Brandsport Review

I could not use the OEM edge trim for my 1967 Mini Cooper restoration due to the edge thickness from replacing the rocker panels. Applying the chrome trim molding to the top surface of the exposed edge was the perfect answer. In fact the quality, made the Mini look better than if the OEM edge trim had been used.

Had a hard to find size lug nut set for my 1988 jaguar XJS. Price was very good and shipping was fast to Canada. Would use again if needed.

This is my third purchase, for three different newly purchased vehicles, of Brandsport car molding trim for the doors. I started using these when I got grandkids that often open doors to much, whether in the garage (hitting my wife's car), or in a parking lot. Saves my door, my wife's door, and maybe someone else's door! I never used to like this kind of product, but I sure do now, and there selection and choices are better than any I have seen.

Google shopping showed this website having the product I wanted to buy. 3 days to process my order and 3 more days to cancel my order. No one tried to reach out to me, and no reason for cancelation. Yet the website still has the item I wanted to buy listed as instock. Would not recommend to anyone.

I order some rim lock keys the came on time and was an perfect fit. I definitely recommend anyone who lose their rim key to order from Brandsport 1st.

I placed an order for 5cans of primer on May 22nd 2020 it s now June 9th and I ve received no return emails or return messages, your money else where like Summit Racing. There is no value in customer service here.

These guys are great! Got a Subaru Factory dog barrier for an older model that fits like a glove. Totally reccomend them.

Ordered Parts, got one confirmation email that I had made an order. Nothing debited from my account so after 5 business days I called left a voicemail and an email address to contact me at. Nothing. Buyer beware, could be a complete waste of time.

The item arrived on time and performed as expected. I bought a car and this tool was missing could not rotate wheels and tires luckily Brandsport had the right tool for the right price and perfect fit the the first time around. I will buy from here again.

Great shopping experience and lowest price for what I needed! Very happy with the lug nuts. They look much better than the original "cased" nuts that came on the RV (horrible design). The Gorilla nuts were exactly the same length and style with better quality.

Excellent online store with fast and reliable shipping. They sent confirmation emails for the whole shipping and buying process. Good prices as well at least for me. Would definitely buy from again and I'll recommend them as well.

Ordered some special washers on August 18, with priority shipping. Its August 21, and still no sign. I have made 2 phone calls to brandsport asking where my package is, and sent 1 email. No response at all. I did receive a tracking update today saying they "ARRIVED AT TERMINAL AT CANADA" really vague. Il update this review if they ever show up, so far, very poor experience with BrandSport. Very disappointed. Maybe work on your customer service.
Update. Washers showed up and were not as pictured. Waste of money.

The USPS screwed-up the delivery of the $12.00 tool I purchased and mistakenly sent it back to Brandsport. I called and explained the situation to the kind and patient customer care representative at Brandsport and she arranged to re-ship the tool to me at no additional cost. That is unbelievably fair and kind for them to do that. Not only that, the tool I bought is professional grade and works as described on the website. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will be purchasing additional items from them in the future.

I had some issues with some hidden billing by UPS and was very upset at first. After talking to the company they chose to drop UPS as a Canadian carrier and credit me the money that UPS charged in hidden fees. My faith in online dealing has been restored. They are a bunch of stand up guys. Thank you for seeing the customers point of view

I opted to receive a free sample so I could see how it would look. It never arrived. Had to buy a few ft just so I could see it. Ordered 40ft and 24 ft of another product that they also never sent a sample for as well. It's been 2 weeks and counting not even a tracking number. I doubt it's even been sent. If you can find what you need somewhere else , I'd do that.

First shipping was lost in transit and the customer support took care of it very fast

I have ordered and installed door edge guards from BrandSport over the last few years and the product is awesome and easy to install and, the service and response from the company is great.
I had ordered samples and received them quickly and placed my orders online and got the guards in a timely manner.
I will continue to order from BrandSport and probably order other types of products from them.

After I paid for 4 cans of paint, 2 weeks later I reached out, with why is my order on hold. I got a response that they only had 1 can. And that I did not read the fine print on their website. They said they would ship me 1 can. So I reluctantly aggreged knowing the shipping was going to be more than I could get it locally. A week later they still never shipped it I reached out again to cancel the order and they said oh but it is ready to ship! So I got 1 can of paint and paid a premium price to get it shipped to my house. Had to reach out again to them to get them to refund the balance of my money sent. They still show that they they have the paint in stock. Don't get frustrated and waste your time or money shopping here.

Parts were in stock and shipped promptly. Ordered on a Friday, received on Monday and we're over 3,000 miles away! Parts came as described. Brandsport was one of the few suppliers that carried this specific lug nut. I called to confirm availability, customer service was prompt and knowledgeable. Will be my first go to in the future.

Awful company. Received the wrong size product and after leaving emails and voicemails I have not heard anything from the company. Do not waste your time.

Received the products in really good time and exactly what I was looking for. For particular car parts i will certainly buy from them again.

You sent me the wrong size cutters. I ordered 3-1/2" size blades but you sent 2-1/2". You sent the right size replacement blades but useless if I don't have the right size tool.

The only place where I could find a very specific lug key. Shipped quick and very pleased with the product.

Thank you guys I went to a coustom tire shop and thay didnt have what I needed. I found you guys online ordered it on Tuesday and got it that Friday would have never got a 10 point spline off if it wasn't for y'all

I ordered some touch up paint from them on feb 21. Still havent received it so i call multiple times and they say that they are sending it out that day and will send me the tracking number. They still havent so i asked for refund and they tell me they gave me one but guess what?? Still no refund. They are cheaper for a reason. Do not buy anything from this place!!!

This producd fits my bill. My application was not automotive, it was to add a finishing touch to a an electric fireplace insert (no heat). Easy to install, attractive, sticks great. I could not be more pleased with the product and the service that I received.

I am pleased with the product I received & my experience with Brandsport. I requested a free sample card & chose the trim I wanted based on the samples. The trim I received originally was incorrect but customer service resolved the problem completely. It was explained that the batches sometimes differed but they went out of their way to satisfy me. They sent 2 more pieces & one was a match.

I placed an order with Brandsport online. They did not give me a tracking number. I called over and over leaving detailed message and no return call and still no part. I will not use them again. Buyers beware

Would not recommend buying paint from this vendor. They charge high shipping rates but, because paint is considered hazardous and they use USPS, it will sit in a special truck until the truck has enough items to make the trip cost effective. As a result, after 3 weeks, the item was still sitting 2 thousand miles away with no known ETA. I discovered the auto dealer actually charges less for the same item and delivery will be quicker, so cancelled this order.

The lug nut adapter that i ordered does fit my deep socket lug nuts but its a real tight fit ' I actually gotta bang the adapter into my lugs in order to get it in there and also I would have to tap it out with a hammer in order to remove it ' I dont know why that is but I'm gonna have to break it down a lil bit because its a lil thicker in size compared to my original lug nut adapter

Arrived on time, perfect fit, decent price. Would definitely shop here again for our car accessories.
