VinoArtist s lack of communication and lack of customer service regarding reservations was disappointing. I did not receive a response or confirmation about my class resevation.
The class came and went after I sent several emails and made contact through their website.
I felt terrible like they don t care and I don t feel like going back to take another class from VinoArtist because of this experience.

Best and very relaxing experience. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very nice studio, super mega friendly instructors. Everyone left with beautiful art piece despite the fact that most people haven't held paintbrush since their early school years. Would gladly go back to vino artist for regular class or organize a team building event with them! A+++++ experience
VinoArtist is a fun and friendly place to take art classes! The instructors are super knowledgeable and know their stuff. There is also easy parking right in front of the art center. They also offer great classes for children and day camps during the summer.
Bonus, the cafe has some yummy treats you can grab for lunch or a quick snack. I'm also a fan of the art displayed in the front room. Just stop in a check it out-- take a look at the art class brochures and see if there's one you'd be interested in taking!
I have called, emailed and tried multiple times to speak with someone over the last week at Vino Artist in regard to their defunct website. I purchased a groupon for their class and the website isn't functional to enter the code. I want someone to contact me so I can get a refund. This is completely unprofessional way to treat customers.
Wholesome activity to partake for a weekend evening, perfect group activity if you don't take the instruction or the painting seriously.
