I received text that said my was for 3:30. I arrived at the clinic at 3:20, only to be told that my appointment was actually for 3:40 & it was supposed to be a virtual appointment. The receptionist said since I was already there I would be able to see the doctor. I was the only patient in the waiting room.
After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist was it okay to go outside to smoke a cigarette;to which she replied yes. After I came back inside I then informed the receptionist that I needed to use the restroom, since I hadn't used it the whole time I was sitting there (45 minutes).
After using the restroom, they called my name to come to the back. As I'm walking towards the back, the triage person had a cup in her hand and said they needed a urine sample.
I informed her that I had just used the restroom and couldn't go again. While in the restroom I was talking to myself saying how unprofessional they were. When I came out of the bathroom the nurse said that I wouldn't be seen that day.
A couple of days later I received a certified letter from them stating I was no longer welcome at their facility because of my inappropriate behavior.

I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!
