Amazing experience. Jen, Josh and staff were all so patient, polite and helpful. Especially Jen, really taking time to talk with me and the daughter about this incredible curling and straightening and drying device for her hair. Went to this demo store the day they opened to try out the new V15 Detect we had been eyeing. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When we decided to get the HP04, we knew exactly where to go.Very happy with the service here and we'll definitely be back for the hair tools!

Came in today to see the new V15 Detect+. Was so impressed with friendliness of the staff. Josh is so knowledgeable and spent so much time explaining everything in detail to me. Jennifer was excellent too! I had questions about the AirWrap and instead of just telling me what it does, she say me down and let styled my hair with it. Highly recommend this store to anyone interested in Dyson!

Stopped by last night (Monday) hoping to ask some questions but left without any help after standing for 10 min. Store layout is wide open concept. There was one staff who was assisting a customer which we understand, but he did not acknowledge our presence at all either via eye contact or verbally until we made a noise with a display product at the end.
