2-year expansion to 4-lanes. We actually hope that the Adams County will seriously move forward on building an on ramp to Pena west/south. I expect that once construction begins, there will be more significant delays and I am certain we could see a spike in E-470 charges.

I would like to know if E-470 makes interests on our monthly deposits.

I am considering cancelling my service and simply preferred the old fashion way of being billed normally rather than seeing my checking account being raided.

I was in a rental car and, unbeknownst to me, was charged for a toll at Plaza C. I do not recall any signs, toll booths, or Open Road Tolling Lanes (as we call them in Illinois). Imagine my surprise when I was charged $17.85 by Thrifty, which never suggested that I might encounter a toll road in the Denver area. I am equally unhappy with Thrifty and the E-470 Public Highway Authority.

My husband and I ACTIVELY avoid taking these toll ...

My husband and I ACTIVELY avoid taking these toll roads. When we first moved to Colorado, we accidentally found ourselves on them, didn't understand how it all worked (being from Chicago where it makes more sense). However, we moved often because housing prices are so high here, so we never received regular bills from them just all the sudden notices of about $70-200 saying final attempt to collect payment and things like that, even though we were updating our addresses always with the DMV. We chalked all of it up to being new to the state and figured it was par for the course and now we know. Ever since that, we have been actively avoiding all toll roads in Colorado (having already paid over $500 in fines). Then about a year and a half after we moved here, we started receiving the same laters. We had already paid many tolls and were confused. Turns out, what happened was when I called and made sure I paid all our plates we have, I didn't include the older Illinois plates (before we switched our plates to Colorado). That means I had crazy old toll bills (over two years by this time) that I had never received notices for, but all the sudden owed hundreds of dollars on each of our plates on both of our cars (when they had Illinois license plates).

Another confusing part for those from out of state like us, is that not only is there the E470, but another company Northwest Parkway Tolls. If you travel from... let's say the airport to Boulder on the one toll road. You could call and pay one company, but you actually need to pay TWO toll companies in that trip. Part of the road is managed by E470, but then it switches to the Northwest Parkway toll.

To me, this all just needs to have a clearer system. My husband and I are more than willing to take responsibility for tolls we drove through and didn't pay, even if we didn't understand. That's part of life, we get that. However, the fact I've paid so much to both of these companies, DON'T EVER use the toll roads now, and still manage to be receiving bills and paying bills to toll companies?! This seems so deceptive and wrong to me. I think there needs to be a better system.

I have an account with them. They charged my account and also sent a bill to me that I should pay that too. They charged my account twice in less than a month with I have not used the toll road at all. They are just ripping costumers.

Received the License Plate Toll Statement on Jun 11 2016, for Toll Transactions made in May 2016 already with $50 penalty for $25 toll charges. How could I get penalties with the first statement?! Called to the office and after representative could not answer me why am I charged with penalties, she hanged up the phone.

Talked to a girl named Frances, who obviously hates this place just as much as everyone else leaving these awful reviews on this place!!!!! Informed her that due to technical issues, I was unable to receive any information on the internet. Plus I don't have a computer. I needed to update my address, and she told me I had to contact the dmv. Cool, I asked her if she could get me the number. Probably a 2 second search on Google from her computer, unless this company doesn't have Internet either. She told me she "wasn't able to do that" and when I asked her how many dmv's were in Colorado, she actually responded with "I don't know, I'M NOT GOOGLE!!" I know she probably doesn't need this job, the respect she has for it is obviously in the negatives, but all I was asking for was a phone number to make things just a tad bit easier on my end. Good customer service skills. Really. Good job. I'll be making sure I drive on every piece of road but a toll road just to avoid this ghetto company. 1 star is too high of a rating.

My vehicle was stolen and the thieves racked up several tolls. I never got a bill, only a collection notice months after the fact and then when I called to inform them of the situation the representative was extremely rude and condescending and then told me I needed to send them a copy of the police report. I faxed them a copy and 3 weeks later I got yet another collection notice and was told upon calling that it was "under review" and until a decision was reached I was going to continue to get notices. It should have taken no more than 20 minutes to verify that my car was stolen and it was the thieves that drove through the tolls, just call the officer on the report. I really appreciate the regular reminder from this company that my car was stolen.
ZERO STARS.

Do not sign up for an account. This is one of the worst experiences and companies I have ever dealt with. Make sure you read all of the fine print, because they get you! My tolls did not come out of my prepaid account and the free transponders weren't free after all. Additionally, you are on the hook for all of the fees (tolls, transponders, etc.) even if you cancel your account. I spoke with three representatives and none of them seemed remorseful, able, or willing, to help. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have been a long time customer. In the past year there have been some issues when taking my truck on the HOV, ON random days it would say i was pulling a trailer and charge me an extra $30. Their support has been nothing but amazing in dealing with this issue.

I have tried for nearly a year to resolve a $3.45 fee issue with E470, which now is up to $53.45. I have not had the vehicle in my possession since Aug 2013 when I sold it to an individual in fort Collins CO. The fee originated from January 2015. I have provided everything (from bill of sale, financing note showing date sold, notification to DMV etc.) necessary to clear up the issue up to providing the name and phone number of the purchaser.
There has been absolutely no use of common sense in the reviewing body and I an expected to prove a negative ( I do not own the vehicle) because they have a very narrow list of qualifying "documents" like death, divorce ect that do not apply to a simple sale of a vehicle if purchaser continues to use the vehicle.plates. Do not expect rational thought, common sense or simple ability to deal with this very complex issue :) from the E479 auth.

After an awful experience with these people recently, I am reminded of why toll roads should never be under the control of a for profit company. After years of being a faithful customer, I will do my best in future to stay out of the toll lanes and not give these crooks any more money.

The toll road is fine. The software for their website freezes and does not allow me to effectively bill my customers for travel on the toll road. Computer issues plague the highway authority. I am in favor of replacing the authority director and head of IT services over it. Computer issues have been occurring for over a year with no incentive to correct the issues.

This is becoming too much of an issue, best to just avoid. They wont bill via mail until your bill is already late, when you then go to pay online, the system wont work. You're going to have to call in, which is fine as long as they're still open. As long as you dont mysteriously get disconnected during that call, the transaction will go through. Potentially TWICE! if it's not one thing, its literally everything else. Not worth the extra 5 mins you save getting from a to b.
