I have only been there twice! Both experiences with the Doctor were great!! It was the unprofessional dealing with the front office staff/receptionist that was completely unpleasant and stressful as to a very poor representation of the company your representing! I had recently been leaving emails and calls for over 7 days from (8/13/18-8/20/18) to be Told their busy, zero responses, no way they can help me and refusal in not so many words to assist me, but that messages would be left with the doctor and STill zero replies to clear up what can be a very simple Miss test or understanding... I am finding out through heavy research I am NOT the only patient having similar complaints or concerns.. AND they did not even put some of my personal identification information in correctly, I have PROOF from the print offs they gave me when trying to explain that the information listed for my date of birth etc is NOT mine! Can very easily cause MASSIVE mix up when entering in patients information, I used to work receptionist in a doctors office I know first hand the chaos it can cause!
